They started their quest to get a pest removed from the house and during his inspection of everything noticed that there were several holes in the cornice of the home that was allowing for pest to get inside the home. They then noticed a roof leak that they need to get taken care of before that spray foam their attic, and reached out to their pest control company who referred them to PGRS. They called and scheduled an appointment and Chase their project consultant came out in the rain to help in anyway possible! Chase did majority of his inspection but let Mrs. V know that he would have to come back on a dry day to finish his roof inspection. The following day with PGRS repair specialist to further inspect the project. Chase & the repair specialist decided that the best course of action to alleviate Mr. & Mrs. V's problems long term would be to cut the crown molding off of the eaves and rakes as well as the decking so that the decking and fascia are flush. Chase saw the same damage that the inspector saw and recommended doing these repairs along with a roof maintenance to secure all pipe boots, collars, seal all nail pops, ventilation, and HVAC stacks and to do a roof repair on the damage shingles. Mr. R agreed with the scope of work presented and wanted to move forward with the work. Now Mr. R's home is back up to date and ready for closing.
Mr. P was informed by his tenant that some shingles had blown off the home. Mr. P called upon PGRS to go inspect and quote repairing the damage. While T.J. was inspecting the roof, he noticed that the satellite dish had also come loose due to damaged roof decking. T.J. put together a proposal to address all the damages he found, and got it quickly to Mr. P. Once Mr. P was informed of an approximate timeline to get the repairs completed, he decided to get it on the schedule. His investment in now fully protected once again.
Mr. G has called upon PGRS for multiple projects for his home. After some of the recent storms, he noticed a spot on his ceiling had gotten worse. He got T.J. to come out and see what was causing the problem. In no time T.J. had the problem identified, was able to show Mr. G the extent of the damage and explain what caused the problem. T.J. provided a cost to make the necessary repairs to the roof, to which Mr. G said let's get it done. Mr. G can rest assured that his roof is now watertight once again.
Ms. R was having insurance battles about her roof which was concerning her. They were only going to give her enough for repairs which wouldn't fix the issue at hand. Ms. R had an Atlas Chalet roofing system which has since been discontinued. Davin met with her and informed her that there was ample amount of storm damage and to call the insurance back out to re-evaluate the situation. They did and provided her with a partial replacement. She knew that she needed to go ahead and replace the whole roof and decided to go with the IKO Cambridge roof system in Dual Brown. Now she will no longer have to worry about her roof.
Mr. and Mrs. A moved into their home just a few short weeks ago and knew there were some things they wanted to change. Davin met with them and provided them with an estimate after showing them the process and collaborating together. They decided to do Hardie Shakes above their garage in the front, and to do Hardie Board and Batten across the main face by the front door. They are planning on coming up with stone from the base to really make the new Shakes and Board and Batten really pop and stand out. They will now have a home that they believe will look beautiful from the street that they will be proud and happy in.
Mr. H and his family moved into their home a few months ago, and almost immediately began building a detached garage. They did all the framing and house wrap themselves and decided to have a company do their siding to match their house. T.J. met with them one beautiful Saturday morning and got a clear understanding of how they wanted it to look. Mr. H expressed that he also wanted the quote to include vinyl soffit, painting the new siding, and installing gutters. Within an hour T.J. was going over details and costs with Mr. And Mrs. H. They were so impressed with how thorough T.J. was, and how quickly they were able to get the cost, that they didn't want to delay their project any longer. Their new detached garage is now complete with Board and Batten Hardie siding on the front, Hardie cedarmill lap siding on the rest of the building, painted to match their home, and finished with a beautiful black gutter system.
Mr. L needed some new gutters. His current gutters constantly over flowed and were pulling away from the house. When he met with Steve from PGRS they walked around the property and Steve noticed that not only his gutters needed addressing, but he also had a lot of rotted fascia boards due the gutters overflowing. Mr. L said he had 3 other contractors out and none of them showed him the damage. Even though our price was higher than what he was quoted previously, he knew the job would be done correctly. He was impressed with our thoroughness and professionalism. Now he's got all of the damaged fascia replaced and new 6 Inch Seamless Gutters that properly manage the water flow away from his home.
Mr. P has a unique log cabin style home. He wanted to upgrade the look by changing out some of the "False" log cabin siding for Hardie Board & Batten Siding. He also needed a new roof and new gutters. He met with a few different contractors and told his Project Consultant, Steve, that PGRS was the only company that came out when they said they would and the only company to provide an estimate the same day they came out. He felt that with that level of service on the front end, he would get the same attention and level of service when it was time to get his project started and that’s why he chose to go with PGRS. He now has a beautiful new Dynasty Architectural Roof in Granite Black, upgraded Hardie Board & Batten Siding, and new 6 Inch Seamless Gutters in Musket Brown!
Ms. J bought her home about 4 years ago with the understanding that all roof issues had been repaired by the previous owner after the home inspection report was completed. During the recent heavy storms, she noticed a water stain on her bathroom ceiling. She called PGRS and had the pleasure of meeting with T.J. He thoroughly inspected her home inside and out and was able to show her that the "repair" was more of a band-aid to hide the issue. T.J. was able to explain in detail how the repair would be done by PGRS. Ms. J completely understood the entire process as T.J. carefully explained each step of the repair. She quickly decided that she needed to have this work completed to keep the water out of her home. Now she can rest assured that her roof is completely leak free.
Mr. C, who was referred to PGRS by a friend, was having some chimney problems that had been repair before. He was tired of dealing with it and knew it was time to call in the professionals. Davin met with Mr. C and fully inspected the areas saw that the chimney was not re-flashed properly. Mr. C agreed with the solution provided and will now have a leak free chimney so he can enjoy his home instead of working on it.
