When you hire someone to build an addition onto your home, you expect to get what you paid for. You expect the job to be done properly with expert craftsmanship. You do not expect to have to hire someone else to come fix it right. Sadly this is exactly what happened to our customer in Fayetteville. When the screened in porch addition was finished on her home, she had gutters that were improperly installed and roof flashing that did not tie into the rest of the roof to allow for proper water runoff. This can cause a lot of damage to her roof. She called PGRS for help. We went right out and inspected the problem area. We found the contractor did a poor job of installing the soffit and gutters and he did not tie in the roof flashing, thus creating the problem. To fix it we correctly installed vinyl soffits, fascia metal, and 6" gutters and downspouts. We also corrected the improper roof flashing. Save yourself the trouble and hire PGRS from the start!!

Mrs. H had some additions done to her 1970's era home to increase the living space. With the new additions, her contractor had added gutters where they were needed to manage rain water. Since Mrs. H had used PGRS in the past to install gutter protection on her original gutters, she called upon them once again to give her a cost to add gutter protection to all the new gutters. T.J. was able to quickly provide her the cost, and she said to go ahead with the project. With the addition of the Leaf Free Gutter Protection at the rest of her gutters, she'll never have to worry about cleaning the gutters out ever again.
Mr. H is a previous customer of ours. He and his wife moved into a home that they have been completely renovating inside and out. The first project that they hired PGRS for was to install new Board & Batten James Hardie siding along with painting their homes exterior. Now it was time for them to get some gutters installed and Mr. H wanted a maintenance free gutter system so he wouldn't have to worry about clogged gutters or cleaning them. They got new 6 inch seamless gutters and downspouts along with the RainDrop Lifetime Clog Free Gutter Protection System!
Mr. and Mrs. W were affected by the tornado that hit in Newnan earlier this year. The tornado passed behind their home which caused very Highwinds which damage to the roof. They called PGRS to come take a look since they have been referred to them by a couple of friends and they met their consultant Jose. Jose arrived on time and inspected the roof for storm damage and found that the roof was in a non-repairable shape. Instructed the homeowner to call his adjuster and tell him that he had storm damage so we can schedule an inspection. The inspection date was set and Jose met the adjuster to make sure the homeowner got an honest inspection. After the inspection was done the adjuster agreed that the roof was not repairable and the full roof quarantine and approved. Mr. W was fortunate to have found a roofing company that didn’t mind putting in some legwork in order to get the correct scope of work for the roof. After the roof was approved by insurance they called PGRS to come back out and get them signed up for the full roof replacement. They now have an IKL Cambridge roof system in the color dual brown.
Mr. and Mrs. B have been making improvements on their home since they have moved in and decided it was time for their vinyl siding to go. They called PGRS and met with Davin. Mrs. B just said she was tired of the color and the age and new she wanted Hardie siding on her home. She is getting the deck painted and wanted everything to match. She said that she likes the fact of a reputable company that she can trust is working on her project and will get it done right. She will no longer have to worry about her siding ever again!
Mr. and Mrs. R have lived in their home for quite a while now, and it had vinyl siding. The vinyl siding on the home was some of the first out on the market. She was interested in replacing the siding but wanted to know the different options. They called PGRS because they were highly recommended. Their project consultant inspected the home thoroughly and discussed in detail both options for the homeowners to decide which one they wanted. Mr. And Mrs. R were hesitant with going back with vinyl, and were impressed with the durability of the fiber cement board. Their project consultant priced out replacing all the existing siding with JamesHardie cedarmill siding, which is their horizontal textured lap siding and painting the entire home down to the foundation to have it match the rest of the home. Mr. and Mrs. R were impressed with what PGRS brought to the table. They decided to get their home sided with JamesHardie Cedarmill siding, with Sherwin Williams Super Paint. They now have a beautifully painted rot free home!
Mr. H just moved into his new home and noticed that he didn't have any gutters. There is an area on the porch that was showing signs of some water damage where the water was gushing off of the roof directly down to the deck below. He had a few contractors come out to provide proposals, but none of them actually discussed the proper way to install their new gutters or explained anything about maintaining a new gutter system. After meeting with Steve at PGRS, he fully understand how the gutters would be installed, along with downspout locations, and how they should work when cleaned and flowing properly. Even though PGRS was a little higher than the other contractors on price, Mr. H felt more comfortable choosing a company that he felt would give him the best service and do the job properly. He now has nice new Black 6" Gutters with Downspouts to pull the water away from his home.
Ms. S's roof was 30 years old, and she knew it was time to get a new roof. She enlisted the help of a long time friend to vet contractors to provide quotes to replace her roof. One of the many contractors they called was PGRS, and had the opportunity to meet with T.J. T.J. performed an extremely thorough inspection and review of all her options. After a discussion of what they had seen from all contractors, they felt most comfortable moving forward with T.J. and PGRS. Ms. S will enjoy the worry-free service of her IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof in the color Driftshake.
