This Griffin GA home was experiencing some pretty severe leaking that seemed to be located around the homes chimney. It was determined that the chimney pan was the wrong size which allowed water to run behind the siding.

Mr. and Mrs. D noticed that when it would rain really hard, they would have a very small leak in their dining room.
