Mr. & Mrs. R have lived in their home for several years. They noticed over time that there were areas on the home that were being neglected and decided that they wanted to get everything tidied up. They called out to PGRS to come out and give them an estimate for some fascia and soffit repairs. Chase their project consultant arrived on time and ready to help in any way that he could! Chase walked around the home a couple of times with Mr. R to get a gauge at all the areas of concerns that he had. There were several areas where his wood fascia and soffit had some rot. Chase explained to Mr. R that since his home is a hipped home that the areas of repair to the fascia we would have to remove all the gutters to do the repairs and we would not be able to reuse the gutters. Mr. R wanted a couple of different quotes for the project. He wanted Chase to quote just the repairs and painting all fascia and soffit, replacing all the fascia and soffit with fiber cement and paint, gutters and downspouts, and gutter protection. Chase carefully measured the project and presented all the different options. Chase explained that repairing the areas would present problems in the future because we would have to go back with wood, and that replacing the fascia and soffit with Hardie fiber cement would be the most efficient. Mr. & Mrs. R decided that replacing the fascia and soffit with Hardie fiber cement would be the best option for them. Now, Mr. & Mrs. R have all new Hardie Fascia & Soffit w/ new Hardie Frieze Board and Crown Molding as well as replaced a few damaged pieces of siding and painting all the areas of work being replaced.

Mr. and Mrs. F were experiencing some leaks throughout the home and their old gutter system was coming loose. They decided to reach out to PGRS after doing some research online for someone to help them find a solution for a new gutter system, stop the leak on their roof, and to replace the fascia and soffit that the water damaged from the previous gutters not being installed correctly. Ariel arrived on time to meet Mr. F. After doing a thorough inspection, he showed all the different options to solve the gutter issues and to prevent any further damage from the leak coming from the roof. He also provided them with a solution to keep the leaves away from the gutters. Now Mr. and Mrs. F can enjoy a maintenance free gutter system with a new Hardie fascia and soffit that will not rot in the future along with a leak free roof.

Mr. L was having some issues with his chimney from the birds and that has caused some leaks. His son-in-law reached out to PGRS and Davin went out to take a look. After a thorough inspection, Davin went over his findings with Mr. L's son-in-law and he was pleased with the fact that we could fix the entire chimney from top to bottom. He will no longer have to worry about the birds eating away at his chimney with its beautiful new Hardie Cedarmill siding.

Mr. R's home was built with the minimum amount of gutters to pass inspection. With the amount of water that poured from his roof, he knew he needed more gutters to manage that water to avoid potential foundation issues. He called PGRS to provide an accurate assessment of what he needed for his home. T.J. walked around the home with Mr. R to discuss where gutters should go and placement of downspouts. Once they agreed on the layout, T.J. got measurements for everything they discussed. T.J. put together the numbers for Mr. R, and once he discussed it with his wife, he let T.J. know their project was a go. Foundation problems are no longer a concern for Mr. R with his newly installed gutter system that effectively manages all the rainwater from his roof.

Mr. B works and lives in Pennsylvania and plans on retiring in Georgia with his family. He bought a home that needed some work and called PGRS. After meeting with Davin and seeing all of the different options and exactly what they cost. Mr. B decided to do a full Hardie Siding Replacement, all new 6" Gutters w/ Downspouts, Fascia and Soffit repairs, and finally paint the entire home.

Mr. C called PGRS to take a look at a leak on his sister’s home. After inspection Davin found that the counter flashing was improperly installed allowing water to get behind it and cause the stucco to swell. Davin gave him a quote to reflash the wall and add new counter flashing. Mr. C was impressed with our professionalism and with how quick we could get to it. His sister will now be able to enjoy a leak free living room in her home.

We installed new gutters and gutter protection for Mr. R a little over a year ago. Recently he had his house painted and the painters dented his gutters and gutter protection in a couple of places so he called us back out to replace his damaged gutters. Now they are good as new!

Mr. and Mrs. D called PGRS to get an estimate on new gutters. The builder had put 5" gutters only over the entry ways instead of the whole house. Mrs. D was upset that all her landscaping had washed away and they were concerned about water around the foundation. They met with one of our project consultants and they decided that 6" guttering would best suit their needs. Now they have new 6” gutters, downspouts and Bulldog gutter guards that will keep the water away from their landscaping and foundation.

Mrs. M is a previous customer of PGRS. She sprang a leak with the recent storms and wanted us to come to take a look. She met with Jose and explained her situation. Jose began his inspection in the attic. The leak was occurring around a pipe boot. The pipe had fallen loose inside the attic where it connects to an elbow. Once it fell, the pipe boot that was starting to dry rot, ripped with the impact. Jose showed Mrs. M an inspection video of the interior and exterior of her home. Jose presented a solution to reconnect the pipe with some PVC cement, replacing the pipe boot with a new one, and full roof maintenance. Mrs. M knew that was the right choice to make her home leak-free again for many showers of rain to come.

Mr. A is a previous customer of ours. We installed all new Hardie siding and new gutters last year. He asked us to follow up in a year to potentially have gutter protection installed. Mr. A was tired of paying someone to clean the gutters since they need to be cleaned out quite often at his house. Jose presented an option for a bulldog gutter protection on the home as an economical option to make his gutter system maintenance-free. Mr. A was certain these would keep debris out of the gutter so he no longer has to pay someone to clean them out once a month.