Ms. T was in the process of making her home ready to put on the market to sell. The fiber cement siding the builder used 6 years ago was cracking all over her home. Turns out that siding had a class action lawsuit against it because it was defective. Ms. T had 3 companies assess her needs and provide a solution to make her home like new again. T.J. walked around the home with Ms. T to count the boards in need of replacement on the sides and front. The rear of the home was so damaged that all of the siding needed replacing. When presented with the cost to make all repairs/replacement and paint the house, her boyfriend confirmed the house would be "race ready" (ready to sell). T.J. assured them it would be like new, and Ms. T decided to get the project going. With the investment she made, Ms. T will surely receive top dollar for her home.
Mr. & Mrs. S bought their dream home complete with room for their horses a couple of years ago. When they bought the house, they were told that they would never have to care for the cedar shake siding because it was supposed to be maintenance free. Unfortunately, that was not the case since cedar needs to be treated/stained every few years. As a result, the cedar was starting to fade badly and even curling up and falling off of the house in a few areas.
They loved the look of the shakes but didn't want to have to worry about the maintenance required. They called on a few companies to provide them with some options. When they met with Steve of PGRS he listened to what they wanted to achieve, and he provided an option for Foundry Split Vinyl Shakes. They have very realistic look and feel of real shakes, but they won't ever rot and never need painting! This was exactly what they were looking for so they picked out the Colonial Grey Shakes and took advantage of the easy financing options offered by PGRS. Now they have a beautiful new exterior that looks like they want and without any required maintenance!
Mr. K was doing some exterior construction for a local homeowner. The homeowner was wanting a solution to keep from having to pay anyone to clean out his gutters ever again. Mr. K reached out to T.J. at PGRS to come out and provide a solution to get the gutters cleaned out and add a gutter guard. T.J. thoroughly measured the home and provided a solution for gutter protection that comes with a great guarantee. Once Mr. K presented it to the homeowner, he said to get it scheduled. The homeowner now has gutters that will never have to be cleaned out again thanks to the Leaf Free Gutter Protection with the Lifetime Clog-Free Warranty.
Mr. W has lived in his home for many years. He recently had a tree that fell on his home that caused some damage to the roof, siding, and gutters. Mr. W called out another contractor and signed up with them. The other contractor completed the roof repair, but never came back to complete the rest of the work. Mr. W called the office of this contractor and they said that they were dealing with a COVID outbreak and to reach back out later. Mr. W waited patiently, with no answers so he called back a month later and the company told him to go find a different contractor. Mr. W then called PGRS to handle the rest of his work. His project consultant Chase arrived on time and listened carefully to the concerns that Mr. W had about his home. Chase walked around with Mr. W to figure out exactly what he wanted done. Chase provided a quote for 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts in the damaged areas, fixing the fascia and soffit that were damaged due to the tree, as well as wrapping all the fascia with PVC coated trim coil. Now Mr. W's home has a restored curb appeal that will help whenever he sells the home next spring.
Mr. W recently added a porch in the back of his home and there was a lot of water pouring over it onto his recently finished decorative stone. He knew if he didn't add a gutter there, he would have problems with erosion in the future. He also had a gutter under the porch that was filling up and overflowing. He called a few companies out and they all mentioned he needed all new gutters since that was a small job. He called PGRS and explained he didn't want new gutters but that’s what everyone was saying so he assumed that was the only way. Jose inspected all the gutters and they seemed to be in good working condition so he explained to Mr. W that we could quote all new gutters or just the gutters on the back like he originally wanted. He was so happy to hear that what he wanted could be done. Jose priced him a new 6" gutter on the back porch and under the porch to help with the overflow. Mr. W was pleased with the quality and fair price and got signed up! He now has a new 6" gutter on the back so he doesn't have to worry about the new stone.
Mr. R called PGRS to take a look at a leak below his window. Water had been entering every other rain and he didn't know where from. He met with Jose to look at his problem. Jose inspected the window and siding around it. The water was entering from the bottom corner of a faulty window through the seal and running on the inside corner and eventually down his interior wall. Jose presented the solution to replace the faulty window with a new one. We were able to match the grid style and color which was very important to keeping the same look of the home. Mr. Rivera now doesn't have to worry about water ever getting in through that window.
Mr. & Mrs. W are in the process of doing some renovations and felt that now was time to do something with the stone wall in the front of the home. They originally wanted to do some sort of shake siding over the stone. They called PGRS for an estimate, their project consultant Chase showed up on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase informed them that they were not going to be able to apply any kind of shake over that stone, and that removing the stone and redoing it would be very expensive. Chase recommended painting the stone with Sherwin Williams Loxon Paint. Mr. & Mrs. W have a blue that is an accent to their home (i.e. shutters, door, and other trim) & wanted the stone that color. They now live in a home that boasts a beautiful brand-new paint job on the stone wall & could not be happier with the way that it turned out!
Ms. K had moved into this home and was checking in on her attic and air conditioning unit when she spotted a leak from her HVAC stack. Davin met her to see how we could help. After a full inspection her HVAC stack was leaking because it was not fully sealed due to age and her roof had made it to its life expectancy and it was about time to replace it before more leaks began to occur. Ms. K decided to replace the roof and fix the problem entirely rather than just band-aid it. She wanted an identical roof to match the neighbors because of their HOA. She is happy to be getting the situation handled and to no longer have to worry about it. Now she can fully enjoy her retirement with a leak free IKO Marathon Roof System.