Mr. G was in the neighborhood for a new roofing system and decided to call PGRS out to take a look. Davin met him out and he was already sure of the shingle he wanted which was the Owens Corning Duration shingle. He had done his due diligence as a homeowner and had gotten a lot of estimates prior to PGRS coming out. After hearing what we had to say he liked the fact that we were thorough, professional, and local. With replacing his roof he also wanted to do 6" Aluminum K Style Gutters on the entire home as well. Nothing makes a new roof look better than a new gutter system to match it! He now has a beautiful new roof and gutter system that will be leak free and last a lifetime.
Mr. and Mrs. S have been working on remodeling their home. They had the roof done and were now ready to take a look at the rest of the exterior of their home. Davin met them both at their home to provide them with an estimate and to see everything they wanted to do with their home. Attention to detail was key to them and the fact that we could provide a few services together pleased them. They wanted Hardie Siding with Paint, new gutters to really bring out the trim color on their beautiful newly remodeled home and they wanted to replace a few of the windows. They love the new look of their home and will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
Ms. A built her home a few years ago and when she built it she didn't add a gutter on her front porch. Over time, the water coming off the roof line has washed out their flower beads. She called PGRS who had done work for her close friend. She met Jose her consultant to discuss the issues. Jose recommended adding a gutter in the above area and running it along the front corner to hide it along the wall. She liked the idea and knew the water had to be controlled. She went ahead and got the gutter install and it solved all her problems!
Mr. A has been stretching the life of his roof out for quite some time. He was apart of the bad hailstorm back in the mid 2000s and his insurance did not provide him with a roof replacement. Since then he has done nothing to his roof until now. Mr. A called PGRS and met with his Project Consultant, Davin. His first words were that he did not want any issues since he was getting a bit older so he wanted a professional to do the project and do it right. He loved the Dynasty color Sedona because it match his old roofs original color as well as matched the trim. He will now have a beautiful new roofing system that will last him forever.
Ms. K has moved to Georgia from Iowa and bought a new home. The home needed some repairs so she called PGRS and met with Davin, her project consultant. After a thorough inspection with her and her father, Davin found all of the siding issues that needed to be addressed and prepared them a quote right on site. After reviewing the estimate Ms. K decided to move forward with the project. Now her home no longer has damaged siding and she can enjoy her new home.
Mr. and Mrs. Y have lived in their home since they built it, and overall it has held up pretty well. Mr. Y recently noticed some water stains on the outside of his home where the porch connected to the home. He thought he better get is checked out and called PGRS. He met his consultant Jose who inspected the home to find the source of the leak. The leak appeared to be coming around a wall. When the home was built, ice & water shield or kick-out flashing weren't components being used back then. In todays market, ice & water shield is a standard as well as adding kick-out flashings everywhere a roof line intersected a wall. The home was missing both, so in this leak prone area, a lot of water was going into the wall and sitting in the corner. Jose recommended replacing any damaged decking, installing ice & water shield with proper kick-out flashings and tie in the new shingles properly. That solution would eliminate his problems from the area. While there Jose showed the homeowner the condition of the rest of the roof, and if he wanted to not have any other pre-mature leaks before he was ready to replace, he would need to maintenance the roof. He agreed with Jose and decided to move forward with the repair and maintenance. He has had several rains and his home is leak free once again.
Ms. L had a few immediate issues with her roof and a few more minor issues. She wasn't quite ready to replace but wanted to know her options. She called PGRS and met her consultant Jose. Jose discussed with her the different options she had, and the most economical was a roof maintenance. The roof maintenance would take care of her immediate issues being her pipe boots, and her minors concerns with nail pops and loose ridge vents. She needed a maintenance on all 3 buildings on her property. Jose presented the maintenance to include those items and service all penetrations and all roof systems to extend the life of her roof. Ms. L was satisfied with the price and the scope of work and decided to proceed with the work. She now has a roof system that is maintained and will be able to receive the maximum life out of.
Mr. and Mrs. B have lived in their home for some time now. They had their roof replaced about 10 years ago and during the recent storms they heard a drip, and last week saw a stain in their upstairs bedroom. They decided to call PGRS due to the great reputation they had. They met their consultant Jose. He inspected the area and after a quick inspection was able to narrow the leak down to the chimney pan. Mr. and Mrs. B were relieved no repairs needed to be done to the roof because they knew the shingle difference would stand out. Jose also noticed some staining on both sides of the chimney, which the homeowners mentioned they were concerned with, Jose immediately knew it was due to the lack of kick-out flashing. He presented a proposal to replace the original chimney pan, and add kick-out flashing to the chimney to eliminate the staining. They now have a beautiful new chimney pan, with kick-out flashing on their chimney and their home is leak free once again.
