Siding Before & After Photos

Mr. & Mrs. A are in the process of giving their home a complete renovation. They have been thinking for a while now on exactly what they wanted to do with the siding on their home. They began getting quotes for stonework on their home as well as siding. Mrs. A called PGRS and her project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help. Chase listened to everything that Mrs. A wanted to accomplish with her project and took notes so that he was able to provide a solution. Chase then carefully inspected and measured the project and gave helpful advice along the way with previous experiences that he has run into and showed pictures of how those jobs turned out. Chase and Mrs. A went line by line through everything she wanted to do, and Chase was able to form his proposal. Mrs. A’s one concern was that she did not want to have to contract everything out to different trades. Chase let Mrs. A know that we would take care of scheduling for everything and communicate with the mason specialist on time frame to ensure her project be done in a timely fashion. Mrs. A really enjoyed the professionalism that Chase showed as well as the knowledge of not only the products but also the specifications to ensure the work would be warranted by the manufacture. Now Mr. & Mrs. A have beautiful new siding on their home in JamesHardie Fiber Cement Cedarmill Lap Siding, Board & Batten for their porch, Cedar Tongue & Groove Porch Ceiling, Cedar Trim around 3 windows on her Front Porch to add an additional pop to the curb appeal, a fresh coat of paint, stonework, and new stain on all the Cedar on her home. Mr. & Mrs. A have now applied the finishing touch to their beautiful home that they are so proud of.

Mr. And Mrs. H I’ve been in the process of interviewing several companies to replace the siding on their home. After meeting with multiple companies one of which never was able to send the proposal, and another one wanted double what the competitors were asking, so they decided to call PGRS and see what we had to say. They met their project consultant Jose who was able to provide them a proposal for the full siding replacement the same days he was out. They talked about the differences between vinyl and fiber cement and Mr. and Mrs. H decided that they wanted to go with a vinyl siding replacement. After Looking at all their different options Mr. and Mrs. H decided to go with a mastic carved wood vinyl siding replacement in the color silver gray with an all maintenance free exterior that included Vinyl soffit, aluminum facia, raindrop gutter protection. Mr. and Mrs. H never have to paint their home or clean their gutters out again.

Mr. & Mrs. M recently bought their forever home and were looking to renovate the entire home. They had been working on the interior of their home and were ready for the exterior to be done with new siding that would last them forever. Ariel presented the Hardie siding, and it was just what Mr. & Mrs. M were looking for. They can now enjoy their forever home with new Hardie siding, fascia and soffit, along with new exterior windows and a beautiful new exterior paint job that enhances the curb appeal of their home. 

Mr. E had an issue with woodpeckers knocking holes in his chimneys siding. He did some research online to find a contractor who he felt like he can trust and that would help him resolve this issue. He found PGRS and met with his project consultant Steve. Steve listened to Mr. E’s concerns and proposed an option to replace the areas of siding that the woodpeckers kept going after with new Hardie fiber cement siding. During Steve’s inspection he found some other areas where the siding was starting to rot so he brought that to Mr. E‘s attention and Mr. E decided he wanted to go ahead and address those concerns as well. PGRS replaced all the damage siding and painted everything to match his existing siding. Now Mr. E’s homes exterior is as good as new!

Mr. Michael in McDonough GA was ready for an update to the exterior of his home. He has a brick front, but vinyl siding on the back. Considering the back yard is where he spent most of his time with family and friends, he wanted it to look really nice. Our Project Manager provided him with an estimate to replace the siding as well as offer him an estimate to replace his gutters. A new gutter system would prevent water running off directly to the ground and splashing up to damage the bottom of his siding. He agreed to the estimate and was pleased when he realized it was within his budget. For new siding and gutters he expected to have to split the projects up and do them at different times of the year. Mr. Michael is so pleased with the outcome of his new siding and gutters, now he is excited to entertain family and friends again!