Mr. S has a rental property, and the tenants gave him a call after a storm that a shingle had blown up. He called PGRS come out and access the damage. José came out and inspected the roof for damage. While he wasn’t able to find much wind damage, he did notice a lot of nails backing out, that would eventually damage the shingles. Also, with the age of the roof a maintenance would be a good idea to bring the roof to top condition. José presented the repair and maintenance solution to the homeowner. Mr. S had no idea that you needed to maintenance a roof and was thankful for the advice. He decided to move forward and replace the damage shingle, and maintenance the entire roof to allow him to get the maximum life out of it.
Mr. K was having a problem with carpenter bee burrowing into his fascia board. He knew he needed to replace the damaged fascia boards and he needed new gutters as well. Davin came out to give him an estimate on his project. Mr. K agreed that the estimate would fix his problem and fit into his budget. Now Mr. K will no longer have bees burrowing into his new fascia board and will have a new unclogged gutter system with Bulldog gutter protection on the rear of his home keeping the gutters clear of debris.
Mr. M has lived in his home since it was new in 2009. He had recently noticed some shingles had slid down on the front of his roof. He called PGRS to set an appointment for someone to come out and assess it. T.J. went out and inspected the entire roof for any other signs of the same thing happening, as he was able to determine the shingles weren't nailed properly by the builder's installation crew. T.J. gave Mr. M an explanation of why he was seeing those shingles come loose, let him know that the rest of the roof doesn't currently show signs of that happening, and provided some options for him to have peace of mind. Mr. M decided to just have the visibly damaged area repaired for now. Mr. M's roof is now secure and leak free once again.
Mr. and Mrs. K have been thinking about renovating the exterior of their home. They weren't sure if they just wanted to repair the existing siding or replace it all with something different. They called PGRS and they met with their project consultant Jose. Jose arrived on time and began asking questions about their issues. All the siding on the chimney was in rough condition and they had a few other spots that needed work also. Jose was clear on giving them a price for repairing the damages and painting the entire home or installing all new vinyl siding. After Jose carefully measured everything, he went over the different options to see what would work best for Mr. and Mrs. K. After showing them both options. they asked Jose what would make more sense. Jose explained that after they did the repairs and painted the home, 6-10 years down the line they would either have to spend the money to repaint the home or possibly have all new siding done then. After thinking it over Mr. and Mrs. K knew it made sense to go head and replace their entire home with vinyl siding now. The fact that it would be maintenance free, and PGRS presented an easy way to pay for it, made them feel comfortable with their decision. Mr. K was also tired of cleaning his gutters out, so we included gutter protection and an all new 6" seamless aluminum gutter system. They now have a beautifully updated maintenance free siding and a maintenance free gutter system.
Mr. and Mrs. R knew their roof had met its life expectancy. Davin came out and provided a full roof inspection for them. After looking over a few other estimates Mr. R saw that PGRS had the best to offer and with our Price Assurance Match Guarantee we were able to come to a deal. Mr. R was very happy to see that this will be the last roof he has to ever put on and can look forward to running his daily life without any worry with the roof on his home.
Mr. P is in the process of updating his home to make it the way he wants it, as he plans to stay in his home for a long, long time. He called upon several companies to provide costs to replace his roof, replace his gutters, and install some gutter protection. T.J. from PGRS was the last person Mr. P met with. Mr. P and T.J. spoke at length on Mr. P's plans so that T.J. could get a clear picture of what he needed to do. Once T.J. prepared the pricing and went over everything, Mr. P could see that PGRS was going to do a fantastic job doing his roof and gutters. They agreed for T.J. to come back once the porch roof addition was in place to firm up measurements and pricing. Mr. P was pleased with everything and signed up to get the project in motion. Mr. P now has the IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof in Atlantic Blue, 6" gutters in Tuxedo Gray, and Bulldog Gutter Guards with a 25 year clog-free guarantee.
Mr. and Mrs. D have had some problems with water overflowing and pouring over the gutters on the back of their home. They had cheap gutter protection screens in them currently that didn't seem to be functioning properly. Mr. D called PGRS to come take a look. Jose met with Mr. D and listened to his concerns and understood what was happening. Jose knew he needed gutter protection that could handle a large volume of water and handle the debris from the trees above. He presented a solution to add leaf free gutter protection on the back of the home that would handle the water and debris, along with some splash guards. Mr. and Mrs. D were confident this product would function the way they wanted. They now have a maintenance free gutter system on the back of their home.
Mr. and Mrs. B wanted to replace their vinyl siding on their home with Hardie and wanted a company who followed all of the Hardie specifications. They called PGRS and met with Jose. Mr. B asked Jose question after question about the install and the crews. Mr. and Mrs. B were both impressed with Jose's product knowledge and felt comfortable that PGRS was the company for them. They now have new beautiful Hardie fiber cement siding on their home.
Mr. and Mrs. C had their home under contract for sale. During the home inspection, it was noted that there was some damaged vinyl siding on the chimney. The buyer had requested that the siding be repaired by a qualified contractor. Mrs. C contacted her friend, T.J., at PGRS for professional help. T.J. assessed the area in need of repair, prepared a quote for the cost of the repair, and let Mrs. C know the results. She agreed the pricing was fair to get the work completed in time for them to keep from delaying the closing on the sale of the home. The vinyl siding has been repaired and the sell went forth as scheduled.
Mr. A was having trouble keeping his gutters clean in his beautiful vacation home in Newnan. Mr. A wanted some sort of gutter protection, but was not sure which he wanted. Davin went out and assessed Mr. A's situation and they came to an agreement that Mr. A wanted the LeaFree gutter protection. Now Mr. A and his wife can enjoy their vacation home without having to worry about clogged gutters and water overflow.
