Mr. A has lived in his home for a while now. He just recently had the roof replaced and knew that the gutters were going to need to be replaced shortly after. Mr A has a close friend that does a lot of work with PGRS and was referred to have us come take a look at his project,. Mr. A called PGRS and his project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase carefully inspected the gutters on the home and determined that there were several areas on the home where the fascia was going to need to be replaced. Chase prepared his detailed quote and showed Mr. A exactly how PGRS could help. Chase presented replacing all damaged fascia and soffit, and then installing beautiful new 6" seamless aluminum gutters & downspouts, and installing RainDrop gutter protection. Now Mr. A has maintenance free gutters that he will never have to worry about again!
Mr. and Mrs. R had an active leak appear in their upstairs hallway. After he checked it out he saw it had been going on awhile. He decided he needed to call the professionals out so he called PGRS and Davin met him out to take a look at his concerns. After reviewing everything on his home he was thankful that we came out to look at everything. Davin found more than just the current leak he was having from his ridge vent! He had a bad power vent and chimney pan that needed to be replaced as well as the chimney needing to be re flashed. He was happy PGRS was thorough and that we brought everything to his attention so he can handle it all at once and no longer have to worry about his roof.
Mr. V is a previous customer of T.J.'s, and had just moved into a home that he had renovated on the interior. He asked T.J. to come out and give him some pricing on some exterior projects that he plans to get accomplished before the end of the year. Mr. V's first step was to get the rest of the old windows replaced before proceeding with siding and gutters. Now that his new windows have been installed, he can begin planning for the next phase of the exterior renovations.
Ms. F had contacted PGRS in February of 2020 to discuss several exterior updates to her home. Because of the Covid pandemic, Ms. F lost her job and had to put her projects on hold. In January of 2022 she reached back out to T.J. to revisit the project. T.J. met with Ms. F again to determine if any of her wishes had changed from before. T.J. re-inspected the home and confirmed all his measurements to update the proposal. Once T.J. reviewed everything with Ms. F, she needed a few days to decide on some details, and then called T.J. back to finalize everything. Ms. F can now enjoy the low maintenance and beauty of her Mastic Ovation Vinyl Siding in English Wedgewood.
Mr. and Mrs. S knew it was time to update a few things and called a few companies to come take a look. To their surprise out of 5 companies called to potentially give estimates, only 2 called back, and 1 made it on time and the day they said they were coming. That company was PGRS. They wanted rot free siding and a new roof but were interested in different options. Jose carefully explained the James Hardie rot free siding and all options for roof systems. Ultimately they waited for the other quote but never got it, and knew PGRS was the company for them. They now have a beautiful new rot free exterior James Hardie Cedarmill Siding with an Architectural IKO Dynasty Roof system. They are super pleased with the products and the process!
Mr. A was having a gutter overflowing on the rear of his home. He decided to call PGRS out to take a look. After Davin met with him and looked at everything it was noticed that the gutter was not pitched appropriately and it needed a splash guard to kill some of that running water and slow it down a bit in the high volume areas. Mr. A liked the idea of re running the gutter in those specific areas to match and to pitch it the correct way.
Mr. & Mrs. O have lived in their house for over 15 years. Over the years they noticed that they were constantly having to repair the home. They also noticed that the roof, chimney pan, the siding, and the gutters were all in pretty bad shape. They called out on several contractors to try to get all the work fixed. They called PGRS and their project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help. Chase went over all the concerns they had with their home and came up with a precise list of things that they ultimately wanted to accomplish with their project. Chase then did a very thorough inspection and carefully measured the home for every trade that they were looking to complete. Chase went over all the different options with Mr. O and came down to exactly what they wanted. Mr. & Mrs. O did their due diligence and got more quotes to make sure that they were not paying more for their project then they had to. Chase continued to follow up and check in on their progress with the whole thing and revised a couple things to make sure that they were getting exactly what they wanted with their project. Chase was patient and flexible with all the different things that were thrown at him, and ended up earning the business due to tenacity and continuing his WOW Customer Service. Mr. & Mrs. O ultimately decided to go with Certainteed Landmark Pro in Pewter for their roofing, Hardie Color Plus Siding in Arctic White for their siding, new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts w/ RainDrop Gutter Protection for their Gutters, a fresh coat of paint on ALL of their fasica and soffit to match their beautiful new siding, and a brand new Chimney Pan & Shroud as well to prevent future leaks on their chimney and that also looks amazing. Now Mr. & Mrs O have a home that has enhanced curb appeal, and that they are proud to call theirs.
Mrs. S was looking for someone who could clean out her gutters. It then occurred to her that she never wanted to deal with having them cleaned again. She called PGRS and Davin came out and went over the options with her. She loved the Raindrop gutter protection that he showed her and she knew that was the one for her. Not only was she getting her gutters cleaned, but now she never has to have them cleaned again.
Mr. and Mrs. L moved into this house about a year ago. They were told at the time of buying that the roof had a leak and was recently repaired. Recently the roof started to leak again in the same area. Mrs. L tried to get the original company that did the repairs to come back out fix their work but they wouldn't respond to her or come out to her house. A friend referred her to PGRS. Her Project Consultant, Steve, met with her to discuss the issues they were experiencing. Steve performed an inspection and found out that the original repair was not done correctly. They had a leak coming in from one of the roof valley's. The other company only made repairs to the very bottom portion of the valley, but the leak was coming from higher up and running down to the bottom of the valley. Steve proposed pulling all of the shingles up from the valley and then installing Ice & Water Shield down the entire length of the valley which will prevent any water from getting through. Then we would install new architectural shingles to match as close as possible to the existing shingles. Now their roof is leak free!
Mr. & Mrs. T have lived in her home for a long time now. They have had a leaky skylight for a while now. They have tried several times to fix the skylight with no luck. They called PGRS out and their project consultant arrived and was able to get to work right away for them. Chase was able to measure the skylight and get it quoted to get replaced. They also had some siding that was damaged on the back of the home that also included some fascia and soffit that was damaged as well. Chase got them taken care of with a new skylight, roof maintenance, siding repair on the back of home & painting the repairs to match, replacing the fascia and soffit in the areas of siding and new 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts in that area as well! They now have a leak free roof, damage free siding, and new gutters and downspouts in that area as well!
Mr. & Mrs. B just bought their home in Peachtree City. They are in the process of getting the home ready for them to move in. Their real estate agent Mrs. M is a current customer of PGRS and referred them to Chase at PGRS. Chase got in contact with Mr. B and was able to set up a time to go by and inspect the roof to see if it needed to be replaced or if there was any way they could get by with a repair. Chase went by and got in the attic and noticed several areas where the roof was leaking, and had been leaking for a long time. Mr. & Mrs. B are currently in the process of getting the entire home repainted and Chase let them know that they would more than likely have to repaint later on due to the active leaks in the home. Chase provided them a solution for a beautiful new IKO Cambridge Roof System in Dual Black as well as replacing ALL damaged decking, and repairing a rafter that was split. Now Mr. & Mrs. B have a leak free home that will put them a step closer to moving into their beautiful new home.
Mrs. K was having some interior work done when her painters noticed some stains on her ceiling. They advised her to call a roofer out to inspect. She called PGRS and got T.J. to come out and meet with her. After a very thorough inspection, T.J. was able to show Mrs. K that overall her roof was in good shape, but her problems were coming from poor installation of the lower section of her roof. Mrs. K was thankful that her entire roof wasn't compromised, and that PGRS could properly replace the lower section of roof to make it like new again. With the lower section of her roof being new and leak free, Mrs. K can continue with her interior renovations.
Mr. and Mrs. C recently noticed a couple of issues with their home. They called a couple of local companies to discuss. They had a leak in their home, and in their shed, along with fascia, soffit & gutter issues. They met their consultant Jose who listened to their concerns. He performed a thorough inspection and realized they had a few issues. They had 4 sections of damaged gutter and some fascia and soffit that needed to be repaired. They also had a leak inside their home that stemmed from an improperly installed edge. They didn't use drip edge, or a true starter strip that allowed water to penetrate in a wind blowing rain. Mr. and Mrs. C were also tired of paying someone to clean their gutters and decided to get an estimate on a maintenance free gutter system. Jose provided solutions for all work and presented a detailed proposal of exactly what they were looking for. After gathering all the bids, they decided to call PGRS back and have them do the work. They were very pleased with all work and very happy with the results, they now have a maintenance free gutter system, and a leak free home once again.
Ms. C had a leak in her roof last year and called several companies to address the issue. T.J. met with her, identified the source of the problem, and was able to help her out while he was there. She was so pleased that she called T.J. directly to help resolve a gutter issue she was having. Once T.J. gathered some measurements and presented the solution to resolve her gutter problem, Ms. C was happy to get the work done with PGRS. The window trim on her sunroom will now be protected from the overflow with the larger gutter system installed to adequately manage the rainwater from the roof.
