Siding Photo Album: Exterior Remodel in McDonough, GA

Mr. & Mrs. S are previous customer of ours who had a couple items on their home improvement list that they wanted complete. They reached out to PGRS and their Project Consultant, Bryan, went over all their options with them. They decided to complete a roof repair around the chimney, replace some rotted wood on the siding, paint the exterior of the home and get a new gutter system! They chose a beautiful color by Sherwin Williams called Westchester Grey and they absolutely love the curb appeal it adds to their home!

Before: Front of Home

Mr. & Mrs. S love their McDonough home, but decided it was time to update the exterior and have a complete necessary repairs completed.

After: Front of Home

Now, on the front of the house, not much repairing was completed. Just pressure washing the siding and painting it!

Before Chimney

Mr. & Mrs. S were experiencing a leak and our Project Consultant determined it was coming from around the chimney.

After Chimney

So we removed the old shingles, replaced the rotted under decking, installed new underdecking, reflashed the chimney and installed new shingles! They don't match PERFECT, but this is a part of the home you cannot see from the ground at any angle, so it is really okay with the homeowners.

This is a side where we had to replace some damaged siding, pressure wash the exterior and paint!

Now that is a beautiful paint color! It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do for a home!

We had to replace a couple pieces of siding and trim on the shed due to rotted wood and damage!

So after the repairs were completed, we pressure washed the shed and painted it to match the home!