Mr. G had contacted PGRS in early September of 2019 for some vinyl siding repair, gutter guards, and roof repair. He had decided to move forward with the scope of work, but before the work could begin, the house next door burned down and caused some damage to his. Mr. G allowed the company his insurance referred to replace the melted siding on his home, but soon discovered they didn't install it according to code. T.J. revisited the house to inspect the work that was performed. After some serious discussion with the contractor who performed the work, Mr. G was able to get some of his money back. T.J. was able to communicate directly with Mr. G’s insurance claim representative to get on the same page as to how much the insurance company was covering for Mr. G, so he could determine how much would have to be paid out of pocket. T.J. discovered that Mr. G’s policy allowed for a code upgrade and was able to show Mr. G that he would pay less than $3,000 out of pocket to have the siding replaced on his home. Mr. G’s home now redone with beautiful Alside Odyssey Plus Vinyl Siding in Fired Brick with white accents.
Ms. T is helping her father get his home fixed back up to a condition that makes it as good as new and low maintenance. They contacted a few companies to come out and assess the home for new vinyl siding. It was toward the end of September 2019 when PGRS was asked to provide a quote. T.J. spoke with Ms. T via the phone to get some questions answered about what they were wanting for the house. After T.J. got the information he needed, he carefully measured the home, and custom tailored a quote to fit their wants and needs. Ms. T and her father reviewed all the information, discussed all the options from all the quotes, and decided that PGRS was the best company to perform the work on their home. Ms. T told T.J. that they would be ready to move forward after the first of the year. Ms. T's father now has a home that is like new on the exterior with low maintenance Mastic Vinyl Siding and Soffit, a new gutter system, and a new chimney cap.
Mr. B bought his home some years ago, and the previous owner had removed several sections of gutter from the home. The lack of gutters on the home has begun to cause significant damage to the siding and trim along the bottom of the house. Mr. B called on PGRS to come assess his home and provide a solution keep the damages from getting any worse. T.J. walked around the home with Mr. B and discussed the rerouting a couple of downspouts and pointing out areas of fascia boards that needed repair. Mr. B also expressed his interest in never cleaning out the gutters again. T.J. put together a few options for Mr. B, explained the performance and warranty of each, and let him decide what would work best for his home and budget. Mr. B chose to go with a white 6" Gutter System, repair all damaged fascia boards, and install the Bulldog Gutter Guards with a 25 year clog-free guarantee. All the rain water will be effective managed from causing any more damages to his home.
Mr. R recently had a company knock on his door and ask him if he wanted his roof inspected. He was weary of the company just knocking on his door so decided to not let them inspect his roof. He called his insurance company and they came out and did find damage. He had 2 companies come out. PGRS was one of them. He met with Jose, his project consultant. He mentioned the other company was priced a lot higher than what his insurance was paying and they wouldn't work with him on adjusting their price. Jose took a look at the claim. Jose determined PGRS could do the agreed work for what the insurance was paying. Mr. R was fortunate to find a company that wanted the business. Mr. R also didn't like the fact that he was constantly cleaning his gutters out. He chose to get a price for some gutter protection as well. Ultimately, he liked our roof replacement process, and the gutter protection we offered and chose to give PGRS his business. He now has a new IKO Marathon 3 Tab Roof System with a maintenance free gutter system
Mr. & Mrs. G have lived in their home for quite some time now. Recently they have been experiencing water overflowing from their rear gutters. Mrs. G figured that it was time to have a professional opinion, so they called PGRS. Their project consultant, Chase, arrived on time and ready to inspect all the concerns that they were experiencing. After Chase's detailed inspection the formula to mitigate water overflow on the rear of the home is redo the gutter system properly pitching PGRS's 6” Seamless Aluminum gutters and installing all new downspouts. Mrs. G originally only wanted to have the rear of the home done but after Chase let them know that the 4' gutters that they have on now would eventually cause them problems, they decided that the best option was to replace the entire homes gutter system. Chase also gave a quote for Leaf Free Gutter Protection, this way they no longer have to get on a ladder and clean out their gutters, and they loved our Lifetime Clog Free Warranty on this gutter protection. Now Mr. & Mrs. G. have beautiful new maintenance free gutters and downspouts that will last forever.
Mrs. K called PGRS because the outside walls on her house had started to bow and come out of shape, which was making the siding come loose. One of our project consultants went out and took time to hear her concerns and do a full inspection of the attic and siding. Sometimes contractors use wood that isn't straight to start with and use only a foam board backing instead of using OSB wall sheathing to nail the siding to. Mrs. K plans on staying in her home for a long time and wanted it fixed right. The PGRS crew removed the old siding, removed twisted boards, added bracing boards in the attic, installed OSB wall sheathing, applied water-proof house wrap and installed new Hardie siding. Next our painters came and painted the home and then our gutter crew installed new 6" Seamless Aluminum gutters. Mrs. K was extremely impressed with the excellent work done by PGRS and loves her home’s new look!
Mr. P had his home insulated by PGRS years back with Insulated Siding. They had a branch fall and hit the side of their home and damaged a few pieces of siding. He called PGRS back out to address the issues. Their project consultant, Jose, arrived on time and assessed the damage. The branch damaged 3 pieces of siding. Jose made a call to make sure they had the color. Unfortunately, they discontinued that color and it was no longer available. Jose explained the situation and showed them some close matching colors but unfortunately none were close enough. He then proposed to take a few pieces from below their deck and use those to replace the damaged ones on the garage, and then take the close matching color and use that underneath the porch. They loved the idea and decided to get it scheduled. They now have their beautiful vinyl siding back to its complete look and function.