Mrs. T is a previous customer of PGRS. She recently had the chimney pan replacement, and while the company was out, they mentioned some siding was damaged on the rear so she called PGRS her contractor of choice. She met her consultant Jose to look at her concerns. Jose inspected the chimney, and found a couple of boards were compromised and some corner boards on the back. He recommended replacing them with fiber cement rot free siding and painting the entire chimney to bring it to top condition. Mrs. T agreed that was the best choice and got signed up! She now has a beautifully painted chimney that has no issues!
Mr. & Mrs. L are previous customers of PGRS. They had PGRS do some gutter work for them a couple of years ago, and recently began researching gutter protection. They were beyond satisfied with the professionalism, customer service, & workmanship of PGRS during their initial project that they knew that they wanted to atleast get PGRS out to get them a quote. Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to help in any way he could. Chase carefully inspected and measured the project and showed Mrs. L all the different options. Chase showed Mrs. L exactly how the RainDrop Gutter Protection worked and her and her husband loved the design and durability of the product. They also really liked the fact that RainDrop came with a life time clog free warranty as well as a 20 Year Material warranty. Mr. & Mrs. L are confident that they never have to worry about their gutters ever again!
Mr. S was having some gutter issues on his home and so he called PGRS. We had been out to his home in the past and he was appreciative of our professionalism so he wanted PGRS to do this work for him. His gutters were just not holding water and the water was overflowing and pooling near his home which worried him. After a thorough inspection it was determined that his gutter protection had no flow to allow water to come into the gutter. Davin showed Mr. S the Raindrop Gutter Protection that we offer and how exceptional it is because it will keep the debris out and allow the water in! Mr. S said that this is exactly what he needed. He now has a beautiful new 6" Gutter system with Raindrop Gutter Protection.
Mr. & Mrs. R have lived in their home for several years. They had gotten their roof replaced back in 2010. With the past couple of heavy winds that we experienced over the past couple of months they noticed that there were some shingles that were missing on their roof. They called the pros at PGRS after seeing one of our wrapped vans and wanted someone to take a look at the roof. Their project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase carefully inspected the roof and identified where the shingles were missing and went over the findings with Mr. & Mrs. R. They really enjoyed the masterful presentation that Chase offered and wanted to go ahead and get the work done. Chase recommended replacing the shingles in areas where they were missing and also found an area on the front of the home where the shingles were down to the fiber glass matting and then an overall roof maintenance which includes sealing all penetrations, adding pipe boot collars, sealing all nail pops, and painting those penetrations to blend into the roof. Now Mr. & Mrs. R do not have to worry about their roof for a couple more years until it is time to replace the entire roof.
Ms. O has lived in her home for several years now. She had PGRS do some repairs in the past. The solution for the repair solved the problem, however Ms. O noticed a couple weeks back with the heavy rains that we had that there was another leak. She saw that the water was entering in through the corner of her ceiling in her master bathroom. She called out to the pros at PGRS and Chase her project consultant came out the same day she called in for her request. Chase arrived on time and ready to perform a careful inspection. Chase listened to all the questions that Ms., O had and was able to satisfy every problem with a solution. Chase began his inspection in the attic, but was not able to find the exact location of where the water was coming in from due to the ceiling being vaulted with no access from the attic. Then Chase took his inspection outside and inspected the roof, and found out that shingles around every roof penetration was no longer sealed as well as a soft spot in the decking along a valley. Chase provided a solution to repair the roof, as well as a solution to replace the roof and she would not have to deal with it again. Ms. O really enjoyed the IKO Dynasty Roof System and was super confident in the fact that she would never have to replace the roof again. Ms. O decided that she would rather not have to repair the roof and then have to spend the money in a couple of years to replace. Now Ms. O has a beautiful new IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof System in Castle Gray that she will be able to enjoy forever!
Mr. And Mrs. L had to clean their gutters out this winter a few times, and they decided in 2021 gutter protection was a must! They called PGRS, who had completely renovated their neighbors home, to give them an estimate. While there, they discussed some concerns with the roof, and thought it’d be best to get a quote for that also. Jose inspected the attic and found a leak coming in around a satellite dish. While on the roof Jose noticed a few more issues and took a video to show the homeowner. While up on the roof he also noticed the chimney pan was rusted and causing issues also. He then determined the type of debris entering the gutter to provide the best solution. The homeowner had sweet gum trees and large foliage, and for that reason recommended RainDrop. José then provided estimates for Architectural roofs, a new chimney pan and gutter protection. He showed the homeowners all the profits and after thoroughly explaining what was involved they agreed PGRS was the company for them. They decided to get an IKO Dynasty Limited Lifetime Roof System in Granite Black, a new chimney pan, and RainDrop Gutter Protection with Lifetime ClogFree Warranty.
Mrs. C hired PGRS to install a new roof and new gutters. Once we completed the work she was very satisfied with the company following up and she decided to get gutter guards installed as well. Ariel showed her the different color options and she decided to go with the black Leaf Free Gutter guards to match her new black gutters. She can now enjoy her new clog free gutters with her new roof.
Mr. and Mrs. K were putting their home up for sale. They contacted a home inspector to check out their home so they could address possible issues up front. The inspector noted some siding damaged on the chimney. Mr. K called up PGRS and got assigned T.J. to assess the damages. T.J. thoroughly inspected the area of the chimney from the inspection report, gathered measurements, and put together a couple of options for Mr. and Mrs. K. After reviewing the options with Mr. and Mrs. K, they chose the one they liked best, and wanted to get the repairs underway as soon as possible. Now with the siding on the chimney being like new again, they'll surely have no issues getting their home sold.
Mr. W had family over recently and they noticed a roof leak in the upstairs bathroom. He called PGRS and Davin met with him to address his concerns. After an inspection it was decided that the pipe boot was damaged and needed to be replaced. Mr. Waters liked the roof maintenance option that PGRS offers which includes going across the entire roof and installing pipe boot collars, resealing all pipe boots and HVAC stacks, securing and sealing all ventilation, and taking care of any nail pops in addition to replacing that faulty pipe boot for him. He also wanted to see about replacing a damaged shroud he had and was happy that PGRS could take care of that for him as well. He will now have a leak free roof and with the maintenance he will not have to worry about any upcoming leaks either.
Mr. and Mrs. K just had a roof replacement done around 2 years ago by a different roofer when a storm came through. Now, they were experiencing a leak from their chimney into their bedroom. They were not pleased with the roofing job they received by the other company, so they were looking for someone else to fix the leak. They called PGRS and Davin met with them to address their concerns. They were experiencing a leak where the roof met the stucco. Davin told Mr. and Mrs. K that we would completely reflash the chimney, making sure it was done properly, so that it would be guaranteed to be leak free. They will no longer have to worry about the chimney leaking into their bedroom and the decorative counter flashing will cover the rushing water stains on the exterior.
Mr. C and his family were looking to upgrade their old siding. Davin met with them and provided a full inspection for them. The old LP siding was starting to swell at the corners and was needing to be painted. They were not excited about painting their home again, so they were interested in the vinyl siding options. After providing a full inspection and reviewing all of the options they decided that they really liked the Mastic Ovation Vinyl Siding. They will now be able to enjoy the beautiful new look to their home and luxury of low maintenance vinyl siding.
Mr. P moved here about 1 year ago from out of state. He's been doing some updating to his home since the purchase. He had PGRS out to assess his siding and trim to start the planning process for replacement. Mr. P decided to hold off on the siding project until he had some other projects completed. Mr. P reached back out to T.J. a few months later to reassess his home and make sure they were on the same page for what needed to be completed. After viewing some homes that PGRS had completed in his area, Mr. P was ready to get his project going. With new siding, trim, and paint Mr. P's home is like new again.
Ms. W is a previous customer and during some of the recent storms she had a tree fall on the back of her house. This caused damage to her roof, chimney, gutters, and some trim. They called PGRS to come out to provide a full assessment of the damages and provide a solution to get everything fixed and back to new. They also worked with Ms. W’s insurance company to make sure that as much of the costs were covered as possible. PGRS replaced the entire back slope of her roof and replaced the damaged wood. They replaced the chimney pan and shroud and installed 2 new gutters with Leafree gutter protection. Finally, they replaced some damaged siding, soffit & fascia. You would never know that a tree hit the house after all of the repairs were made!
Mr. And Mrs. K, like a lot of their neighbors, were experiencing problems with a few windows. For the most part they have upkept the home, but one area of the home hadn’t aged well. They had done minor repairs before, but were ready to fix it the right way. They met Jose who had personally helped several of their neighbors with the same issue. Jose inspected the windows and presented them a proposal the same day. He presented an option for replacement vinyl windows made by Wincore. He also recommended switching all the molding to a PVC rot free material also. Mr. And Mrs. K knew it was a no-brainer to move forward and put this nightmare behind them. They now have new vinyl windows to eliminate the issues wood brings.
