Mr. G was experiencing a leak on his rear gutter at his rental home, causing the fascia board and soffit to deteriorate. Ariel came out to give him a thorough inspection on the rental home and found a leak on one of his pipe boots on the roof as well. Ariel provided him a solution to replace the gutter system installed the proper way, roof repair around the pipe boot, and to repair the soffit/fascia that was deteriorating with a new paint job on the soffit and fascia to enhance the curb appeal of the home.

Mr. and Mrs. W had a tree on the left side of their home cut down. In the process, a limb fell and damaged one part of their roof. They called PGRS out to take a look. Davin met with them to look at their concerns. After hearing about the roof maintenance we offer that will not only take care of her current problem, but also help prevent future problems! She was happy to hear that and can just enjoy her home comfortably now.

Ms. G had a small storm come through her neighborhood and do some damage to her home. She called PGRS out to take a look and Davin met her out. She had her rear fascia and soffit blown out by the wind to which we found a piece of the fascia was rotting! She wanted to get all of that replaced and also thought it might be a good time to add gutter protection to her home. Once Davin showed her that raindrop she knew that was what she wanted. Now her home is back to pre storm condition and she never has to clean those gutters out again!

Mr. L had some vinyl siding on the rear of his home from the lawn mower and some siding that was too close to his grill which melted. One of his close friends told him to reach out to PGRS because they did some similar work to his home. Mr. L reached out to PGRS to come take a look at his siding. Ariel arrived promptly and inspected the issues. After inspection on the home, he matched Mr. L's siding almost perfect to the one he currently had on the home. Mr. L also was concerned on his gutters overflowing, Ariel explained how PGRS uses a 6" Gutter system that catches more water then the standard 5" and the 3x4 in downspouts allow more water to flow out then the standard 2x3 in downspouts. Mr. L's home is back in great condition and the new gutters are working great.

Mr .J reached out to PGRS to have his roof inspected. Ariel arrived and did a thorough inspection on the roof. After the inspection, he let Mr. J know that it was definitely time for a new roof. The current roof had multiple nail pops and a good portion of the granules were gone. There was also some rolled roofing that need to be addressed. Ariel presented various options for his new roof and Mr. J decided to go with the new dynasty roofing shingles. Now he will have a leak free beautiful new roof that will last him forever.

Mr. & Mrs. T have lived in their home for a while now and they noticed some shingles that were no longer sealed. The decided to call PGRS for an inspection to see if the roof had any storm damage. Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase listened to the concerns that they had and began his inspection. While Chase was on the roof he did notice that there were 10+ wind creased shingles on each slope. This made them an ideal candidate for a roof replacement through insurance. Chase let Mr. & Mrs. T know that he would come back when the adjuster meeting was scheduled to speak on their behalf. Chase arrived to meet the adjuster and watched the inspection to make sure that they got a fair shot. The adjuster saw the same damage and deemed them eligible for a roof replacement covered by insurance. Mr. M is a previous customer of ours. We have done a few jobs for him in the past. He recently had a power vent go out and needed a company who could replace them and wire them. Rather than call a few companies to do the work he called PGRS to ask if they could handle that. He called his previous contact, Jose, and asked if he could give him a proposal. Jose happily sent him an estimate to replace the 2 power vents and get them wired. He trusted PGRS would use high quality materials and do it correctly and got on schedule. Mr. F is a long-time customer of another contractor. Recently he called on them to address some concerns that he was experiencing with his siding. He called them multiple times and they kept not showing up for the scheduled appointments so he finally decided he would look elsewhere. He found PGRS and met with Steve. He showed Steve that he had some siding on his chimney that was starting to rot. Steve noticed that there was no kickout flashing on the chimney and the gutter was hanging off next to the chimney which was allowing roof water to run down the siding every time it rained. Mr. M is a loyal PGRS customer, we have worked on his home projects in the past and we are always his first call. During the last storm he noticed a leak on the ceiling in his living room.
His project consultant went in the attic and discovered an area of rotted decking, then went on the roof and found the problem, leaves and debris had been sitting in a valley of the roof line. It was two story and hidden, the leaves had allowed moisture to penetrate the shingles and cause a leak. Our roofing crew built up the valley so there was more flow to allow the water and debris to move and not stand in that area. We added a rubber underlayment and matched the old shingles. This homeowner in Jonesboro was having some leaks in master bathroom and bedroom. The chimney was right above the master bedroom which made our project manager, Ariel, believe the leak was coming from there. Ariel inspected the attic and found one of the leaks coming from the chimney. After doing a thorough inspection of the attic and the roof he found the chimney pan and the vent pipes were leaking. The pipe boot covers were dry rotted and water was getting through them. There were a lot of nails that were not caulked and the chimney was holding some water. Also, on the back side of the chimney there was a piece of siding missing and there were exposed nails as well as gaps in the siding. After Ariel’s inspection he showed the homeowner all his findings and the homeowner decided to have PGRS do a roof maintenance to his roof to seal all the exposed nails and to repair the leaks. Now his home is leak free once again.

Mr. W owns several rental properties and his tenant alerted him to a roof leak that made itself known in the master closet. Mr. W called a few companies to come out and provide a quote to repair the issue. TJ inspected the home and found the source of the water intrusion.
