Mr. T had only been in his home for a couple of months, when a tree let loose from the ground and hit the back of the house. Mr. T called upon PGRS to come assess the damage, and prepare a cost for repairs that he could submit to his insurance company. T.J. performed an extremely thorough inspection and documented all damages with plenty of photos. Once he had everything prepared, T.J. explained his findings and how the repairs would need to be made. Mr. T submitted the proposal along with the inspection photos to his insurance company. Within a week Mr. T had confirmation that the repairs would be covered, and he called T.J. to get started on the work. Now that the roof, soffit and fascia, and gutters have been repaired, Mr. T's home is like new again.

Mr. B was experiencing a leak on his dining room and decided to call PGRS to come take a look. He wasn't sure if it was the gutter or the roof. Ariel arrived on time, on his inspection he noticed that the valley was backed up with a lot of debris and water was finding its way through the shingles. Ariel explained how when they installed the roof, they did not install the correct underlayment for the valley. Ariel provided them a solution to repair the valley with the proper underlayment which is ice and water to seal any nail that goes through it and keep the valley leak free. Upon his inspection, he also noticed that Mr. B was missing some gutters on the rear of his home and it was causing damages to his foundation. Ariel provided Mr. B with a solution to drain the water properly away from his home. He provided a solution for a maintenance free 6" gutter system around the entire home with Raindrop Gutter guards to keep all of the leaves away from his gutters.

Mr. R had some concerns with the age of his roof and wanted to get it looked at. He called PGRS and Davin met with him to address his concerns and the age of his roof. He was not yet experiencing any major issues, but he knew that it would be a major headache if he was to experience any. He knew he should replace it now so that this would be the last roof he ever had to deal with and to increase the curb appeal as well if he ever decided to sell the home. Mr. and Mrs. S were in the process of bringing their home back to top condition. They wanted a one stop shop company to do all the work so they began looking. They were recommended to us by a neighbor that had a roof replaced by PGRS. They called and Jose went out to inspect the home. Jose arrived and listened to what they were trying to accomplish. After discussing the project with the homeowners Jose was clear of the concerns. First, the paint on the home had faded excessively and didn't look like a quality product was used. They also had some water run off problems that was washing their flower beds away in the front. Lastly, they wanted the roof inspected since there had been a lot of storms. Jose began his inspection to look at the issues and provide them solutions that would work best for them. Jose inspected the home and was able to provide options for all work. Jose saw the roof was in decent shape and recommended a maintenance to get them the maximum life out of the roof. He also recommended increasing the size of the gutter where there was overflow, and eliminating a downspout that was emptying all the water from the above roof into that small gutter below. Jose suggested running that downspout to the ground. Lastly, Jose provided a solution for a high quality Sherwin Williams super paint give them the finish they were looking for. Mr. and Mrs. S were impressed with the attention to detail on the proposal and knew then why PGRS came highly recommended. They got all work done and now have a beautifully painted exterior with a fully functional roof system with the gutter problems all taken care of!

Mr. R and his son have been in search for a new roofing system. His son called PGRS to take a look over everything and he was so happy with Davin, his project consultant who met with him and showed him all of the options for a new roof. Mr. R knew PGRS was the company for him and his father.  Now they have a beautiful new roof that will last them a long time. 

Mr. S is selling his rental property and due to some heavy winds and prior hail damage his insurance company was going to provide him with a full roof replacement. He called PGRS and Davin was able to go by and take a look at everything for him. He was unable to meet Davin, but Davin was able to go through everything with him over the phone and help him understand the insurance paperwork better. Mr. and Mrs. C run a business out of their residence of 13 years. They were told when they bought the home that the roof was 2-3 years old. They noticed the roof looking a little old, with some areas having a few dips. One of their employees referred them to T.J. of PGRS to come take a look at it. After a thorough inspection, T.J. was able to show them what was causing the dips in the roof, and their options to remedy it. After taking the weekend to discuss whether or not they wanted to pursue and insurance claim, they called T.J. up and told him they wanted to get the details finalized to get their roof replaced. Jose met with Mr. and Mrs. B to take a look at the roof. They had concerns with a few shingles that had blown off and wanted an overall roof inspection to let them know the condition of the roof. They also mentioned that they had two picture windows that were starting to haze and fog and they wanted those replaced as well. When Jose inspected the attic, he found that they only seemed to have a minor leak occurring around where the hip and ridge shingles were missing on the roof. Jose went over the simple roof repair to stop their leak and replacing the two windows. Mr. and Mrs. B decided to get the work done and now they have a leak free home and two new windows.