Mr. B has lived in his home with his family for about 17 years. Over the years he ultimately knew that the roof was going to need to be replaced sooner rather than later. With the pandemic going on he got the chance to notice some of the damage on his home that he had not noticed before. He scheduled contractors to come out and give him an estimate on fascia replacement on his home, gutters, and a new roof. He found a contractor for everything but the roof and thought he better give the pros at PGRS an opportunity to provide a quote. Mr. B happens to be an engineer and found Chase's masterful presentation from start to finish very beneficial. Mr. B knew exactly what shingle he wanted installed on his home, so Chase provided him a quote for just that. The ultimate deciding factor for Mr. B decision was the clarity that Chase provided for him and decided to move forward with PGRS as his contractor. Now, Mr. B and his family have a brand new roof to protect their home and increased the curb appeal on their home with a beautiful new Owens Corning Duration in Pacific Wave.
Mr. B was a previous customer of PGRS. He loved the fact that our work has given him no problems over the years and he loves the ridge vent we added on for him. He called us back out because he was having a pipe boot leak. Davin met with him and after looking and discussing his options he decided to do the repair to the pipe boot and also do a roof maintenance so that he will not have any additional issues with leaky pipe boots. Mr. B was a satisfied customer who is satisfied once again.
Mr. O recently had squirrels get into one section of his gutters. The back side of the gutter that was closest to the roof did not have an end cap on it and was installed so that water would drain out of the back of the gutter and onto the roof. This allowed the squirrels easy access to build a nest in this particular gutter. We came up with a solution to have this area of gutter completely closed off to critters and to also drain directly into the gutter below. We achieved this by replacing the top gutter on left side of the gable over the garage and capping both ends. We then installed LeaFree solid gutter protection and ran a downspout on the front of the gutter, down the wall, and into the gutter below. Now Mr. O doesn’t have to worry about anything getting into his gutters again.
Mr. G just had his vinyl siding project completed on his home by PGRS. His next project was gutter protection on the home because he was tired of cleaning the gutters. He had gotten some estimates and then called Davin to ask if PGRS offered gutter protection only options since his gutters were in good condition. Davin set a date and time to meet back up with Mr. G and show him the options. He loved the Leaf Free and the fact that he did not have to replace his gutters just to put gutter protection on them. He will no longer have to clean those gutters out and he is happy to be with PGRS again.
Mr. M ‘s roof is 10 years old and he thought it was holding up good. To his surprise he went into his attic one evening last week and found a stain and noticed a leak around a pipe. His neighbor referred him to PGRS and he gave us a call to come take a look at the leak. He met Jose, his consultant, who inspected the leak. Jose determined the leak was coming around a pipe boot. While he was doing his inspection, he saw some slight deterioration from some sealant on the roof. Jose recommended we re-seal all the counter flashing on the home, as well as perform a roof maintenance to ensure they get the maximum life out of they’re roof. They have had several rains, and the home is leak free once again.
Ms. W is getting her home ready to sell and noticed some leaks coming from her roof. She wanted to get this addressed before putting her home on the market. She had Steve with PGRS come out and do a full inspection. He noticed that there were nail holes and exposed nails around the perimeter of the roof that was the result of apparent siding repairs that were previously performed. Whoever installed the siding used a scaffold system that screwed into the roof and they left holes without properly sealing them up. Steve suggested a full roof maintenance where PGRS will seal up all exposed all nails, any nail holes, and secure all ventilation. Now her roof is leak free and she can sell her home.
Ms. T has been planning on doing an exterior home remodel and called PGRS to provide a quote. Davin met with her, took all the measurements and went over the different options. Ms. T decided to go with Hardie Cedarmill siding and to add windows and gutters to the project. She now has an entire new exterior of her home that looks beautiful from the street.
Mr. A is a recent customer who had PGRS install some gutter protection on his home at the beginning of the year. He was so happy with the professionalism of PGRS from start to finish, that he asked T.J. back out to quote repairs to his front dormers and replacement windows on the front of the home. Mr. A had noticed a leak in his home from one of his front dormers. T.J. determined the leak was due to a roof issue at the dormer. Mr. A asked for that repair and 2 dormer windows be included with the siding repair quote. Once presented with the new cost, Mr. A said to get it scheduled. Mr. A's dormers are like new again with new trim and 2 new windows, and he can be confident his roof is watertight again.
Mr. C recently did some major renovating and addition to his home. Some months after all was completed, he decided to have a shed built to look very similar to his home. The contractor he used for the home wouldn't return any of his calls, so he reached out to T.J. at PGRS. T.J. discussed with Mr. C what he wanted, showed him some options for trimming out the shed that wouldn't appear to be too large for a smaller building, but still have a similar appearance, and discussed a few other trade details. Once they agreed upon all the details of the project, Mr. C decided to secure PGRS to do the work once the framing was completed. Mr. C now has a beautiful storage shed that compliments his beautiful lake front home.
Mr. and Mrs. G have lived in their home for quite a while. Over the years they have tried to keep their siding in good condition, but they had the old pressboard siding that was recalled. They knew they wanted to do the project in stages rather than all at once. They called a few people to give them some advice about how to proceed. They met Jose with PGRS. Jose was very knowledgeable in Hardie siding and knew since he had the old triple Dutchlap siding the options were limited. Hardie offered either a colonial style siding like they had but without the Dutchlap, and almost a 6" exposure. The siding they had currently had 3.75" exposure so it would have looked too different. Jose also mentioned Hardie had a smooth siding they made with a 4" exposure that would be most similar with what they currently had. After looking at both options they liked the smooth siding with a 4" exposure. This way they would change the look of the home, but not enough to be an eye sore from the road. They also wanted it painted, and knew it was time for a new chimney pan. Jose was able to provide them with estimates for everything on their list the same day he was out! They were very pleased with the solution and the fact that PGRS was the only local company that had a Hardie elite preferred status. They decided to move forward with the partial Hardie siding replacement with exterior painting and a new chimney pan and shroud.
Ms. M has been wanting to update her homes appearance for a few years now and she was finally in a position to do something about it. She called out a few different contractors including PGRS. She met with her Project Consultant, Steve, who listened to what she wanted to accomplish with her project. Originally, she wanted to replace all of her siding, but the cost was still just too far outside of her budget. So, she and Steve came up with a plan to update her homes exterior without installing all new siding. They decided it would be best to replace only the siding that needed to be replaced and add some touches to make her home pop. They got rid of the stone facade and added siding there along with installing Hardie Shakes above her garage. With a new updated paint scheme, she now has a home that she is proud of!
Mr. and Mrs. N were looking to remodel parts of their home to make it look more beautiful. Davin met with them to see exactly what they were looking to have done. After discussing the Hardie Siding they wanted to add he saw we provided other services and wanted to add that as well. He wanted us to paint, and he had the colors to match, but he also wanted new 6" Aluminum K Style Gutters with the Leaf Free Gutter Protection. After Davin got everything quoted, Mrs. N then decided if they were doing all of that work, then they wanted to do the roof as well. After quoting and picking that beautiful Glacier Dynasty Roofing System they decided to move forward with everything. They loved our presentation and professionalism. Also being local was something they liked a lot. Now they have a beautiful new home.
Mr. & Mrs. B have lived in their home for quite some time now and plan on staying there until their kids graduate. Last year they noticed that the roof was approaching the end of its life span, and that there was siding on the chimney that was beginning to rot. They called PGRS and Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to help & listen to all the concerns that they had. Mr. B took Chase around the home to point out the rotten pieces and came up with the idea to repair them halfway up the chimney on all four sides and replacing the corner boards with Hardie boards. Chase also let him know the different roof options, and Mr. & Mrs. B loved the driftwood shingle in the IKO Cambridge Architectural Roof System. During the inspection Mr. B also pointed out the home needed new gutters to go along with the new roof, because the existing gutters were not performing properly. Chase provided him a solution for all new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts. Now Mr. & Mrs. B have a beautiful new Lifetime IKO Cambridge Architectural Roof System in Driftwood, rot free siding, and beautiful new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts.
One of Mr. H's responsibilities at his place of employment is the maintenance of the facilities. The gutters on the buildings were continuing to overflow, and one section had come loose from the building. He called upon PGRS to come and provide a cost to make the gutters fully operable and make them to where no one would have to clean them out again. T.J. carefully inspected the gutters for all issues and measured for some gutter protection options. T.J. reviewed all the options with Mr. H, and he decided on the option that included the Raindrop Gutter Guard because of the 20 Year Material and Lifetime Clog-Free warranties it carries. The gutters are now at optimum performance and will never clog with the Raindrop Gutter Guard.
Mr. and Mrs. R had noticed a roof leak recently and thought they better have someone come take a look. Mr. R had noticed a leak in their bedroom and knew it was most likely from a roof diverter that was installed incorrectly. They called PGRS and met their consultant Jose. Jose listened to their situation and began his inspection. While in the attic Jose noticed at least another half dozen leaks around the soffits. He got on the roof and determined the shingles had been installed improperly like the diverter. He also noticed the chimney pan had significant rust and was damaging the siding. He showed the homeowners the issues and Mr. and Mrs. R knew it was not a good idea to patch the bad roof. Jose presented a solution for a new architectural roof system with a new chimney pan. Mr. and Mrs. R knew it was only a matter of time before they had more damages to the interior and decided to move forward. They now have a new IKO Cambridge Limited Lifetime Architectural Roof System and a new chimney pan. Their home is leak free once again and they are enjoying the new leak free architectural roof.