Ms. F noticed a leak in her bathroom and called PGRS to see what was going on. Steve met with Ms. F and inspected the roof. He found some wind damage and Ms. F decided to call her insurance company to see if they would cover the replacement. After inspecting the roof and reviewing our findings, her insurance company agreed that there was wind damage to the roof. Now Ms. F has a brand new Owens Corning roof in the color Shasta White and no longer has to worry about it leaking.
Mr. & Mrs. S have lived in their home for about 14 years now. The roof was original and they noticed that they were having a leak in their living room. They called a contractor and the guy came out and was unable to identify the cause of the problem and was little to no help to Mr. S. He then called PGRS and was super impressed with the professionalism from the company stemming all the way from the confirmation call. Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to assist in any way he could. Chase inspected everything and found the root of the leak. There was decking that had buckled underneath the shingles causing water to enter. During Chase's inspection he also noticed that there were quite a bit of nail pops as well as damaged shingles. The roof was approaching the end of its life and doing a costly repair would wind up being more expensive in the long run. Chase reccomended going ahead and replacing the roof that way it would be water tight and he is not worrying about it a couple months-years down the road. Mr. S agreed and decided to go with the IKO Dynasty in Castle Gray.. a roof that boasts a 20 YEAR NON-PRORATER PERIOD with 100% coverage. Mr. S also decided that he wanted to remove a downspout on the front of the house and replace the gutters that way it inhanced the curb appeal. Now their home is back to its beautiful state and no longer have to worry about leaks.
Like most couples during this time, Mr. and Mrs. S have been at home more than usual. They decided they wanted to take this time to update their house. They have vinyl siding that has some damaged pieces that they wanted to replace. They also have small gutters that don't properly handle the water flow coming off of the roof. They found PGRS online and after reading all of the reviews they decided to call. They met with their Project Consultant, Steve, who provided a solution to achieve their exterior project goals. Since their vinyl siding is approx. 20 years old, there was no way to determine who the original manufacturer was, and they most likely don't exist anyway. So, Steve discussed replacing the siding on the front of the house and using the good pieces from there to replace the damaged pieces elsewhere on their home. He also proposed replacing their small gutters with larger 6 Inch gutters. Mrs. S felt like this was the perfect solution and it achieved their goals for their homes exterior!
Mr. B discovered a leak coming into one of his upstairs bathrooms. PGRS had done some work for some of his neighbors so he felt comfortable calling us out to provide a solution for him. His roof is only 12 years old and in good condition. Upon inspection our Project Consultant, Steve, found out that leak was coming in around a vent stack on the roof. There was no damage to any of the shingles, so Steve proposed a full Roof Maintenance which includes sealing up all of the vent stacks. Now Mr. B's roof is leak free and should last him for a good number of years.
Mr. and Mrs. C have lived in their home for some time and thought it was time to give it an update. They were interested in switching from vinyl to fiber cement siding. They called and interviewed a few companies and one of them was PGRS. They met their consultant Jose to discuss the project. They explained they wanted fiber cement horizontal siding and real cedar shake in the gable. Jose took detailed measurements to ensure the proposal was an accurate one. He presented an option for new Hardie cedarmill siding, a complete paint job, and a true cedar shake accent gable. Mr. and Mrs. C were impressed with the quality of products and the detail to attention that was paid to the project. They knew PGRS would make their dreams come true. They now are enjoying a new Hardie fiber cement cedar siding with a fresh paint job and a gable with true cedar shake to accent the home.
Mr. S has been experiencing a leak on a low slope area of his roof in a valley. He had another contractor come out and do a repair and noticed that the leak was still happening. He also has a gutter on the left side of his home that had started to sag due to the fascia board being rotted. Mr. S called the pros at PGRS and his project consultant, Chase, arrived on time and ready to help. Chase did a thorough inspection and noticed that the roof area where he was experiencing leaks had some damaged decking and needed to be repaired. Chase offered the idea of removing the shingles, replacing all the damaged decking, installing Ice & Water Shield in the valley, and then installing new shingles in that area. As for the gutter repair, Chase recommended removing the gutter and replacing the fascia board as well as wrapping it in PVC coated trim coil. After this we can properly install a new 6" gutter in this area. Now Mr. S not only has a leak-free roof but now all of his gutters are functioning properly.
Mr. B had his roof replaced by PGRS last year and was advised that it would probably be a good idea to replace the siding on the chimney at the same time. Mr. B wasn't prepared to cover the cost of the chimney repair at the time, so he decided to hold off on that. A few months later, he noticed a stain in his coat closet and could only assume it was from his chimney. T.J. went out to see what the cause of the leak was and provide a solution to permanently eliminate any further water intrusion. Sure enough there were holes in the siding on the chimney, and several pieces of the original siding were very soft where they met the trim. T.J. proposed replacing all of the original siding and trim to effectively make the chimney watertight on all 4 sides. Mr. B liked the idea and the price and decided to move forward with the repair. Now he doesn’t have to worry about any further water damage to his home.
