Mrs. J has owner her home for a long time now. She uses this home as a rental property. She is in the process of getting the home fixed up for her tenant. She is contracted with a different company for the roof and wished she had come across PGRS sooner, because she would have had PGRS do the roof as well. However, her gutters on the home were in pretty bad shape and began the process of getting quotes for the gutters. She found PGRS through TrustDale and was super impressed with the professionalism that she experienced with her project consultant Chase. Chase arrived on time and ready to help in any way he could with her project. Chase carefully measured the gutters on her home and was also able to provide a solution for maintenance free gutter protection. Mr. H and his wife had some damage to their home from a storm that came through. Davin met with them to see the damages and to see how PGRS could help. Debris had caused damage in several areas and Mr. H wanted Davin to look at an area of the gutters that had concerned him for a while. After taking it all in and quoting everything Mr. H was happy that we could do all of the work at such a great price. Now his gutters will be back to properly flowing just like they were before the storm came through.

Ms. Z was having some water overflow on her rear gutter section of her home. Davin met with her to see what problems she was experiencing. They came to an agreement that her gutters were clogged to the point where the water was no longer going into the gutter and just flowing over it. After some discussion of her options, Ms. L chose to move forward with a new roof and gutter system. Mr. S is beginning to make lots of improvements to his home and called on PGRS to provide a quote for a new gutter system, making repairs to soffit and fascia where needed, and gutter protection. Mr. S was unable to meet T.J. for the initial appointment, but had his father meet with T.J. instead. Mr. S’s father was able to observe how professional and thorough T.J. was with his inspection and recommendations on rain water management in one problematic area on the front of the house. T.J. went over all the information of the quote with Mr. S’s father and followed up with Mr. S via email. Mr. S chose a painter, gained approval from his HOA, and decided to go with T.J. and PGRS to do his gutter work. He now has a beautiful, long-lasting gutter system that he'll never have to clean out again.