Mr. N was experiencing the same issues a lot of his neighbors were over the years, of debris piling up in the gutters. After trying to climb on a ladder, and then paying someone to clean them a couple times a year, he decided to get estimates for gutter protection. Mr. N called PGRS and met Jose. Jose inspected the debris in the gutters and explained most of the debris was pine needles. Pine needles will normally clog a screen, but Jose offered a solution with LeaFree gutter protection. It was a solid cover and allowed no pine needles to make it into the gutters. Mr. N was impressed with the gutter protection and how well designed it was. He decided to move forward with a maintenance free gutter system and had LeaFree gutter protection installed on his home. He now has a clog free gutter system with a lifetime clog free warranty.
Mr. M is a previous customer of PGRS. He recently began experiencing a leak and knew exactly who to call. He met his consultant Jose. Jose inspected the attic to find the source of the leak and found 3 more areas had some slight moisture. After inspecting the roof, it was determined the expansion and contraction of the decking had backed the nails out slowly in all pipe boots and HVAC exhausts. Jose presented a solution to maintenance the roof and seal and secure all pipe boots and exhausts, and also replace the damaged pipe boot and decking that was causing the leak. Mr. M was confident the solution would fix his problems. It has rained several times since the repairs and all his problems are fixed. He now has a properly functioning architectural roof system again.
Mr. C has lived in his home for 6 years. He noticed a couple of weeks ago that he was experiencing a leak and could hear the water dripping into his attic. He inspected the attic and found the source of the leak. He then called PGRS out to give him a quote to help fix the leak. His father had PGRS do work for him earlier this year and he liked how PGRS treated his father. Chase his project consultant arrived on time and ready to help. Chase inspected the attic and found out the source of the leak was the HVAC Stack. The flashing around the stack was no longer sealed down and water was running behind the stack and finding its way in the attic. Chase provided a solution for a roof maintenance, which includes adding all new pipe boot collars to his pipe boots, securing all nail pops, securing roof penetrations, replacing the damaged decking around the HVAC stack, and paint all penetrations to match the roof. Now Mr. C has a leak free roof that will last him until it is time to replace it.
Mr. W has lived in his home for 2 years now and has known the gutters needed replacing. He said it was a project that he wanted to hold off on, but he just could not stand it any longer due to his dormer on the rear of his home leaking. He wanted to just get everything fixed all at once and was tired of waiting. Davin met with him and after reviewing everything he wanted, he showed Mr. W all the different options. Mr. W decided PGRS was the company he wanted to use. Now he has a functioning beautiful new gutter system with LeaFree gutter protection and a leak free dormer on the rear.
Mr. R owns a rental property here in Peachtree City and his tenants noticed a leak in their master bath. Davin met Mr. R out at the home to try to pinpoint the exact spot of the leak. Mr. R was glad to catch it early and we came to the conclusion that the leak was coming from the chimney. With a simple chimney reflash he will no longer have any problems and his tenants will have a leak free bathroom.
With all the recent storms we have had, Mr. R had some shingles fall off on the front of his home. He was fairly new in the home but in the previous home he owned he had leaks around the chimney, so he wanted that inspected. He called PGRS to come take a look and met his consultant Jose. He discussed his concerns with Jose about the chimney and the damaged shingles. Jose began his inspection and determined the chimney siding was all touching the roof line and starting to deteriorate. He presented an option to re-side the chimney with all Hardie fiber cement siding and corner boards. We would then paint the chimney siding to match and repair the damaged shingles on the front of the home. After thinking it over Mr. R determined PGRS would make the necessary repairs to the home and give him the peace at mind. He now has new Hardie siding on the chimney and no longer has to worry about it leaking.
Mr. S and his fiancé just moved to Peachtree City from Savannah. They were having issues with their home that the last homeowner was supposed to fix before they moved out. The homeowner did not make the repairs and Mr. S said he was too busy to deal with it with his new job. Davin went out and did a full inspection and listened to their concerns. After reviewing the proposal, Mr. S decided to move forward so they would no longer have to worry about the problem. They now have gutters, downspouts and gutter screens to keep the debris out of the gutters.
Mr. B is a previous customer of PGRS. He sold his previous home and upon moving into his new home he realized a gutter was overflowing. He called PGRS to come out and take a look and met with his consultant, Jose. Jose listened to his concerns and inspected the entire home. Jose saw that the gutter that was overflowing was doing so because it was full of debris and pitched incorrectly. After inspecting the rest of the home, it appeared that all the gutters were prone to filling with debris. All the gutters tied into drainage underground, so the homeowner was worried about those possibly clogging. Jose presented an option for leaf free gutter protection on the entire home to keep the gutters clear. Jose also presented an option to re-pitch the gutter to correctly shed water. Mr. B was impressed with the knowledge and quality products PGRS brought to the table. He decided to move forward with all new LeaFree gutter protection on the home to keep his gutters maintenance free.
Mr. and Mrs. W are in the process of putting their home on the market. They were moving some things out of the attic and he happened to see a stain on the roof decking that looked like a leak. They put a bucket underneath it and sure enough it filled up with water during the next rain. Mr. W called a local company who had great reviews and met with Jose. Jose got in the attic and by the position of where the leak was, he almost guaranteed it was an old toe board hole. He got on the roof, which Mr. W was very impressed by, to validate his opinion. Sure enough, when he got to the area, it was a toe board hole that had been sealed up by another company and not replaced like it should have been. Jose presented a solution to replace the bad wood and shingles and fix it right. Mr. and Mrs. W agreed and now have a leak free home again.
Mr. P had his roof done 2 years ago by another contractor. Mike had a terrible experience and now the install is failing, and he wants a new roof installed correctly. Davin met with Mr. P and provided him with a quote for a beautiful new roofing system. Mr. P liked that we were established and professional and loves his new roof.
Mr. and Mrs. J have lived in the home for decades now. They had the roof replaced about 10 years ago during the last hailstorm by a fly by night roofer. He had a leak in his home about 2 years ago and had a local company out to fix it. The local company had to come back out an additional 3 times before finally giving up. He called 3 other contractors that were unable to find the leak, he had lost all hope and decided to call PGRS and see if they found anything different. He met his project consultant, Jose, to look at his issues. The roof appeared to be leaking in a valley above the garage. Every contractor that came out assumed it was the valley and had only worked around the valley. Jose decided to get in the attic and see if he could find the source. To his surprise he found the source of the leak very quickly. It went back to the installation 10 years ago. The roofing company didn't stagger the shingles appropriately and left the seams too close together. Overtime water was making its way through all the seams. Since the problem had been occurring for over 2 years now, when Jose finally found the source it had been leaking on nearly half the roof!! Jose showed Mr. and Mrs. J how extensive the damage really was. The only solution was to replace half the roof and install it correctly. Mr. and Mrs. J were surprised at how extensive the work would be. They decided to have PGRS replace half the roof and eliminate their problems once and for all. They were so fortunate to have found a local company that took the time to find the source! They now have a leak free roof system once again.
Mrs. M has a home that is over 30 years old and was constructed with cedar siding materials. She was informed when she had her roof replaced recently that she had some deterioration issues along her roof line in a couple of places. She called upon one company to give her a quote to repair her siding, but they would only provide a cost to replace all of her siding. She then called upon PGRS to come assess her needs. T.J. met with her on the afternoon of the scheduled appointment, and let her explain her concerns to him regarding her siding and trim. T.J. reassured Mrs. M that PGRS could absolutely make repairs to her home, and not have to replace everything. After walking around the house together, T.J. pointed out a couple of other issues Mrs. M hadn't noticed. Along with her repairs, she asked to quote repainting her entire home since it had been nearly 12 years since it was last completed. Once Mrs. M was presented with the cost to make repairs and repaint her home, she found it to be fair, and decided to set her project in motion. Mrs. M's home has now been restored to like new condition with fresh, beautiful paint, making her home picture perfect!
Mr. And Mrs. B were in the process of increasing the curb appeal of their home and were interested in possibly adding some shake on the front. They decided to call PGRS since they were a local company and met with their consultant Jose. They discussed adding shake to the front of the home to increase the curb appeal and wanted to know the differences between fiber cement shake and true cedar shake. Jose explained the differences and the longevity of Hardie compared to cedar along with the minimal maintenance compared to the cedar shake. After hearing the pros and cons of both they decided to get a price for the Hardie shake. Jose presented a straight edge Hardie shake to be installed on the garage side to add some contrast to the front of the home. Mr. and Mrs. B were impressed with the fiber cement Hardie product and loved the look of it. The front of their home now has the curb appeal they were looking for with the longevity of Hardie.
Ms. L lives on a small lake in Peachtree City and the house sits at the highest point in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, vultures like to hang out on her roof and look out from there. She recently had a water heater replaced, which was in the attic and when she went to check the work, she realized there was daylight coming in from the peak of the roof. She decided to call PGRS who had done repairs at her neighbor’s house. She met her consultant, Jose, to look at her problem. Jose inspected the attic and the roof and determined that she was lucky, in the sense that the water that was entering the home from the area was landing in her AC drain pan, which is why she had not noticed the leak. Jose provided a solution to fix the damaged shingles and maintenance the roof for any other pre-mature issues. Ms. L was confident in the solution and PGRS. She now has a proper functioning roof system once again.