Mr. A has lived in his home for over 10 year now. He noticed that he had a couple of shingles that appeared to have some storm damage to them. He also noticed that siding was starting to rot. He called PGRS and his project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help out in any way he could. Chase went around the home with Mr. A and he showed Chase the problems that he was experiencing. Chase listened carefully to everything and began his inspection and noticed that there was quite a bit of storm damage. Chase informed Mr. A that he should have an adjuster out and Chase let him know that he would meet them out to speak on his behalf to get him an honest inspection. Over the course of a month Chase continued to follow up with insurance and ultimately got insurance to cover the entire replacement of the roof. Mr. A decided to upgrade to the IKO Cambridge in Dual Black. He also went ahead and got his siding repaired around the chimney that was improperly installed on the roofline. Now Mr. A has a beautiful new roof & rot free siding.
Mr. M had 2 windows on the back of his house that were leaking and rotting. His project consultant Steve showed him how PGRS could replace the windows with new Vinyl Windows that won't rot. Mr. M felt like this was the perfect solution and decided to go with new Wincore 7700 Series Picture Windows. Not only will they never rot but they also keep the mid-day heat of the sun from making their living room so uncomfortable.
Mrs. W and her husband noticed their gutters were in fairly bad shape and called PGRS to come and check them out for them. Davin met with them out to discuss their concerns and see what PGRS could do for them. The gutters were aged and dented and installed with the old spike system, so they were starting to pull away from the home. They liked the seamless 6" gutters and the fact that they were screwed in with hidden hangers especially so they will never have this problem again. She also stated that the gutters were too high to clean out and they wanted a gutter protection so they will no longer have to clean out the gutter. The raindrop gutter protection was their favorite and after a brief video of how it worked, they knew that was the gutter protection for them. Now the water will properly flow from the home and they will no longer have to worry about cleaning their gutters out.
Mr. T is a few years from paying his home off and wanted to start renovating to sell. He desperately needed windows on the home, and a tree had recently hit his home, so he needed a siding repair. He currently lives in Blue Ridge with his wife so him and his project consultant Jose had a no contact appointment. Which only seemed right with everything going on. Jose got to the property and called Mr. T so find out what his concerns were. He mentioned he had several windowsills that had wood rot, and a few that were cracked. He also mentioned how important it was to them to match the siding almost identical because if they sold it, they didn't want it to stand out. Jose also mentioned a damaged gutter and asked what he had planned for that, Mr. T didn't know we offered gutters and after learning we did, he wanted an estimate to replace them all. Jose began his inspection looking over all the windows carefully and the siding. The siding on the home was roughly 25 years old, so finding a match would be hard. The homeowner didn't have paperwork of the manufacture so we couldn't just install a random piece. Jose came up with a solution to take the siding off the chimney side that touches the roof and use that to fix the hole caused by a tree limb. Then use a almost identical colored siding to be used where the siding was removed on the chimney. Jose presented the repair with all new 6" seamless aluminum gutters & downspouts, and all new replacement windows on their home. The replacement windows would include double strength glass, low e argon gas, and capping all the window brickmould in aluminum, making the entire home maintenance free. They loved everything about the windows, and after speaking to other companies that either didn't offer all the services, or charged them a ridiculous amount for using hidden hangers on the gutters, they knew PGRS was the company to bring their home back to its original beauty.
Mr. & Mrs. R have lived in their home for several years now. They noticed over the past couple of months that their gutters were beginning to pile up with debris, and was causing their gutters installed with nails to pull away from the fascia board. They knew that they needed new gutters. Mr. R was going to get up and clean out the gutters, but Mrs. R had other thoughts. She did not want him climbing up a ladder to the roof to clean out the gutters. They decided to have PGRS out to give them an estimate for gutters and gutter protection. Chase their project consultant arrived on time and ready to help in any way that he could. Chase walked around the home with Mr. R and listened carefully to his problem areas. Chase then began his inspection, during his inspection he noticed that the fascia board on the back of the home was beginning to rot and needed to be replaced. After the inspection Chase presented Mr. & Mrs. R with new gutters and RainDrop gutter protection. They both loved the product and felt that it would be very beneficial for their home. Now Mr. & Mrs. R have a brand new set up 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts with a Lifetime Clog Free RainDrop gutter protection. Mr. R will never have to climb a ladder and clean his gutters ever again.