Mr. and Mrs. L purchased their home in downtown Newnan nearly 3 years ago. They knew going into the purchase that the roof had 2 layers of shingles, with the top layer being a defective shingle that was already showing signs of premature deterioration. They were beginning to experience more and more signs of roof leaks, so they reached out to T.J. at PGRS. Being that the home was 90 years old, T.J. took extra care inspecting this home's roofing structure as well as the conditions on the top side of the roof. T.J. pointed out to Mr. L a couple of key issues that cause leaks on his roof and solutions to eliminate future problems. Mr. L then expressed how he would like a gutter system that did a better job managing the water off his roof and kept him from having to clean them ever again. T.J. put together a couple of options for the couple to consider and explained in detail each option. Given the age of the home, T.J. also explained in detail the installation procedures necessary for the shingles to be warranted by the manufacturer. After some discussion of color options for shingles and gutters, Mr. and Mrs. L signed up to get their project scheduled. Their home in Historic Downtown Newnan boasts the IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof System in the color Glacier, paired with dark bronze gutters, downspouts, and Leaf Free Gutter Protection with a lifetime clog-free warranty.
Mrs. M had a leak spring up on her rental property and wanted someone to look at it. She called PGRS to schedule an inspection. She met with her project consultant, Jose, to look over her concerns. Jose arrived and Mrs. M told him about the problem. Jose listened and began his inspection. He wanted to start in the attic because that would tell him what the source of the leak was. Jose determined from the attic that the leak started from a pipe boot above, running down a rafter and ending in the upstairs bathroom where she noticed the stain. Jose inspected the roof to find out what the issue was. Jose found a good amount of debris behind the pipe boot acting as a dam for the water. He also determined the pipe boots were installed incorrectly. Jose showed the videos of the inspection of the attic and roof to Mrs. M. In the end she knew exactly what the problem was and the solution. We replaced the pipe boots on the home. First, we installed ice & water shield to prevent any leaks from ever occurring again. Then, installed a collar on the pipe boots to help with the deterioration from the suns UV rays and did an overall roof maintenance making sure everything was caulked and sealed properly. Her home is now leak free.
Ms. B is a previous customer of PGRS who had a great experience with getting new gutters last year. So, when she noticed a roof leak in her laundry room, she knew who to call. She met with her Project Consultant, Steve, who found the source of the leak and showed her how we would stop it for good. She has a flat roof on the back of her house that ties in with her main roof. Water was coming down the valley where the shingles met up with her flat roof and getting under the shingles and running into her house. Steve proposed removing the shingles along the valley and removing the old flat roof rolled roofing, then installing Ice & Water shield in the valley and correctly tying the new rolled roofing into the shingles for leak free solution. Now her home is leak free once again.
Mr. M decided it was time to finally look at getting some sort of gutter protection to keep his gutters empty of debris and keep him off a ladder. He asked his neighborhood group forum for any recommendations, and he had several people tell him to call PGRS. He met with Jose, his project consultant, to figure out exactly what the best solution would be. Jose began his inspection and documented all his findings. He presented Mr. M with a couple of different gutter protection options. Jose explained the first thing that would be done would be to maintain the gutters and make sure all the corners and end caps were sealed. He then presented an option for bulldog gutter protection that is invisible from the ground. After explaining to Mr. M that it came with a 25-year clog-free warranty he was confident that was the way to go. Mr. M now has a maintenance-free gutter system with no more leaks.
Mr. and Mrs. S have a home that currently has cedar siding. Over the years they have had to replace boards due to them rotting and curling despite their best efforts to keep their homes siding stained regularly. They spoke with Steve from PGRS and told him that they eventually want to change out all of the sidings with Hardie Fiber Cement Siding. Currently, they wanted to focus on the 2 sides of their house that seems to be most impacted by the sun and weather.
They also had some single pane windows that were in an area where the sun shines the most and their living room would get unbearably hot not to mention they didn't like the style of the windows. Steve showed them all of the different options available to them in Hardie and they liked the look of the Hardie Board & Batten siding. They also chose to go with new Wincore Double Paned Picture Windows to provide the light that they love in the living room while keeping the heat outside!
Mr. and Mrs. D contracted with PGRS for new vinyl siding, new soffit and fascia, a few new windows, and new gutters. At the time they were signing up for the renovation, Mrs. D had mentioned getting a couple of doors replaced in the future as well. Just as their project was near completion, Mrs. D asked T.J. to come out and quote her on the 2 doors she wanted to replace. Mrs. D told T.J. how impressed she was with every step of the project, and how well everyone worked together to keep them informed and get the project completed. She said that since they were doing so much to their house already, that it just made sense to keep things moving forward. Mr. and Mrs. D spent less than 2 minutes deciding which door options they wanted and got the paperwork done to keep their renovations moving forward full steam ahead. They now have 2 beautiful entry doors with frame saver jambs, complete with PVC brick molding to help make the doors more weather resistant and last them for a very long time.
Mrs. R called PGRS because she had a large water stain on her ceiling in the living room.
After a full inspection our project consultant noticed the flashing was not installed correctly around the chimney. We removed the shingles and replaced rotted decking. Then installed new flashing, Ice & Water Shield and replaced with new matching shingles. Mrs. R now has peace of mind and can have her painter repair the ceiling.