Mr. W Is a previous customer of PGRS. We have done multiple jobs for him in the past and when he developed a roof leak, he knew exactly who to call. He met with his project consultant, Jose, who had helped him out before and was familiar with his home. Jose started his inspection in the attic and immediately found in water intrusion on all three sides of the chimney. He inspected thoroughly to make sure that it was coming from the flashing and anywhere else. Jose got on the roof to make sure what he saw from the inside was what was actually happening on the outside. Jose saw that the flashing was in deteriorated condition and there was a lot of damage hip and ridge shingles around the area. Jose presented a solution to reflash all four sides of the chimney and replace the damaged hip and ridge shingles. Mr. W went ahead and got the project scheduled. He now has a leak free roof system once again.
Mrs. R noticed a leak in her kitchen. They also had a leak coming into a window in one of their bedrooms. PGRS had previously performed a roof repair for one of their neighbors and their neighbor was very happy with the experience and recommended us to Mrs. R. Our project consultant, Steve, performed a thorough inspection to determine why the roof was leaking and why they had water coming into one of their windows. Steve quickly discovered that their 10-year-old roof was improperly installed, and they had some major problems going on that they weren’t even aware of. They were nails popping out of a lot of the shingles, and the valleys were not installed correctly. They had more leaks occurring than they were aware of. He also found that the gutters were pulling away from their house over the area where the window was leaking which was allowing water to go behind the gutters and the facia boards directly down into the walls and coming out of that window. After sharing his findings, he suggested they replace the entire roof so that they would have a properly installed roof that would last them a lifetime. Their gutters were old and no longer pitched properly and were holding water and pulling away from the house. He showed them how PGRS could install new 6-inch gutters with hidden hangers along with leaf free lifetime clog free gutter protection so the gutters would work properly and be maintenance free. Even though this wasn’t what they were hoping to hear they saw that this was the proper solution and decided to move forward with the new dynasty architectural roof and new maintenance free gutter system. Now not only does their home look great but all of their concerns have been fixed permanently!
Mr. K is a close friend of Edward Rollins, Owner of PGRS. He reached out and asked if he could get an estimate on LeaFree Gutter protection. Davin met with Mr. K and measured and reviewed the project with him. Mr. K now has maintenance free gutters with the LeaFree gutter protection on his rental property.
Mr. H has recently moved into his home about a week ago or so. When he closed on his home he realize that the previous owners had renovated pretty much everything in the home except the installation. I noticed when he walked into the hallway it felt way warmer than any other place in the home. So he thought he better have a checked out and decided to call PGRS. He met with his consultant Jose to look at his concern and Jose started his inspection in the attic. As Jose entered the attic he realized that Mr. H actually had an infestation of bats with approximately about 30 live ones in the attic at the time of his inspection. Jose showed Mr. H all the bat guano that was up in the attic because I need a solution to remove all the insulation in the attic, sanitize the entire attic thoroughly, air seal the entire attic from any air leaks, And lastly install new blown in cellulose our 30 insulation. Mr. H was so surprised at Jose’s findings but felt comfortable that that solution with a lemonade all these problems with the bats and Bee make his home comfortable once again and energy efficient. Mr. H now has a full attic system installation to keep us a call the summer and warm in the winter.
Ms. S was having a leak in her front living room that she was concerned about. Davin met with her to inspect the problems she was experiencing. After a thorough inspection on the roof and in the attic Davin discovered that there was a chimney leak. Davin for warned Ms. S that her rear chimney had not started to leak just yet, but was also not in good condition. Davin and Ms. S came to the conclusion to repair the 2 chimneys on the front and rear of her beautiful home and also to maintenance and seal everything on the roof so that she will not experience any more leaks.

Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City was a very recent customer. They had hired PGRS to replace a majority of fascia on the church with Hardie, replace many gutters and gutter guards. They were in need of making some changes to the one-story building attached to the back of the church. The soffit and fascia were no longer holding in place, so they wanted to replace it to match the rest of the building. T.J. went out and got some firm measurements. After a little research of materials, T.J. was able to provide the church the cost to have the building appear uniform from front to back. Within a week the church committee was able to decide to have PGRS once again accomplish their goal. Now the church has beautiful, long-lasting Hardie fascia and soffit to match all the way around.
Mr. L was having some work done to his rear deck and wanted someone to install gutters on the deck to keep water from splashing on the surfaces below. Creighton Construction referred Mr. L to T.J. of PGRS. T.J. assessed Mr. L's deck to develop and discuss ideas how to make his vision become a reality. Once a solution was established Mr. L inquired about improving the performance of the rest of his gutters because he had some areas that would overflow and hold water. T.J. was able to quickly propose a solution for that problem as well. Mr. L wanted to wait a few weeks to get the project going because he needed to get his custom railings installed on his deck. Once everything was ready, Mr. L told T.J. to get the project going. Mr. L's gutters on his home are now properly tuned for optimal performance and the water run-off from his deck does not pose a problem to the area underneath it.
Mr. H saw a couple of mitres that had started leaking and had caused some damaged to his fascia. Of the few companies he called, PGRS was one of them. He met Jose, his consultant, to look at the job. Jose discussed the options for Mr. H and they decided a new gutter system was the best thing. Jose inspected the areas of concern and gave him an on site estimate. Mr. H wanted to do his due diligence, and after vetting a couple companies decided to go with PGRS. The price was fair and the work was high quality. Mr. H now has a new 6" Aluminum Gutter System installed with hidden hangers.
Mr. V owns some rental property in the area and tries to make sure his investments are kept in good condition. One of his homes has a lot of pine trees close enough to the house that the gutters fill up quickly with pine needles. Mr. V was looking for a way to have to never pay someone to clean the gutters out again. He called PGRS to come out and provide a proper solution to make his gutters essentially maintenance free. T.J. discussed with Mr. V his concerns and needs for this home, thoroughly inspected and measured the gutters, and provided him the proper solution to keep the pine needles out of the gutters. Mr. V was pleased with the product to be used and the cost of the installation and decided to get it on the schedule. Now Mr. V's gutters are protected by the Leaf Free Gutter Protection System with a lifetime clog-free guarantee.
Mr. and Mrs. C live in their home 6 months out of the year. They arrived in May and noticed some roof leaks. They had 3 active leaks they knew about. They decided they better have someone take a look. They called a few companies, and one of them was PGRS. They met their project consultant Jose to look at their concerns. Jose met with Mr. and Mrs. C and listened to their problems. They knew the roof was old and wanted an overall inspection. Jose started his inspection in the attic to find the source of the leaks. While in the attic he actually noticed 2 more leaks that were not showing up inside. He then inspected the roof and took an inspection video for Mr. and Mrs. C to see. After reviewing the video with them, they could see what was causing the leaks and what condition the roof was in. Jose mentioned it was time for a new roof and they agreed. He had another bid from a competitor, but after hearing the way PGRS replaces roofs and showing him the inspection video along with the product knowledge had him sold. He knew PGRS was the right company. He now has a leak free new IKO Dynasty Limited Lifetime Architectural Roof System.
Mr. & Mrs. N had LP siding on their home that was starting to show the typical signs of rot that is commonly associated with that product. They did some research on siding options and knew that they wanted to install new Hardie Siding to replace the old siding. Once they knew what they wanted they then wanted to find a company that they trusted to properly install their new siding and be around to service their home should any issues arise.
They interviewed a few different companies and met with our Project Consultant, Steve. Steve listened to exactly what they wanted to achieve with their project and he showed them how PGRS offers amazing workmanship and all of our installs are completed to the manufactures specifications. And since PGRS has been around since 2001 they have the peace of mind knowing that PGRS will be available to assist them in the future. Ultimately the decided that PGRS was the perfect company to help them achieve the look they wanted and the expertise to do the job right.
Now they have beautiful new Hardie Smooth Beaded Siding and a top quality paint job using Sherwin Williams products.
Mr. W has had a leak by his chimney on and off for quite some time now. With the recent storms it kept growing and he thought he better get it fixed before it got even worse. He met with a couple of companies and the last one to come out was PGRS. He met his project consultant, Jose, to look over his problem. Jose began his inspection in the attic. He noticed some stains coming from a rafter next to the chimney. While he was in the attic he noticed Mr. W had an active leak on the right side of his chimney that was indeed a chimney related leak. Jose got on the roof and determined when Mr. W had his home painted they installed toe boards on the roof. The caulking they used to fill the holes had cracked allowing water to enter. It flowed down a rafter about 5 feet before ending up on his ceiling. Jose also noticed the chimney flashing was not up to date and that is why it was leaking on the right side. Jose proposed to fix the damaged shingles caused by the toe boards, along with re-flashing the chimney. That would include to install an ice & water shield first, add new step-flashing, and lastly install the new shingles. We would also add the proper kick-out flashing needed. Jose knew with the roof being 8-10 years it was time for a roof maintenance. That included sealing all exposed nails or fasteners, installing pipe boot collars, and painting everything to match. Mr. W has a leak free home once again and a fully maintenance roof to last him years to come.