Mr. And Mrs. W are previous customers of PGRS and have been thinking of upgrading the look of the home. Their consultant Jose came out and discussed with them different options for new siding. After discussing the differences in vinyl and Hardie Mr. And Mrs. W were interested in going with the Hardie fiber cement siding. They also wanted to increase the curb appeal of their home with board and batten vertical siding on the front. Jose presented an option for board & batten on the front of the home, repairing a few bad boards, and painting the entire home to bring it back to its original glory. Mr. And Mrs. W knew that’s exactly what they wanted. They now have beautiful Hardie board and batten siding with an exterior paint job on the entire home.
Mr. and Mrs. G are previous customers of PGRS. We have done siding and fascia work for them in the past. The home is roughly 30 years old and when they purchased it all the windows were new except 6 of them. 15 years later they knew it was time to replace the other 6. They called PGRS to get an estimate. They met their consultant, Jose, to discuss their concerns. They wanted the new windows to match the grid style of the existing windows. They also had some wood damage to the windowsills and wondered if we could do all the work. Jose inspected the windows carefully in and out. Jose determined 4 out of the 6 windows had damaged windowsills. His solution was to replace the damaged windowsills, and cap all the trim with aluminum trim coil, to prevent any rot in the future. He showed them the new window and how they work. They were very impressed by the Low E argon glass package included with all windows. They decided to get the project going and update the home. They now have all vinyl windows on their home and new Wincore 5400 Double Hung windows.
Mr. J was tired of constantly having to have his gutters cleaned out. Even after having some trees removed, he still continued to experience clogged gutters. Every time it rains his gutters overflow, and it was causing ruts next to his house. Mr. J had been researching different kinds of gutter protection systems and was overwhelmed by the many different offerings. He spoke with a few companies and they all offered him some type of protection and he said the prices were outrageous. His project consultant Steve at PGRS showed him the Raindrop gutter protection system. Kevin was so impressed with how it worked along with the products durability and amazing price that he said it was a no brainer. Now he has clog free gutters for life!
Mr. and Mrs. H are getting ready to sell their home. One thing they wanted to be sure of was that the new homeowners purchased a home with no exterior issues. They had a couple of areas of vinyl siding and trim that needed to be replaced. Jose explained to the homeowners the issues we run into while repairing vinyl siding so they were aware of what to expect. They understood and Jose began his inspection. He found a few pieces of damaged vinyl siding and trim around. Jose was able to present them a solution to fix all the damaged pieces that way when they sell the home, it would pass inspection on the exterior. They were impressed with Jose's knowledge and felt confident in what he was saying due to him being a certified vinyl installer through the manufacture. They now have a home that the buyer can be proud of.
Mr. H was concerned with water overflow and lack of gutters on the sides of his home. Davin came out to see and assess his worries. After an inspection and reviewing everything with Mr. H, he decided to add the gutters on the side of the home and the rear as well and he liked the bulldog gutter protection so he would not have to worry about gutter clogging and having to clean them out. Mr. H can now enjoy his beautiful home and return to his landscaping rather than dealing with the gutters.
Mr. and Mrs. H have been in their home for a year now and they were having gutter issues. Davin came out to see what was giving them trouble. Mr. H was not a fan of cleaning gutters on the second floor of the home and they were clogging. Also, there were no gutters on the front of the home, and it was damaging their new landscaping. They loved the fact that PGRS was a professional and reputable company and they like the solution Davin provided them. They will no longer have to worry about clogged gutters, and they have gutters on the front of the home to protect the landscaping.
Mr. & Mrs. H have lived in their home for over a decade and plan on staying there for a while. They noticed a leak in their foyer where the water is running down the back side of the wall. They called out some contractors to see about fixing their leak, and the first contractor referred them to PGRS. They scheduled an appointment with PGRS and their project consultant Chase showed up on time and ready to help with any problems that they had. Chase began his inspection in the attic, and after about 30 minutes he decided to check out the outside siding to see if that was the problem. Chase found the source of the leak. It was coming through the siding where the wall was not flashed, and water was finding its way in below the J Channel. Chase recommended a wall re-flash, a valley repair with the installation of Ice & Water Shield with new shingles, and complete roof maintenance. Mr. & Mrs. H felt that this solution would solve the problem and agreed to sign up. Now Mr. & Mrs. H have a leak free home that they do not have to worry about until it is time to replace the roof down the line.
Mr. & Mrs. W have lived in their home for about 10 years now and plan on this home being the last that they live in. They have been doing a lot of renovations to the home and realized that they were in the market for new gutters and potentially gutter protection. They started their search for a contractor to do the work, and since they have not had very good luck with contractors in the past they wanted to make sure that the contractor that they went with would do a great job. They called PGRS and their project consultant Chase showed up on time and ready to listen to the problems that they were experiencing. Chase spoke with Mr. & Mrs. W for quite some time and they came to the conclusion that as of right now, financially just the 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts were going to work. Chase built a strong trust with Mr. & Mrs. W that PGRS would do a great job and would stand by their products and quality of workmanship. They knew that PGRS was the only company they felt 100% comfortable with to do the work. Now Mr. & Mrs. W have a brand new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutter System that will last them forever.