Mr. and Mrs. G found themselves in a situation like many of our customers, they needed to replace their roof because of leaks, cracked shingles and old age. They had multiple companies come out and give estimates, but no one had ever shown them pictures of the shingles on their two-story roof. After a full inspection, Greg presented a 5 minute video of the results he had found and gave them multiple options to repair or replace. After seeing the video, Mr. G knew that the roof needed to be replaced but decided to have a friend patch and caulk it for now. Several months went by and Greg checked back with Mr. and Mrs. G to see how everything was going with their repair. Mr. G told Greg that with all the storms we had been having the leak had started again and it was time to replace the roof. Within a few days our professional crew was installing a new Lifetime Dynasty Roof System on their home and they will not have to worry about leaks anymore.
We've had major storms in GA, Mr. Young called PGRS because the wind had pulled guttering away from his house. After inspecting the roof and guttering I found other places that were loose. Our crew not only re-installed the piece of guttering that was hanging loose but went around the whole house and secured the rest of his gutting at no extra charge.
Many homes in the area have gutters that were installed with spikes, they work themselves loose over time. PGRS uses strong hidden hangers that screw into the rafters and stay secure.
Mr. Young said he was grateful for how fast we responded and thankful for making sure all his guttering was secure. PGRS makes sure the job is done right!
Mr. G has called on PGRS a couple of times in the past for different trades. He noticed recently that he was seeing some damage to the outside corner trim on his chimney. T.J. discussed the issue with Mr. G and went to work on a solution to resolve the issue. T.J.'s 19 years of experience with home improvements provided him the knowledge and skills to identify the problem. T.J. showed Mr. G how PGRS would replace the damaged chimney trim boards with Hardie, repair damaged fascia and soffit, and create a better flashing solution at the junction of chimney and gutters to eliminate water going between the two. Mr. G's trim has been restored and his home is like new again.
Mrs. M called PGRS to set an appointment to get her roof replaced. We were one of 3 companies she called to get estimates. Greg met with Mrs. M and she explained that she was putting the house up for sale and knew that the existing roof would not pass inspection. She wanted a nice architectural shingle but not with an expensive price tag. Greg came up with a price and plan that met her budget. She chose the IKO Cambridge lifetime shingle. After it was installed the house looked new! Mrs. M said we were not the lowest price, but she felt the most comfortable with our company and that our warranty would transfer to the new owner.
Ms. P is a previous customer of PGRS. She had us install gutters a few years back and knew she would eventually have to get gutter protection or keep paying someone to clean the gutters out. She had them cleaned 2 weeks ago and with the last big storm she went out and checked and they are full to the top again. That was her final straw and decided to do something about it so she called PGRS. She asked for Jose since Jose had done with her daughter previously. Jose met Ms. P and listened to her concerns. With the number of pine trees in the back, Jose recommended going with Leaf Free gutter protection. Leaf Free works with all types of leaves including the pine needles. After showing her exactly how they work with a sample, Ms. P knew that was the right decision for her home. Ms. P now has a maintenance-free gutter system that she no longer has to pay someone to clean or do it herself.
Ms. A added a back office to her home a few years ago. When they installed the gutter in that area, they connected 2 pieces, leaving a seam. The seam over time has gotten worse and it was starting to erode the soil underneath it. She met with Jose, her project consultant, to look over her concerns. Jose listened to what was occurring and began his inspection. During his inspection, it was clear she needed a seamless gutter going across the back. Jose also noticed the gutter was full of leaves. He asked Ms. A how important was it to never clean her gutters out again, and Ms. A was thrilled to hear that there was an option to keep pine needles and leaves out of her gutter. Jose presented a new seamless gutter across the entire back, and Leafree gutter protection to help with the leaves. Ms. A is very happy to never have to clean her gutters again and to have her gutter issues fixed before they caused any major foundation issues.
PGRS installed Mr. S's gutters in 2016. He called us out this time to install gutter guards on the gutters and to fix an area where squirrels were getting into his attic. We added drip edge flashing to stop the squirrels from getting in and added LeaFree gutter protection to the gutters making them maintenance-free.
Mr. U called us out to take a look at a dog ear that had fallen in the recent storms. He also had some squirrels that were getting in around some soffit and a water issue with one of his gutters. He met Jose, his project consultant, to look at his concerns. Jose carefully listened to Mr. U about his problems and began his inspection. The dog-ear had not been secured properly and over time had come loose because of the weight of it, and he also had squirrels getting in through a piece of soffit that was not cut long enough and the J-Channel not secured. His last concern was he had a valley that was getting so much water trapped there he wanted to eliminate some water flow to the area. Jose presented an option to secure the dog ear properly and get the entire area fixed, along with adding a longer piece of soffit and securing the J-Channel where those squirrels were getting through. That along with adding a downspout from an upper gutter to carry the water from up there into the gutter below, rather than have that water empty on the roof and be a problem. Mr. U was certain these solutions would fix his issues, he now has a properly functioning gutter system and drainage with no pests able to penetrate once again.
Mr. D recently had some flying squirrels removed from his home. During the removal, the pest control person alerted Mr. D that he had a hole in his roof that caused some wood rot. Mr. D decided to call PGRS to provide him a quote for the repair. At the beginning of the consultation, Mr. D also mentioned that he had another problematic area on his roof that 3 other people have had limited success at fixing. T.J. thoroughly inspected both areas of concern for Mr. D, took plenty of pictures and measurements, and tailored a plan of action to correct both of Mr. D's problems. The solutions T.J. explained to Mr. D made perfect sense to him, and he wanted to get his project on the schedule so he could be one step closer to putting his home up for sale. Now Mr. D can sell his home with a clean conscience.
