Mr. & Mrs. C recently bought a new home and were looking to rent out their old house. They called out PGRS to inspect the siding and roof. After Ariel arrived promptly, He inspected the siding, roof, soffit, facia, windows and Gutters. Once he finished the inspection he provided a solution to remodel the exterior of the home with maintenance free Ovation Vinyl siding, a new Owens Corning Supreme shingle roof, 2 new Vinylmax windows, and a new 6" seamless Gutter System to drain the water properly away from the house. Mr. & Mrs. C were very happy that one company can do all of the exterior solutions to their home and they can get the home ready to rent.

Mrs. S began renting her home about 14 years ago. Her tenant noticed that there was water coming in through the soffit. She called the pros at PGRS and her project consultant Chase arrived to do his thorough inspection. Chase found the cause of the leak and provided a solution to alleviate the problem. Chase recommended replacing the vinyl soffit on the back of the home as well as re-wrapping the fascia board with PVC trim coil. The leak had caused some decking to rot, so Chase recommended a roof repair to replace the decking and shingles in this area and a routine roof maintenance for the roof. Ms. T has lived in her home for about 5 years now and loves it. A recent storm had damaged some of the shingles on her roof. Her insurance company had already been out and had decided to cover a partial replacement due to wind and hail damage, but the age of her roof was their concern. She went ahead with a full roof replacement and know has a beautiful new roof.

Mr. R had a large tree limb fall on his roof. He called upon PGRS to come out and give a quote to repair the damage and tarp the roof while he waited for his insurance company to provide their cost to cover the damages. In the process Mr. R went back and forth with his insurance company for several months before finally getting any resolution. Mr. R called PGRS back to get his work scheduled. T.J. went out to assess the home to ensure no further damages had occurred. Mr. R was presented a couple of options for roof and gutter repairs. Once T.J. explained the course of action, Mr. R made his decision to get the project going. His roof has been repaired to like new condition, and he now has a new set of gutters on the rear of his home.

Mrs. C has lived in her home for about 10 years now. She had noticed that there was staining around the chimney area. She called PGRS to come out and see what is causing the leak. Her project consultant, Chase, did an inspection and found that the leak was coming in through the flashing around the chimney and that it was installed improperly. Chase provided a solution for a chimney reflash as well as a routine roof maintenance to seal any exposed nails and make sure everything was property caulked on the roof. Now Mrs. C has a leak free roof that will last her until she needs a roof replacement down the line.

Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church was referred to PGRS by Chimney Solutions. They had some work done by them and they asked who they recommended for some gutter work. Their project consultant was Jose. They met at the church and showed him a small problem. Their commercial gutter had rusted out, and they had already gotten the replacement piece. They had interviewed several companies that gave them a price that was ridiculous. After meeting with Jose and Jose explaining how we would seam the 2 pieces and pitch it correctly he knew PGRS was the right company for the job. They now have a functioning gutter system without any rust.

Mrs. E had vinyl siding blow off her home after a strong storm hit our area. She looked on Google and found PGRS at the top of the list. The siding was laying on the ground with one large piece broken. Greg met with her and was able to find the perfect match to her damaged siding.