Mr. B is a local builder and on steep roofs he calls PGRS. This job was no different, he was building an addition and the pitch was a 10/12. Mr. and Mrs. Q were tired of having to pay someone to clean out their gutters and were interested in having some new gutter protection installed. Ms. P owns a rental home in Newnan, GA. Her tenant was having some issues with the roof and she called PGRS to take a look. Davin met with her and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He showed Ms. P all the different options and exactly what they cost. She decided that a new roof was just too expensive right now. She wanted to make the repair and maintenance the roof and see about getting a new roof later. The roof maintenance and minor repair it will give her the time she needs until it is time for a full roof replacement.

Mr. and Mrs. S bought their home brand new nearly 7 years ago. During the purchase, Mr. S noticed some things about the siding that alerted him that things weren't installed properly. Fast forward to the year 2020, and they had several areas of their home with cracks in the siding, siding bowing in places, and siding pulling loose from the wall. With a little bit of research, they discovered that the siding used on their home had since been deemed defective because of said issues. They decided to call PGRS and were assigned T.J. as their project consultant. T.J. had recently seen the exact same issue on another house in Newnan and was very familiar with their problem. T.J. walked around the home with Mr. S to view all the areas of concern to make sure nothing would be missed in the quote. Mrs. R has owned her home pretty much since it was built. Which was 30 years ago so she knew it was time to update the exterior. She called PGRS and met her consultNt Jose. She spoke to Jose about what she wanted. Jose carefully listened and began his inspection. During the inspection Jose determined that a lot of issues were being caused by the way the siding was installed. Built all the siding that met the roofline was installed directly on the roofline so it was swelling due to the moisture coming off the roof. Jose explained why the current issues were occurring and explained the differences in the new process of installing siding that would eliminate these concerns and issues from ever occurring again. Mrs. R was very impressed with the product knowledge that Jose brought to the table and was very impressed. Mr. W discovered a leak on his rear chimney, so he called upon PGRS to take a look. Davin met Mr. W and saw the chimney leak was due to poor installation and improper flashing. After a thorough inspection and reviewing all the photos with Mr. W, he was aware that his chimney was not flashed properly and causing other issues to his siding due to poor gutter install as well. Mr. W was very thankful that we looked at all angles of the problem and did not just fix what he thought was the problem but found the source and provided a solution to fix the real issue. Mr. W now has a leak free chimney and proper gutter system to prevent the problem from happening again.

Mr. and Mrs. H had a leak above the garage. Davin met with them to see the issue and provide a full roof inspection. After an examination he found the roof was leaking due to improper flashing above the garage where the roof line met the wall. Mr. H agreed that the roof needed to be repaired and said that he would call us back out when it was time to replace the whole roof. Mr. H now has a leak free roof and a little more time before a full replacement.

Mrs. B has lived in her home since it was about new and knew that after she noticed one gutter starting to leak that she should have them replaced. She also had some trees in the backyard that were getting taller and soon enough would cause clogs in her gutter system. She decided to interview a couple of different companies among them was PGRS. She met with her project consultant, Jose, to listen to her concerns and the problems she was experiencing. Jose inspected the work and realized the entire gutter system needed to be maintenance. Also, there were two sections of gutter that had pulled away and bent that would need replacing. Mr. T recently had a tree fall on his house that barely clipped his fascia board. This cracked a piece of trim on the fascia and knocked off the protective aluminum capping. Mr. W called about a leak around his fireplace. They knew their roof was old and wanted a full inspection. They also had a problem with their gutters overflowing. Mr. W had never been on his roof because of a back injury so he wasn't sure what shape it was in. His project consultant went on the roof and not only took pictures but used a GoPro so they could watch a video of the inspection. Once they watched the video, Mr. and Mrs. W were surprised that they didn't have more leaks. Mr. G requested that the appointment be strictly no contact, so he spoke to T.J. over the phone about the problem while T.J. was outside his home. Mr. G was under the impression that everything could just be lifted back into place and re-secured. After close inspection of the rafter tails and hanging materials, T.J. discovered that the construction practices used to install the fascia on that side of the house largely played a role in why it came loose during the storm. T.J. explained to Mr. G and sent him photos of why it happened and how the repair would need to take place to properly install everything on that side of his home. After some discussion of whether or not to make an insurance claim, Mr. G decided that he wanted to go ahead and get the work completed ASAP. Mr. G's right side fascia, gutter, and soffit are like new again, and he should never have to worry about that side ever coming loose.