Mr. W is in the process of bringing his home back to its original glory. Whether he chose to sell or keep the home he wanted a long-lasting roof system. He called PGRS and met with his consultant Jose. Jose began his inspection in the attic to find any underlying issues that we may run into. He found an active leak starting from a valley. The homeowner had the roof replaced about 8 years ago and knew it was installed incorrectly and knew he might have a leak or 2. He wanted a company that used quality materials with a quality process. Mr. W instantly was impressed with how detail oriented PGRS was and as a lead technician he understood how important that was. In the end Jose was able to provide an estimate for exactly what he was looking for. The fact that Jose knew the entire process and had product knowledge made Mr. W feel confident PGRS was the company to replace his roof. He now has a leak free IKO Cambridge Limited Lifetime Architectural Roof System to last a long time.
Mr. M was looking to spruce up his home and make some repairs before he acquired any damages. He was referred to 2 companies from a good friend. T.J. from PGRS met with Mr. M to discuss what all he was looking to have done to his home. T.J. then carefully inspected the exterior, showed Mr. M his findings, and custom tailored a quote to address all of Mr. M's concerns. After explanation of how all the work would be completed, Mr. M showed T.J. the quote from the other company. They compared the scope of work between the 2 quotes, and T.J. explained the differences in conjunction with what Mr. M wanted to achieve. Mr. M then decided that PGRS was the company for him. With the installation of new flashings for his roof, wood repairs to fascia and window trim, and installation of new shutters, Mr. M now is ready to put the finishing touches on his house with paint.
Mr. & Mrs. T have lived in their home for a couple of years now and plan on staying there forever. They have recently been experiencing some areas where the run-off from the downspouts is causing ruts in the landscaping. They also had a section on their home that did not have gutters. Mr. T reached out to PGRS for their expert opinion on adding different elbows to make sure that the water was being emptied into the French drains that they had installed. Their Project Consultant, Chase, arrived on time and answered all the questions and concerns that they had, and carefully measured the project. Chase was able to provide a solution for a functioning gutter system and adding a brand new 6" Seamless Aluminium Gutter & Downspout to the rear of the garage. Now Mr. & Mrs. T do not have to worry about the water from the gutters causing any more problems to their yard.
Mr. and Mrs. M have lived in their home since it was built. Here recently they began to feel that their home wasn't maintaining a cool temperature for very long when the air conditioning was running. They called PGRS to come out and assess their attic space for proper insulation. T.J. spoke with Mrs. M about their concerns, and a couple of options they had for increasing the energy efficiency of their home. Mrs. M then showed T.J. the 3 different attic spaces they had so he could perform his inspection. T.J. showed Mrs. M the conditions of all the attic spaces and explained the steps to be taken to get their insulation back to a level that complies with the current building code. Their attic insulation levels are now up to current building code, and their home is comfortably cooler.
Mr. M, the main caretaker of a local farm, had PGRS replace the roof on a large hay barn back in January. It had come time for the home he lives in to have its roof replaced. The owner of the farm asked that the roof match the one on the barn to keep everything uniform. T.J. went to work inspecting and measuring the roof. He discovered that the roof had 2 layers of shingles and some unnecessary forms of ventilation right beside other forms of ventilation. T.J. discussed his findings with the owner and explained what the most efficient form of ventilation would be for his roof. Now the caretaker's residence has a beautiful IKO Marathon Roof in Charcoal Gray to match the barn that was done earlier this year.
Mr. S had a tree hit his home during the recent storms. He called PGRS to come out and put a tarp on the roof to protect his home from any further damage and set an appointment for T.J. to come out and thoroughly identify all the repairs needed to make his home like new again. Mr. S had to submit the quote to his insurance company to adjust their payment for the additional damages not included in their original scope of work. After a few weeks of negotiating with the insurance company, they finally sent another adjuster out to meet T.J. and view everything in detail. T.J. and the insurance adjuster were finally able to come to an agreement of what worked for all parties involved, so that Mr. S could finally get his home repaired. Now Mr. S’s home is as good as new.
Mr. K had a large tree fall and hit the front of his home. It caused a lot of damage to the roof, framing, soffit & fascia. He was referred to us by another contractor who is helping him with the stucco damage. PGRS worked with Mr. K’s insurance provider to make sure that all of his damages were covered, and the project was done correctly. He and his wife were so happy that PGRS was able to get their home back in shape and walk them through the process to make everything go as smooth as possible! Their home has been repaired and is good as new again!