We recently installed a new roof for one of Mr. P’s neighbors. They had a great experience with PGRS, so when it was time for Mr. P to start looking into replacing his old roof he gave us a call. His current roof was over 20 years old and he was starting to experience some leaks and he was ready to address it. He met with Steve who noticed that Mr. P also had some rotted fascia and soffit on the front of his house and the gutters were starting to pull away from the home. Mr. P mentioned that he no longer feels safe cleaning out his gutters and he didn't want to have to keep paying someone else to do it. His house has a lot of tree coverage around it and the gutters were constantly piling up with leaves and debris. Steve did a full inspection of his roof and gutters and provided Mr. P with options for roof replacement along with new gutters and gutter protection so that he wouldn't have to worry about cleaning them again. Ultimately Mr. P decided to have a new IKO Cambridge Architectural Roof in Dual Black installed and new 6 Inch Seamless gutters with the LeaFree Lifetime Clog Free Gutter Protection system. This will be the last time he will ever need to worry about his roof and gutters!
Mr. and Mrs. B called PGRS because they had some rotted cedar siding that needed to be replaced. They also had a leak around the chimney. A PGRS Project Consultant walked around the house with Mr. B as he pointed out areas of concern, took notes and was able to offer solutions for all the different concerns Mr. B had about his home. After viewing the options and prices Mr. and Mrs. B decided to have a new roof installed, the bad areas of siding replaced, and the house painted. Mr. B said he is extremely happy with the results and they accomplished everything they needed to get done before retirement.
Mr. and Mrs. L are previous customers of PGRS. We put a new roof on their old home about 10 years ago. When it was time for a new roof, they called PGRS to come take a look. They met with Jose, their project consultant, and told him their concerns. Jose inspected the roof and took a video for them to see firsthand the damage. After reviewing the video, the homeowners understood the damage and called their insurance adjuster. Jose met with the adjuster and showed them the damage. Mr. and Mrs. L had Atlas Chalet shingle which is discontinued so they paid to replace the entire roof. Mr. and Mrs. L were so happy to hear that, and thankful to PGRS for making sure they were treated fairly. They now have a new IKO Cambridge Limited Lifetime Architectural Roof System.
Mr. R had PGRS install his gutter system 7 years ago. Within the last 3 years he had another company replace his roof. Within the last year Mr. R began noticing that his gutters were overflowing at one spot on the rear of his home. The overflow was so intense with the amount of rain we had been having, that it seeped into his home and ruined his hardwood floors. T.J. went out to meet with Mr. R and assess what could be the cause of the problem and provide a solution to remedy the water issues. It turned out the Mr. R's gutters and some of the hangers had been bent, likely during the roof installation. Add to that the weight of the water over the last 3 years, the gutters gradually bent enough to allow them to overflow. T.J. proposed PGRS could do a gutter performance service to correct water flow and ensure the gutters were secure and sealed at all end caps and corners. Now his gutter system is operating properly again.
Mr. W is a previous customer of ours and with the recent storms, he had a tree fall on his house. He called us to come to take a look. The insurance company had already been out and had given him a number of the gutter footage to be replaced. He met with Jose, his project consultant, and explained his situation. Jose analyzed the insurance claim and the gutters that took damage. The insurance company was only paying to replace the damaged sections and not replace the gutters end cap to end cap. After Jose explained why it is best to replace end cap to end cap Mr. W agreed and we gave the insurance a call. Jose spoke on his behalf and explained how all gutter machines vary slightly, and we may have trouble connecting the new gutter to the old one where we were to seam it together. The insurance company agreed with Jose and paid the remainder that was needed to do it correctly. Mr. W was very happy to get it resolved, and he now has a properly functioning gutter system once again.
Mr. S had a gutter fall in the recent storms. He called PGRS because we were a local company right around the corner from him! He met with Jose his project consultant to look over his fallen gutter. It was installed with Spikes, so they had backed out to the point where it fell. The gutter was bent so we had to go back with a full replacement gutter on the back from end cap to end cap. After Jose showed Mr. S a sample of the gutters, showing the hidden hanger fasteners, he was convinced that was the way to go, so he would never have this problem again. Mr. S has a fully functioning gutter system once again.
Mr. H's front porch leaked last fall. He had called several companies out to assess the problem and provide a solution. T.J. was able to locate the potential source, apply some sealant, and tell him to monitor it for further leaking. Turns out that fixed the leak. In mid-April, Mr. H discovered a leak on the backside of his house and at a sunroom skylight. He called upon PGRS to come out and assess the situation. T.J. performed a total roof and gutter inspection and identified the sources of the water intrusion. Since Mr. H had roughly only 5 years of life remaining in his roof and wanted to hold off on complete replacement, T.J. provided a couple of options for repair. Mr. H chose to go with the most economical option to make sure everything was sealed up and gutters were performing at their optimal level. Mr. H is once again water-tight until he's ready to proceed with a full roof replacement.
Dr. H moved to the area 4 months ago and loves it. During the violent storms that came through in late March and early April, the wind caused some damages to his home and property. Dr. H called on a couple of local roofing companies to assess the repairs to his metal roof. The first company came out, took a piece of the roofing with them, and was never heard from again. Dr. H then contacted PGRS and had the pleasure of working with T.J. on the matter. T.J. went to work gathering photos and measurements of the damaged metal panels so he could consult with his installer on the repair. Within 2 days of researching the material, T.J. and his installer discovered that it was no longer manufactured, but the installer could custom fabricate a panel that was a very close match. Dr. H was very impressed with how he was kept informed of the progression of getting him a repair cost, was pleased with the pricing and results of the repair quote. Dr. H's porch roof is now like new once again.
Mrs. G is recently widowed and now having to handle everything on her own. She relies on friends and long-time acquaintances to help her locate people to work on her home. Greg Creighton of Creighton Construction referred Mrs. G to PGRS, and he asked T.J. directly to contact her about her roof. T.J. met with Mrs. G, listened to her concerns about her home and roof, and made sure he was clear on what she needed. T.J. was also vetted by her trusted friend who had many questions as he followed T.J. around while he was measuring the roof. T.J. met with Mrs. G on another visit to explain the process and materials and answer any other questions she had regarding her roof replacement. Mrs. G expressed that she wanted to wait until after the new year to get anything done to her roof as she had other things that needed attending to first. At the end of January, T.J. and Mrs. G met again to review the questions, discuss scheduling, and sign the paperwork to get the project in the works. Mrs. G now has the IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof in Emerald Green and will never have to worry about replacement for the rest of her life.
Mr. and Mrs. F had a roof that was close to the end of its lifecycle. They had developed a leak about a year ago, and after having it fixed, it came back. They were interested in repairing it right this time. They met with their project consultant, Jose, to look over their concerns. Jose listened to their concerns and then started his inspection. Jose found the roof on its last leg. He took an inspection video which he showed the homeowners so they were able to see first-hand how bad the roof actually was. After explaining that the repair would be good money down the drain, they agreed that it was time to replace the roof. Jose presented an IKO Cambridge roof system with a limited lifetime warranty. In the end Mr. and Mrs. F were happy they went with the full replacement. Their home is once again leak free!
Mr. H called PGRS because in the last two storms he had a leak coming down his HVAC vent.
The vent had been caulked multiple times throughout the years. Greg met with Mr. H and found that the vent was not installed correctly. Our crew went out and re-installed the vent correctly using Ice & Water Shield around the opening to the attic as well as performed full roof maintenance making sure all the pipe boots and exposed nails on the roof were sealed and caulked as they should be. The leak is finally fixed for good. Mr. H was very happy with the repairs and has already recommended PGRS to friends and family.
Mrs. H is a previous customer and when her daughter noticed a bad leak coming in through the garage ceiling, they immediately called PGRS. Our Project Consultant, Steve, went out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and found the source of the leak. He also noticed that the roof overall was in rough shape and identified other leaks that the homeowner wasn't aware of. Once he shared his findings with Mrs. H and her daughter, he recommended that they look at replacing the entire roof instead of just getting a repair since the roof would need to be replaced sooner than later. They agreed with his assessment and decided that they wanted a roof system that would last a lifetime. They chose the IKO Dynasty roof in the color Glacier. Now they have a beautiful new roof and won't have to deal with the problems associated with roof leaks again!
Mr. and Mrs. L called us out to look at their bay window. Over time they had done some small repairs, but the wood rot always came back and they had developed a leak around the metal rooftop. They met with their project consultant, Jose, to look at the bay window area. After inspecting the problems and showing them how bad the wood rot was around the entire bay window, Jose proposed a solution to eliminating all the wood on around the bay window by installing Hardie trim boards and PVC molding, replacing the windows with new vinyl windows, and adding a new metal bay top. After meeting with a couple of companies, they determined PGRS was the only company that could do all 3 at a fair price. Now Mr. and Mrs. L never have to worry about any more issues with the windows, or any leaks from the roof.
