Ariel explained how we could maintenance them with hidden hangers to prevent them from coming loose and to seal all the mitres around the entire home. Their neighbors were getting their roof done right down the road and Mr. & Mrs. C drove by and saw the PGRS yard sign and decided they wanted to take advantage of a free inspection. They scheduled an appointment and their project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help in any way he could. Mr. C and Chase took several walks around the home and Chase listened to each and every concern that Mr. C had and jotted it down. After several walks around the home Mr. C & Chase had a list of 5 things that they wanted to eventually get addressed. Chase informed Mr. C that all these problems that he was experiencing was stemming from one major part of his home.... his gutters. Chase let Mr. C know that his gutters were installed with the old spike & sparrow technique and also let him know that over times those nails actually begin to back out and pull away from the fascia board. Chase also noticed during his inspection that all the gutters were experiencing some severe clogging and presented the idea of PGRS' lifetime clog free gutter protection RainDrop. Originally Mr. C only wanted to install gutter protection, but Chase informed him that adding the gutter protection would stop the clogging of the gutters but it would not fix the pitch of the gutters and the fascia would continue to rot out. Chase carefully measured the gutters and the areas of fascia that needed to be repaired and was able to provide Mr. & Mrs. C with a solution that would prevent the problems from happening anymore. After a quick and painless credit application with Service Finance, Chase was able to get Mr. & Mrs. C signed up for all new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts and RainDrop Gutter Protection with a 12 Month Same as Cash Finance Plan. Chase was able to go out and take a look at everything that same day. Chase went out and inspected everything on the home and identified all the damages that had taken place when the tree fell. Chase let Mrs. T know that the next step was to go through insurance and have an adjuster come out and give her an estimate for all of the damages. In the meantime Chase had scheduled an emergency tarping for the home and was it installed the next morning. This gave Mrs. T the peace of mind of not having any moisture or critters get into her home. The adjuster decided to cover the entire roof, the damages to the fascia and soffit, and the gutters in the area where the tree fell. Mrs. T knew for certain who she was going to go with to handle her project. She met with a few different contractors who gave her some estimates but none of them actually explained what she would be getting when they replaced her roof. She didn't feel comfortable about the estimates because nobody really seemed to do more than just look at her roof and give her a ballpark cost. She found PGRS online and met with her Project Consultant, Steve. He listened to what she was trying to accomplish and re-assured her that she would not only have an accurate estimate, but he was going to show her everything that was currently going on with her roof and how everything would be addressed. The agent that they were working with recommended a contractor who came out and provided them with an estimate to replace the roof. They were not comfortable with the contractor because he did not explain anything about what they would actually be doing during the roof replacement. Mrs. S went online and started looking for other contractors and found PGRS. After reading all of the reviews and doing her research she decided to give us a call. She met with her project consultant, Steve, and explained what they wanted to have done and she even knew what brand and color of shingle she wanted. Steve did a full inspection of a roof and showed her pictures and video of his inspection and then described everything that we would do during the roof replacement so that she knew exactly what she would be paying for. This is a big investment and they wanted to make sure they were spending their money wisely. After Steve’s explanation of everything they felt very comfortable in choosing PGRS as their contractor of choice. Now they have a beautiful Duration architectural shingle in Brownwood.

She called the pros at PGRS to take a further look at the siding. Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase did a thorough inspection of all the siding on the home and discovered that the siding was all installed incorrectly. The siding was some kind of fiber cement but was not true JamesHardie as advertised when the siding was installed. Chase showed them all the options and provided several different solutions for the work to be done. Mr. & Mrs. A decided that they wanted to make sure that all the siding was in tip top shape for the future homeowners to have forever. Mr. And Mrs. H. have been experiencing some problems with their roof but didn’t know of a reputable company to call. They called a couple companies they found online, and they were referred to PGRS by a close friend. They met their consultant, Jose, and discussed their concerns. The roof on the back porch had been leaking and caused a lot of damage to the porch ceiling and even rotted out the fascia behind the gutter. Jose carefully inspected the roof and found a couple of issues. He found that behind the chimney it was completely flat and holding a lot of water. It also didn’t have kick-out flashing at the end of a wall, so water was running behind the flashing and inside. Lastly, José determined the roof was a low slope and needed ice and water on the entire slope. The solution for the standing water behind the chimney was to build a custom cricket to shed water properly. The solution to the flashing issue was re-flash the lower section and add kick-out flashing to pull the water away from the corner. Jose carefully showed the homeowners what products would be used where. After meeting other companies, they were confident PGRS would make their home leak free. After all repairs were made, we waited for a heavy rainfall, and all leaks were gone. Mr. And Mrs. H have a leak free roof once again.