Mr. B is a contractor that does a lot of work in the area. He typically does the roof on his jobs himself, but as he has aged, he has looked for a company to partner with on his jobs. He met with Jose and spoke to him about everything they do, and Jose told him a little bit about PGRS and our values. He was convinced and hasn't regretted that decision. On this job, he was building a detached garage in Senoia for his client. He needed a close matching shingle to match the existing roof. Jose was able to match it almost identically. Mr. and Mrs. D are selling their home. When they bought the home, they were told that the roof had at least 5 years of life left. After listing it for sale, a real estate agent asked them how they planned to address the roof damage. They had repairs made, but were told that it needed to be replaced. Mrs. D reached out to PGRS and met with T.J. After a thorough inspection, T.J. put together a couple of options for them and went over the specifics of each option. Mr. and Mrs. D were extremely impressed with how well their options were explained and wanted a couple of days to decide which would be best for their situation. Mr. and Mrs. H’s home was built three years ago. Immediately after they moved in, they had some issues with water flowing over the gutter on their back porch. The builder came back out and added a roof diverter to help the water flow into the gutter. They were still having issues with the same area and called PGRS to come to look at it. They met with Jose, their project consultant, and he listened to their issues and started his inspection. Jose determined that the drip edge at the edge of the roof was installed incorrectly. The drip edge was behind the gutter allowing water to flow off the roof and behind the gutter. That, along with the diverter they installed was backing water into that area, causing the water flow under the shingles and find its way in through a nail head. Jose presented a solution to add Ice & Water Shield on the lower section of the roof and add proper kick-out flashing to help the water flow into the gutter as well as installing the drip edge properly for water to flow into the gutter rather than behind. Mr. and Mrs. H now have a leak-free home once again.

Mr. W had an insurance claim, a large tree fell on his roof and did significant damage to the shingles and decking. He had multiple estimates but felt the most comfortable with PGRS. Mrs. W was excited to pick one of the many colors IKO offers in its Dynasty line. Start to finish Mr. and Mrs. W were impressed with the installation, service, and communication. Mr. H has lived in his home for 14 years and has made some improvements recently to help with maintenance and efficiency. He also had to replace his rear basement entry door recently as it had sustained some water damage. The installer of his door told him that his gutters appeared to be the reason his door became damaged. T.J. found that water was getting behind the vinyl siding in several areas, saturating and rotting wall sheathing, and causing damage to the base molding inside the home. After seeing the multiple areas in person, Mr. H agreed that the gutters weren't the problem, the siding was. It was at that moment that Mr. H knew he was in good hands with PGRS. If the project consultant was that thorough with the diagnosis, then he felt confident that the repair crew and project managers would follow suit. The back of Mr. H's house is like new and leak free once again.

Mr. and Mrs. R were having some work performed on their home, and the repair person told them they needed to get their roof replaced soon. They did some research of local companies online and decided to call PGRS based on the reviews. Once they expressed their concerns to T.J., he went to work investigating their roof. The results showed that there were some shingles in a few areas that appeared to be older than their 10 year old roof. Ms. R has used PGRS for all of her rental properties and her personal home for some time now. She called PGRS to come inspect another property that she purchased. After doing an overall roof inspection and showing her the issues with the video of the inspection that PGRS took, she understood that even though her roof was only 3 years old, there was work that needed to be done. The previous company didn't add any kickout flashing on the home and they installed the ridge vents wrong. Repairing the Atlas Chalet is not reasonable because there is no matching material or shingle that can be purchased or found in order to complete the repair. John B. contacted PGRS because he needed an estimate to repair a roof leak he was experiencing on an older 3- tab roof. During the initial roof inspection, Jason was able to identify substantial hail damage across the entire roof. The customer decided to file a claim with his homeowner’s insurance company as a result of the hail damage to his roof. Jason met with his adjuster and they were able to secure the funding for a top of the line Owens Corning roof system. We were able to upgrade his roof system from the standard 3-tab shingle to the Owens Corning Duration shingle in Estate Gray.