Mr. R is a previous customer who had a great experience with PGRS before so when he was ready to address some siding and stain on his work shed, he called the pros at PGRS. His consultant, Steve, identified the cedar boards and fascia that needed to be replaced and provided a solution to repair and stain Mr. R's cedar shed. Mr. R agreed on what needed to be repaired and now his shed is as good as new!
Mr. and Mrs. H bought their home about a year ago, and knew they had some gutter issues to take care of in the future. They started noticing the gutters pulling away in some areas and thought it was probably time to have them looked at. They called PGRS and met their project consultant Jose. Jose met Mr. and Mrs. H to hear what they were experiencing. Jose determined they had some areas of wood that were rotting, along with debris in a couple of areas that caused the gutter to come loose. They were also pulling away due to the spike nailing system. During his inspection Jose noticed most of the fascia was in great condition, except for the paint peeling in a few areas. Jose showed Mr. and Mrs. H the issues and asked how they would like to proceed. They asked if I could give them a separate quote for the painting portion. Jose presented an option for all new seamless aluminum gutters & downspouts with bulldog gutter protection. He also priced to paint all the fascia separately. Mr. and Mrs. H did have another quote, but they mentioned the other company was not as thorough as Jose. For that reason, they felt more comfortable with PGRS doing all the work rather than having different companies for each trade. Mr. and Mrs. H now have a new maintenance-free gutter system with beautifully painted fascia & soffit.
During the tornadoes that came through Coweta County on March 31st, Mr. R had some trees fall in his front yard. One tree struck his home and thankfully caused minimal damage. Mr. R called on the company that had installed his roof 2 years ago, and the company no longer handles residential roofing, so they referred him to PGRS. T.J. went to assess the damages the very next morning and determined that Mr. R should move forward with making an insurance claim since the repairs and tree removal would be more than his deductible. In the meantime, T.J. removed a small tree limb that had pierced the roof and installed a temporary patch. Within a week Mr. R received his insurance claim payment and scheduled time with T.J. to complete the necessary paperwork to get the repairs scheduled. Mr. R's roof and gutter are like new again, his vinyl siding has been repaired with some pieces he had leftover from the original installation, and he added Leaf Free Gutter Protection to all his gutters so his wife wouldn't have to worry about him falling off a ladder ever again.
Mr. & Mrs. D has lived in their home for over 20 years and has had their original gutters on the home. They began to realize that over the past couple of months they were seeing that the rain was not going into the gutters. They began to get quotes and finally called on PGRS. There project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help out in any way that he could. Chase listened to the problems that were occurring and presented an option that would help alleviate Mr. & Mrs. D's problems. Chase provided them a solution for a 6' Seamless Aluminium Gutters and Downspouts and to replace some fascia boards that began to rot over time from water protrusion. Now Mr. & Mrs. D have a gutter system that looks beautiful and will last them forever.
Mr. T noticed that his gutters hadn’t been controlling the water as they used to. He called out PGRS to find the problem and propose a solution. T.J. inspected the problematic areas and discovered the issues. The gutter guards that had been installed 15 years ago were not installed on the entire length of the gutter. Over time the gutters accumulated debris, and now 2 sections of gutter have water pouring over them. T.J. proposed several options for him, and he ultimately chose to have 2 sections of loose gutters replaced as well as adding Leaf Free Gutter Protection to 4 sections of gutter at the rear of his home. Now Mr. T doesn't have to worry about overflowing gutters ever again.
Mr. and Mrs. W had some leaks spring up with the recent storms. They called PGRS to come to take a look. PGRS sent Jose to inspect the leak. Jose met with Mr. and Mrs. W and asked them what problems they were experiencing. It was determined that they actually had 3 active leaks and were unsure about them because their roof is only 8 years old. Jose began his inspection in the attic to determine where the source of the leaks ware. After inspecting the attic Jose determined there were in fact 7 active leaks!! Jose got on the roof to find out what all the issues were. Jose determined 4 of the leaks were normal wear and tear, and the other 3 were installation errors. Mr. and Mrs. W were very upset to learn that they had more leaks and even worse, they were installation errors. Jose showed them the inspection videos of both the attic and the roof to show them exactly what they had going on. Jose presented an option to repair every leak and to perform roof maintenance to prevent any further leaks from occurring. Mr. and Mrs. W were confident PGRS was the company to do the repairs. They now have a leak-free home once again!
Mr. E purchased his home new in 2017. Shortly after they moved in, he realized some of the gutters didn't work properly. There was a lot of water being dumped too close to his foundation, as well as some standing water in a gutter, and some areas were overflowing. He met with Jose, his project consultant and Jose listened to his concerns about the gutters. Jose proposed to extend the downspouts in the areas where the water was emptying out too close to his foundation to help carry the water onto the driveway and away from the home. To relieve the standing water and to help the gutters to not overflow, Jose proposed to re-pitch the gutters and to add downspouts a couple more downspouts. Mr. E no longer has to worry about foundation issues or any standing water and has a gutter system that is functioning properly.