Mr. H has had problems with the skylights over his back porch for some time now. He had a small repair done a few years ago, but the leak came back with the recent storms. He met with Jose, his consultant, to look over his concerns. Jose saw that it seemed Mr. H had several leaks, and not just one. After inspecting the roof Jose found that the skylights needed to be replaced and could no longer be repaired. Also, in the area there was a transition in the roof from a high pitch to low pitch and a wall in the same area that did not have proper flashing with a kick-out at the bottom to help channel water into the gutter could also be part of the problem. The transition would have to be re-done with the proper ice & water shield. Jose showed Mr. H the inspection video of his roof to show him exactly what condition it was in. Mr. H appreciated how thorough Jose was and knew that to stop the leaks 100% this was the way to do it. He decided to move forward with the repairs to make his home leak-free.
Mr. W is a previous customer of PGRS. He had us do some gutter work a few years back. When he developed a roof leak he knew exactly who to call. He met with his project consultant, Jose, to look over his leak. He showed Jose that in the bathroom where they were remodeling, some water had come through a skylight in there. After inspecting the skylight thoroughly, Jose determined the skylight seemed to be in pretty good condition. However, he did notice 2 nail pops where they secured the skylight had come up and penetrated the shingle. That with a downspout dumping a lot of water directly behind it from the roof above didn't help either. After Jose showed Mr. W the inspection video and showed him how many nails pops there were on his roof with the downspout issue Mr. W had a clear understanding. Jose suggested routing the downspout into the gutter below, rather than having it run on the roof, and sealing all the nail pops on the roof was the best solution. Mr. W agreed and he now has a leak-free bathroom that he can finish remodeling.
Mrs. M has lived in her home for 20 years and wanted to make improvements to her home. She had her roof replaced 2 years ago and now wanted to get the siding updated. She called on a couple of local companies to come out and provide estimates. The day she met with T.J. from PGRS, her whole outlook on her project was changed. She was shown a level of courtesy and professionalism she had never experienced with any other contractor. T.J. was able to provide her the quotes for her options during the same visit and thoroughly explain each one. After Mrs. M finally got the other quotes from the other contractors she called, she just had too many questions about what was being done for the price they were quoting. She told T.J. that she had to call the other contractors more than twice to get clarification. Ultimately, she said she felt most comfortable spending her money with PGRS by how well they were represented in the quoting process. Mrs. M now has beautifully painted, new, long-lasting fiber cement siding.
Mr. B had his handy man over to look at something when he mentioned to Mr. B that there were a couple loose shingles on the roof. Mr. B called Professional Grade Roofing + Siding and had Jose come out to inspect the roof. Jose got on the roof and did an overall roof inspection. After he was done, Jose showed Mr. B the inspection video. In the video you could see he had several loose shingles on the roof, along with several nail pops. Also, Jose determined that the issues in the valley were coming from a low pitch on the back roof. The low-pitched area was too low for shingles to shed water properly. Jose proposed to go back with a 3-part rolled roofing system, with Ice & water as the first layer, base sheet as the second layer, and a cap sheet as the third and final layer. The roof was on its last leg and after seeing the video, Mr. B knew it was time for a new roof. Jose presented Mr. B the IKO Dynasty Roof System with rolled roofing on the back area to fix the issues he was experiencing. After meeting with several companies Mr. B decided PGRS was the company for his project. The product knowledge along with the solution to fix his issues gave him the peace of mind that PGRS would do the project correctly.
Mrs. T and her husband are in the process of purchasing a home for her mother from another family member. During the process of painting the interior, they noticed a spot on the ceiling where water was beginning to cause some damage. Their family member had his repair guy attempt to repair the leak 2 to 3 times without complete success. Mrs. T called on PGRS to assess the leak because they had a great experience with PGRS when they had their own roof replaced. T.J. met Mrs. T and inspected the entire roof and showed her a couple of other areas that showed signs of water making entry into the home. She asked that T.J. prepare a quote to address all areas of water entry so that the roof is water-tight. After discussing the amount to repair with the seller, Mrs. T called T.J. and wanted to get the repairs set in motion. Now her mother's roof is water-tight and should get at least 5-7 years more life out of it.
Mrs. M had a tree fall in her yard and hit her home. Her insurance company came out and provided her the funding to get her home repaired. Mrs. M's neighbor referred her to T.J. with PGRS because of the fantastic experience she had with them. T.J. came out to meet Mrs. M and assess the damages from the tree impact. After reviewing her insurance claim and what he found during his inspection, T.J. showed Mrs. M that there was significantly more damage than what the insurance company had provided funding to repair. Mrs. M submitted T.J.'s quote to the insurance company to show exactly what was necessary to get Mrs. M's home back to like new condition. The insurance company quickly updated Mrs. M's claim to cover the additional costs to properly repair her home. Mrs. M's home is like new again with the front section of the roof having been replaced, the Hardie siding and trim repaired and painted, window screen replaced, new front porch gutter and downspout, and painting done to the front porch.
Mr. J was experiencing a leak that was getting progressively worse. He asked some of his friends if they knew of a reputable company who could help him figure out the problem and offer a solid solution. 3 people told him to call PGRS. When our Project Consultant, Steve, met with him he got inside of the attic and immediately saw where the water was coming in from the roof. When Steve got on the roof he saw where one of the gutters terminated into the shingles and had cut into them so much that it was allowing water to get in.
PGRS was able to properly trim the gutters to get them off of the shingles and then install new decking to replace what was damaged from the water and new shingles. Mr. J was very relieved that the problem wasn't bigger and he really appreciated our honesty and how Steve showed him exactly what was going on and how the problem could be properly resolved!
Mr. S noticed a leak on his upstairs bathroom ceiling in all the heavy rains we had. He did some searching online, read reviews on several companies, and started making calls. He called PGRS first to have them come assess his needs. Mr. S showed T.J. the bathroom ceiling and explained what he was seeing when it would rain. He also expressed that he wanted to see how much a whole new roof would be because he was pretty sure he was nearing the end of its useful life. T.J. carefully inspected the roof, found the source of the leak, and also found another spot that was leaking. T.J. showed Mr. S the leaks as well as photos of the condition of his roof. Mr. S was relieved to discover that his roof had at least 5-7 years of life left, and that the cost to make repairs was less than he had expected. After discussing the options with his wife, Mr. S decided to get this project in the works. Mr. S's roof is water-tight once again so he can focus on other home projects.
Mr. C in installing an addition on this home for his clients. He reached out to T.J. at PGRS to do the siding, fascia, soffit, trim, and gutters for this project. Mr. C was extremely pleased with the quotes for each of the trades and the reputation PGRS has earned with him and his clients, so he wanted to get PGRS on the job as soon as possible. Mr. C's client now have the beautifully finished addition they desired.
PGRS had been called out to the church previously to do all new Fiber Cement Fascia around the church and some soffit work, but while the work was happening we found the root of some soffit damage. The flashing above the soffit was in rough shape and needed to be re-flashed. After meeting with Jose and inspecting the issue, it was determined that removing the existing flashing in the area, installing new ice and water shield, and re-flashing that wall with a proper kick-out flashing was the only solution. The church no longer has to worry about any further damage to the newly fixed and painted soffit
Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church superintendents were noticing that some weathering and damages were present on the soffit and fascia area of the front sanctuary. They called out several professionals to quote them on options for repair and replacement. T.J. came out and walked the grounds with the super, and became clear on all the areas in need of attention. T.J. presented a couple of options to the super, who then put it before the committee. After several discussions and revisions over several months, the church finally decided to replace all fascia with Hardie, make repairs to wooden soffits, have it all painted, and new gutters and Leaf Free installed afterward. The church now has a beautiful, long lasting exterior trim with a maintenance free gutter system.
Mr. A had PGRS out in 2017 to install the 6" gutter system on his home. He decided it was now time to for some gutter guards because he's getting too old to be climbing high up on ladders to clean his gutters. He called PGRS back out because he was extremely happy with the job we did installing his gutter system. T.J. met and talked with Mr. A to understand what he was looking for in a gutter guard, and then began his inspection and measuring. Once T.J. presented a couple of options to Mr. and Mrs. A, they decided the best fit for them would be the Bulldog Gutter Guard as it's not visible from the ground and doesn't interfere with the shingles. They now have a gutter system they'll never have to clean out again thanks to the Bulldog Gutter Guard with its 25 year clog-free warranty.
Mr. M recently noticed some damaged to the soffit over his rear deck. Having had a great experience with T.J. and PGRS before, he called us back out to assess his needs. After T.J. inspected all his soffit and fascia, he showed Mr. M several other areas of concern. Mr. M decided to have T.J. quote making all necessary repairs, replacing the gutters, and give him some options for gutter guards. After T.J. showed Mr. M all his options, Mr. M decided to move forward with the repairs, gutters, and Bulldog Gutter Guards. Mr. M’s soffit and fascia are like new again, he has new gutters that properly manage the water off his roof, and Bulldog Gutter Guards that guarantee his gutters will be clog-free for 25 years.