Mr. G called PGRS because he had multiple leaks in his roof. He searched Google and said we had the best reviews. Mr. G knew when he bought the home that the roof was older. The home inspector he hired had taken some pictures using a drone but never climbed on the roof. When Mr. G met with his Project Consultant, Greg, he was happy to hear that Greg was going to inspect the roof and take pictures and video of his findings. After Mr. and Mrs. G watched the video they knew it was time to replace the roof. Greg gave them multiple options and pricing. They chose a Dynasty Roof System and within 15 minutes they were approved through our easy financing. Mr. G said the guys worked very hard and he was really impressed with the clean-up.
Mr. and Mrs. D had PGRS replace their roof in 2009 after a major hail storm blasted through the area. Nearly 11 years later they were experiencing leaks at their chimney and front dormers. They called 3 roofers out to assess the damages and the roof. T.J. came out to meet with Mr. and Mrs. D to get a good understanding of what their concerns were regarding their roof. They showed T.J. all the spots in their attic where water was making entry, and what they had done to minimize damage to their ceilings. T.J. then meticulously inspected the roof, and asked permission to re-inspect their attic. Once the inspection and quote were completed, T.J. showed Mr. and Mrs. D pictures and video that their leaks were chimney pan and siding related, and unfortunately got behind the roofing to cause damage to the roof decking and leaks. Mr. and Mrs. D discussed how none of the other roofers they had had out before T.J. found what T.J. had found during his inspection. They decided to let PGRS handle the repairs once T.J. explained how the repairs will safeguard this problem happening again. Mr. and Mrs. D can rest easy now with a new chimney pan, solid Hardie Fiber cement siding in areas that were damaged, and a solid roof once again in areas damaged from siding leaks.
Mr. M has been working on getting his home repaired for over a year. He hired a couple of different day labor folks to make some repairs to his siding and some of his damaged fascia. Ultimately, he found that they would do good work until he paid them, and then the quality of work drastically decreased. Mr. M called PGRS and requested T.J. since his ex-wife had dealt with T.J. in the past. T.J. assessed Mr. M's home and provided him some options on getting the other work completed. Mr. M liked what he saw, took advantage of one of the easy, low-payment financing options, and signed up to get his work done. Mr. M's house now has a new rot-free, energy efficient Triple Window Unit by Wincore, and a new 6" gutter system with solid fascia behind it.
Mrs. B called us out because she was tired of trying to find someone to clean her gutters.
Her husband passed away a couple years ago and she really needed her gutters to be maintenance free. Her old gutters were to small and the downspouts were not placed right. We installed new 6" Seamless Aluminum Guttering along with new LeaFree Gutter Protection.
Mrs. B is very happy with the results and it's one less thing for her to worry about.
Mrs. W called PGRS to come out and see if we could stop the water leaks in her office, bedroom and master bathroom. She was frustrated because she had another roofing company charged her for repairs, but the leaks didn’t stop. She also had a handyman come by and he tried to help but the leaks were not fixed.
After a full attic and roof inspection, that included pictures and video, Greg was able to find the sources of the water leaks. Some of her shingles were not installed properly, vents boots had cracks and one area needed flashing. It started raining right after PGRS made the repairs and no more leaks! Mrs. W said she trusted us and that when it comes time to put on a new roof, she would only use PGRS!
Mr. D called PGRS to take a look at a leak that had been on going for 6 years. He had several people come out over the years and none could find the source of the leak. After inspecting the roof area. José determined that it was a combination of a few things. When the roof was done, the same wall flashing was used, there was a lack of drip edge, and lastly there was no Ice and Water shield due to the low pitch of the roof. After presenting Mr. D a solution to re-flash the wall properly, install ice and water on the entire roof, and lastly install drip edge to make it water tight from any wind blowing rains. Mr. D knew that would be the option to make his roof leak free again, he now can get the interior fixed knowing the leak has stopped once and for all.
Mr. G called PGRS to come inspect the roof and let him know what condition it was in. Jose showed him the inspection video and showed him that his roof was in desperate need of attention and from our professional opinion it was time for a new roof. Mr. G wanted to budget for it and only wanted to prevent problems until then. José presented the option of a Roof Maintenance package to take care of the exposed nails throughout the roof, securing all pipe boot fasteners, HVAC fasteners and to secure a loose shingle. Mr. G can now budget for a new roof while not having to worry about a leak developing in the meantime.
Mr. B has had PGRS address leaks to his roof a few times over the last 7 years. His roof which was now 16 years old, seemed to leak in a new spot every couple of years. Mr. B said he's getting too old to get up on his roof to stop leaks. He felt like it was time to investigate a full replacement. T.J. thoroughly inspected and measured his roof and showed Mr. B all the options from which he could choose. Mr. B briefly discussed it with his wife, and they decided to go ahead with the first option since they were well aware of the quality and customer service that PGRS provides. Mr. B now has a long-lasting, leak-free IKO Marathon 25 Year Roof in Harvard Slate.
Mr. and Mrs. D have lived in their home for nearly 30 years and have made several repairs and painted a few times over the years. Now that they're in their retirement years, they don't want Mr. D going up and down ladders anymore to make repairs or paint the house. They called out several contractors to quote their vinyl siding replacement, but when they met with T.J. from PGRS, they knew things would be different with this company. T.J. made sure he was clear on what they wanted for their home before he ever started to measure. Once T.J. went over all the options with them, Mr. and Mrs. D felt confident that PGRS was the right company to perform their exterior transformation. They now have beautiful, long-lasting, low-maintenance vinyl siding, new gutters, and a new combo window unit above their front door to match those on the rest of their home.
Mr. R has chosen PGRS multiple times for his projects. This time, one of his rental homes had a leak on the back of the house. He also wanted to get new guttering and Leaf Free Protection on the home. PGRS replaced the roof area that was leaking, removed old 5" gutters and installed new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters and Downspouts, with LeaFree gutter protection.