Originally, Greg met with Mr. and Mrs. R because they had a small leak in their dining room and bedroom. Greg had given them a price for repair, but they wanted time to make their decision. They set a new appointment for later that week. Storms moved in the next day and Greg called Mr. R to see how their roof was doing with all the rain. He said it was leaking and wanted to move forward with a repair or replacement. Greg stopped by and met with Mr. and Mrs. R again and they decided to go with a full IKO Dynasty roof system. Mr. and Mrs. R were impressed with our company and now have a worry-free roof system.
Mr. M has owned his home since it was built 22 years ago. The roof was the original 3-tab shingle roof and was nearing the end of its useful life period. Mr. M had made minor repairs to his roof over the years, so he knew it was time for a replacement. He had called out several companies to give him a quote and wanted to make sure he felt comfortable with the company performing the work and the price to get it done. T.J. presented a couple of Lifetime Architectural shingle options to Mr. M so he could decide what worked best for him. With the explanation of the process and pricing being within his budget, Mr. M decided to get the project going with PGRS. He now has the IKO Cambridge Lifetime Architectural Roof on his home and detached garage in Dual Black.
Mr. A was referred to T.J. by Greg Creighton of Creighton Construction. Mr. A had just had a utility building built on his property and needed to get a roof put on it. He had had some other roofers quote the project but felt like the pricing was out of line. Once Mr. A and T.J. were able to discuss what Mr. A wanted for his building, T.J. put together a quote outlining the process and shingles to be used. Mr. A was pleased with the explanation and pricing and decided to get signed up to have his project scheduled. Mr. A now has an IKO Marathon roof that will keep his utility building leak free for many years to come.
Mrs. M set an appointment with PGRS because she noticed shingles sticking up on the roof of her home. The roof had been replaced 7 years before, but she couldn't find the company who installed them. After a full attic and roof inspection, Greg showed her pictures of some of the shingles coming loose in the front and back. Somehow these shingles were never nailed in. Aside from these couple areas, the rest of the roof looked good. Mrs. M was relieved when Greg gave her the solution and price. She said it was much less expensive than she expected. Our Team was there within the week and nailed and sealed all the loose shingles along with some other minor repairs.
Now Mrs. M doesn’t have to worry about having problems with her roof.
Mr. M is the main caretaker of a local farm. He called on several roofers/contractors to quote replacement of the roof on an old barn. The barn's roof was missing some shingles and had sustained significant damage to decking and rafters, as well as some interior flooring and framing. Mr. M met with T.J. and was immediately impressed with how professional PGRS was. Mr. M told T.J. that he hadn't received a quote from one of the other contractors yet, and the other one had shown up at 10:30 in the morning already drunk. Mr. M said he was ready to listen to a professional and see how things should be done. T.J. provided Mr. M with a thorough inspection and tailored 4 options for roof replacement on the barn. After a short discussion of the options with the owner of the farm, Mr. M let T.J. know that they were ready to get the project going to prolong the life and usefulness of the barn. They chose to have the IKO Marathon 25-year roof in Charcoal Gray installed, along with replacing damaged rafters, decking, and replacing all the fascia boards.
Mr. P was experiencing a pool of water in his backyard every time it rained. Greg went out and met with Mr. P and came up with a plan to increase the size of his gutters from 5" to 6" and move the downspouts from the back to the front of his garage. He also decided to add LeaFree Gutter Protection to keep his gutters maintenance free.
After a couple days of rain, Mr. P no longer has water pooling in his yard from the gutters. He is extremely happy with the results and has recommended PGRS to his neighbors.
Mr. and Mrs. C noticed a water stain on their bedroom ceiling from the recent rains. PGRS had been out in the past to perform some repairs, so they called us back out to assess the new leak. T.J. met with them, discussed their concerns and problems, and performed a thorough inspection of the area of concern. T.J. was able to determine that this was a siding issue on their chimney and was able to provide Mr. and Mrs. C with a quote to eliminate this from happening again. Mr. C showed T.J. another area of damage near ground level and asked about addressing that as well. T.J. and Mr. C came to an agreement to take care of that and make sure their roof was good and water tight. Now Mr. and Mrs. C’s home is leak free once again.
Mr. B had a house with LP Siding that was installed when the home was originally built. This siding was rotting in various areas around the house and he was ready to have something done about it. Steve from PGRS met with with Mr. B and showed him different options which included re-siding his whole house with either Vinyl Siding or Hardie Siding. He also discussed just replacing the areas of siding that were rotting with Hardie Cedarmill Siding which would provide the same look as the rest of the siding.
Ultimately Mr. B decided his best option would be to do a partial siding replacement with Hardie Cedarmill. This not only solved his issues, but it allowed him to stay within his budget.