Mrs. W called PGRS because of roof leaks. They had multiple companies try to repair these areas, but the leaks only got worse with each rain. Greg did a full inspection and discovered that two of their skylights had holes in the seams due to age, the chimney flashing had come loose and there were multiple leaks in the attic because of the age of the roof.
None of the previous companies had taken pictures or video to show them the real problems, so they had to take the roofers word for it. At PGRS we take documented pictures and video so that the homeowners can see and verify our findings and recommendations.
Because of the age of the roof and all the problem areas, Mr. and Mrs. W decided to go with a full roof replacement and to add LeaFree gutter protection to their gutters. The lifetime architectural shingles make their home look new and have added value. They will no longer have to worry about the roof leaking or having to clean out the gutters.
The W family said they have already told everyone they know to call PGRS for roofing, siding, guttering, painting or repairs.
Scott is a previous customer or PGRS. He recently purchased a new home that had several stucco issues. He had the chimney stucco completely re-done. He asked for us to work with the Mason company and come to a solution that works for both parties. PGRS presented to have the chimneys re-flashed while the stucco was off. That way we could step flash it before the stucco was applied, that way it wouldn’t need retrofit counter flashing over the stucco. After explaining the solution to the homeowner and the mason company, they agreed that it was the best course of action. With the job properly done, Scott won’t have to worry about any more issues with the chimneys on the home.
Jean and Paul have lived in their home on a golf course for 14 years. They have recently noticed that the domes to the attic fans on the rear slope of their roof were looking discolored, and believed they were rusting. Jean and Paul expressed that they wanted functional venting that was also aesthetically pleasing. After T.J. inspected the current fans and domes, he provided Jean and Paul a couple of options for their roof ventilation. Jean and Paul discussed briefly what made the most sense for them, and decided to eliminate the attic fans and have a shingle over ridge vent installed. Their roof is still properly vented and they no longer have the added electrical expense of powered fans running in warmer weather.
Tom saw T.J. working in his neighborhood one day, so he stopped to inquire about replacing his skylight. T.J. set an appointment to come out and assess his needs. Tom had a skylight in his bathroom in which the glass had fogged up, and he wanted to get it replaced with a new skylight that was not vented. Once T.J. got the measurements, he was able to provide Tom the cost to replace the problematic skylight. Tom decided the cost was fair and signed up to get his skylight replaced. Tom now has a clear, long-lasting skylight in his master bathroom.
Mr. G just finished remodeling his home, He called PGRS because he needed larger gutters to protect his landscaping and to direct the water away from the foundation.
The home has a difficult architectural design and required an innovative gutter system to catch the large amount of water coming down the roof during a hard rain. Mr. G was impressed with the plan and the cost Greg presented. He was ready to move forward with the project and was pleased that PGRS did everything we had promised.
It has rained since we installed the 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutter System and it worked just as we planned. Mr. G said PGRS will be the first company that he will call when he decides to do his other home improvements.
Mr. and Mrs. H have lived in their home for 10 years. They just refinanced and wanted to do some home improvements. The main project was a new roof. Even though the old roof had not leaked, it was only a matter of time due to the age. To protect their greatest investment, they chose to go with our top of the line roof system, the IKO Dynasty. This roof system is affordable and will outperform most shingles on the market.
We also removed the stained 5" gutters and replaced them with new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters and downspouts. Mr. and Mrs. H were amazed with our workmanship and service. They now have one of the nicest roofs in the neighborhood and the new gutters trimmed it out beautifully.
Mike's HOA is giving him some issues regarding the siding on his home. He's been trying to get some general contractors out to quote some renovations to the exterior that involve changing the layout of the home, but everyone seems to be too busy to come by. Mike also has an insurance claim for getting his roof replaced, and wanted a reputable company to get it done. Mike stopped by the PGRS office one day and spoke to T.J. at length about his situation. T.J. went out to Mike's home and discussed the various options. After a couple of weeks of no response from general contractors, Mike decided to have T.J. provide quotes to address the roof, a few windows, and areas of siding on the home until he can get a better idea of how his renovation plans will turn out. After a few more discussions of details and fine tuning the quotes, Mike decided to get this project going before he gets much more flak from his HOA. Mike now has a long-lasting architectural roof, a few new energy efficient windows, and the beginnings of beautiful, long-lasting Hardie siding.
Mr. C noticed that he had a few areas of rotting siding on various spots on his house. He called out a couple of contractors and had a hard time getting anyone to explain exactly what they were going to do to help him out. After meeting with Steve at PGRS they both went around and identified all of the areas of concern. Steve then took pictures of the house and drew out diagrams of everything that they would replace and proposed a solution. Mr. C Was very pleased with the thoroughness of our inspection along with the solution and of course the cost. We replaced the areas of concern with Hardie concrete fiber Siding and painted the new siding to match his existing.
Ms. R has been experiencing a leak at her rear living room window for quite some time now. At first, she thought it might be a plumbing leak, but her plumbers discovered no problems. She then had her insurance company come out, a roofer come out, and a general contractor come out. None of these people took the time to really investigate her roof and siding to determine the source of the leak. Once T.J. from PGRS inspected her problem, he identified the source of her problem within a half hour. He showed Ms. R what was happening, explained what needed to be done to totally eliminate the water intrusion, and showed her the process by which it would be done. After she was denied any help from her insurance company, Ms. R called T.J. and decided to have the work done anyway to prevent any further damages to her home. With the repairs completed to the roofing and siding, Ms. R’s home is now leak free.
Mr. S saw us working on his neighbors’ home when he asked if we could come inspect his roof leak. After inspecting the roof, it was determined that the wall above the leak hadn’t been properly flashed. After explaining the solution to install new step flashing over the existing stucco, and then to add a retro fit counter-flashing with a kickout to steer water away from the wall, Mr. S decided it was the right thing to do to go ahead and get the problem fixed. Now Mr. S no longer has to worry about the leak.
Mr. and Mrs. D are getting ready to sell their house in the spring and are in the process sprucing it up. They contacted PGRS to come out and take a look at their roof and some painting they want to have done. They told T.J. that they only wanted to do the roof on the main 2 story section of the house, and then have everything that is currently painted white, freshened up with new paint. T.J. found a couple of areas in need of some minor repairs during his inspection and brought it to their attention. Once T.J. was able to go over all the details with them, the decided to get this project going. They now have an updated roof on the main part of the house and freshly painted trim.
Ms. W is a previous customer of PGRS and when she needed a new sky light, she knew exactly who to call. After meeting with her project consultant Jose, he explained it was definitely time for a new skylight. An object had struck the skylight causing it to crack all the way around. She got a new self-flashed skylight, custom fabricated to get the exact size needed for her home. Now she doesn’t have to worry about it breaking at any moment.
Ms. M was having some issues with her roof in a couple of different areas. She called PGRS out to assess the entire roof for storm damage as well as the specific areas that were leaking. T.J. performed a thorough inspection of her attic and roof and was able to determine that no storm damage was present, but did find the sources of her problems. Ms. M asked that he break down each area separately because she was currently in a legal battle with a builder who did an addition to her home. T.J. presented all options to her and she said once they get things handled with the other situation, she could start addressing the roof problems. She called T.J. a few months later and was ready to get her skylight replaced. She now has a brand new leak-free skylight with a lifetime warranty.
Mr. T is a previous customer who had some gutter work done. He noticed in the heavy rains we had earlier this year, that he was having water come into his basement below his chimney. T.J. met with Michael and went over what was happening when it would rain heavily. After his inspection, T.J. was able to show Michael that the company that the previous owner hired to install vinyl siding on the home did not do anything to keep water from getting behind the vinyl siding at the top of the chimney. T.J. proposed that the chimney pan be replaced with one that was a better fit and had a turn down over the vinyl siding to keep water from getting in the home. Michael's home is free from water intrusion once again.
Mr. T has been contemplating getting his roof replaced for some time. He had gotten some quotes for his roof from a couple of other companies, but was hoping to find a more local company to take on this project. He called PGRS and T.J. went out to meet with him. Once T.J. was clear on exactly what Mr. T wanted, he began his inspection. Once T.J. was able to go over the results of his inspection and roof replacement with Mr. T, he determined that PGRS was the right company for the job! Mr. T now has a beautiful, long-lasting Owens Corning Oakridge Roof in Brownwood.
Mr. T reached out to PGRS because we did a small gutter repair for him a few years ago so he was familiar with our company. He and his wife completed their brand-new home in Peachtree City in December of 2017. Shortly after the Spring, they started to experience gutter clogs. Mr. T informed his Project Manager that he intended to get a few more bids for the Gutter Protection System at the beginning of their meeting; BUT by the end of Jason’s presentation Mr. T was so impressed with our price, professionalism and attention to detail he decided to skip the hassle of gathering the other bids and award the job to PGRS.
Charles A. had a small leak that overtime caused rot in the plywood roof decking. The rotten decking had to be cut out and replaced with new underlayment and shingles installed. During the inspection of the roof some additional minor roof maintenance issues were identified such as exposed nail heads, pipe boots, and roof vents that required resealing. PGRS devised a plan to address all current roof issues to insure that the customer would get the maximum life expectancy from their roof system.