Now his investment home is maintenance free.
Mr. and Mrs. P had a roof leak near the entrance of their home. Upon inspection, Ariel determined that the shingles in the valley were improperly installed. PGRS came out and removed all the shingles in the valley and repaired all of the damaged wood. We installed ice and water and properly installed the shingles and now Mr. and Mrs. P no longer have to worry about a leak.
Mr. and Mrs. Williams are selling their beautiful home in Newnan that they have lived in for over 5 years. When getting ready to sell, they noticed they needed some repairs to fascia in various areas on the home. Being a previous customer of PGRS, she knew who to call to have the work done best for the future owner. Her project manager, Ryan, came out and provided a quote to get any fascia repaired that needed it. She is very relieved that she will now be able to sell her home as perfect as the day they moved in to it.
Mr. R had damage to his roof caused by a storm. He called his insurance company and they agreed to pay to replace his entire roof. After asking around for roofing company recommendations he had a few people who told him to give PGRS a call. He met with our Project Consultant Steve who reviewed his insurance paperwork with him to determine everything they were covering.
Ultimately Mr. R was able to get a brand new IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof System and only had to pay his deductible!
Mr. L had multiple roof leaks and a faux chimney that was causing lots of problems. He contacted multiple roofers to attempt to repair the leaks with no success. After contacting PGRS we developed a plan of action including removing the faux chimney and completely replacing the roof with a lifetime IKO dynasty roof system. Now Mr. L can enjoy his home and a beautiful new leak-free roof system.
Ms. K was doing some cleaning to air vents and such throughout her house when she noticed that she had a water stain on her bathroom ceiling. She called several roofers out to assess the roof and provide estimates to repair and replace the roof. After T.J. spoke with her about what she wanted done on her home, he provided a lengthy, and thorough inspection. T.J. discovered a couple other areas that were leaking on her roof and showed Ms. K his findings. T.J. also showed Ms. K what evidence he found of storm damage. He told her she could try to see if insurance would cover her roof, but he that he couldn't say for sure that they would. The insurance company sent someone out to assess her roof, and decided there was enough damage to qualify for a roof replacement. Ms. K now has a beautiful, long-lasting IKO architectural roof in Dual Black.
Mr. and Mrs. D have a few issues with their home they wanted addressed. They had a couple of areas on their roof that were leaking, some damaged soffit and fascia in areas, and wanted a gutter system that would work better with the steep pitch of their roof. Their project mananger, T.J., spent 2 hours inspecting their roof, gutters, fascia, and soffits, to ensure he included every repair that was needed for the result Mr. and Mrs. D wanted to achieve. After T.J. presented all the photos of their home, explained and showed how the repairs would be made, Mr. and Mrs. D had to discuss which projects took priority. They contacted T.J. a couple of hours later and decided to sign up to get their house repaired and to start get it ready to put it on the market for sale. The repairs and upgrades made to their home will maximize the profit they will obatin from the sale of their home.
Mr. G is in the process of selling his home to move out of state. There is a contract on the home and a home inspection has been done. Mr. G's agent reached out to PGRS to see if they could address the issues from the inspection report. T.J. performed a thorough inspection and informed Mr. G that PGRS could handle everything in the report with the exception of the prefabricated metal screened porch addition. Once T.J. went over his findings and all the repairs, Gerry decided to get the project going. PGRS was able to repair the roof and siding of the house and help keep Gerry's closing on schedule.
Ms. R called PGRS for a storm claim. She had previously signed a contract with another company in August of 2018. After getting the run around from him for nearly a year, she finally got her money back and decidied to go a different direction. She called PGRS out. We inspected the damage, reviewed all the paperwork with her and explained the insurance process so she was educated on it. PGRS was able to get her roof installed within a week after signing her up! Ms. R now no longer has to worry about a damaged roof and is enjoying her peace of mind.
Mrs. T just moved into her home less than a year ago. She had several trees removed because of being a danger to her home and allowing squirrels easy access to her roof. She had a pest control company come out to seal up potential entry points above her gutters. This makes the home look bad according to Mrs. T. T.J. was able to determine that Mrs. T wasn't actually looking for a new roof, but wanted a solution for a properly functioning, maintenance free, and rodent free gutter system. Once Mrs. T saw what the proposal that T.J. put together for her, she lit up with joy knowing that it was the perfect solution for her problem. Mrs. T now has a properly installed, rodent free gutter system that will never have to be cleaned out again.
After experiencing storm damage on this defective and recalled Atlas Chalet shingle, this Newnan townhome owner called PGRS. Our Project Manager inspected the roof, documented the damage and advised the homeowner to file a claim with her insurance company. Atlas Chalet shingles were very popular in the late 1990s; in fact they were one of the most popular shingles in Georgia. The shingle had the look of more expensive architectural shingle by adding more glue and granules on certain raised sections. Unfortunately, sometimes you get what you pay for and most of these Georgia homeowners are facing multiple issues. Thankfully this home is now protected with a quality Owens Corning™ Oakridge® shingle in Driftwood. Owens Corning™ and PGRS are the perfect combination for lasting performance and striking beauty.

Mr. and Mrs. P had been experiencing leaks and overflowing issues after living in his home for over 20 years. T.J. inspected his gutter system and determined that it was actually an antiquated type of installation that would continue to have problems, even if someone tried to perform a maintenance on it. T.J. proposed replacing the gutter system to ensure that rainwater would be properly and effectively managed from his roof. After a brief discussion with his wife, Mr. P decided that was a proper solution for them, and wanted to get his new gutter system scheduled for installation. They can now expect decades of proper service out of their new 6" gutter system.