Mr. R realized that some areas of his home needed to be addressed so he called PGRS to come take a look. Davin met with him to see how we could help. After visiting with many other contractors Mr. R said that he had faith that PGRS could do the work to his expectations. His chimney was leaking and he wanted to get it reflashed. The chimney is now leak free and his home improvement project is off to a great start. He said that when he is ready he will give PGRS a call to install all new 6" Gutters and Downspouts as well.
Mrs. S had a roof leak, so she asked some friends who to contact, and was referred to PGRS. T.J. went out to investigate the issue. Mrs. S said she had had another person look at it, but there were things he pointed out to her that he didn't do. T.J. was clear up front that PGRS could handle all the things she was describing. Mrs. S wasn't able to wait around to review the results of the inspection, so T.J. emailed her some photos and the quote to handle getting her fixed up. She responded to T.J. within a couple of hours wanting to get the work scheduled. With the addition of gutters on top of newly repaired fascia board, and the repaired roof leak, her home will be weather tight until she's ready to get a new roof.
Mr. M has used PGRS for several home exterior projects. Mr. M noticed that his gutters were overflowing in several areas on his home due to the old spike and farrow system nails backing out. He also had a pest control company install gutter screens on his home and noticed that there was a great amount of debris that was sitting on the screens. He called PGRS and their project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase and Mr. M walked around the entire home and listened to all the concerns that Mr. M had. Chase then went out and carefully measured and inspected the existing gutters and gave his expert opinion. Chase noticed that there were several areas of gutters that were not only sagging but completely covered in debris. Chase provided a quote to replace all the gutters with 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts and also install our Lifetime Clog Free RainDrop Gutter Protection. Mr. M loved the products that Chase quoted for him and decided that he wanted to move forward with all the work. Now, Mr. M has beautiful new 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters & Downspouts in color Cameo, with maintenance free RainDrop Gutter Protection. Mr. M loves the fact that he will never have to clean his gutters again.
Mr. J had PGRS replace his roof earlier this year, once he had his new addition framed up and ready to go. Since the roof replacement, he had been working on installing the siding on the new addition. He got to a point to which he was no longer comfortable with the height required to complete the siding installation, so he called upon PGRS once again for some valuable assistance. T.J. went back out to meet with Mr. J to get clear on what he needed. Mr. J then expressed he needed some gutters for the addition as well as a gutter guard for the entire home. T.J. went to work on the numbers, and after reviewing all the options, Mr. J was ready to get his project completed. Mr. J's home addition is now complete with all the vinyl siding, new gutters, and all gutters protected from debris for at least 25 years with Bulldog Gutter Guards.
Mr. And Mrs. B have owned the home for about 3 years. When they moved in, they replaced the skylights on the back of the home. 3 years later they both started leaking, and the chimney had also developed a leak. They called out several companies to take a look, of which all had different opinions of the roof. They decided to get one more opinion and called PGRS. They met their consultant Jose. He inspected the attic thoroughly and found the chimney leaking on both the top and bottom. It needed kick-out flashing on all 4 sides to help shed the water properly. The skylights were leaking due to the shingles not being tied in properly. After seeing how thorough Jose’s inspection was, they felt comfortable with PGRS opinion. They signed up for the repairs and since then haven’t had a leak again!
Mr. & Mrs. W moved to their home about 4 years ago from Wisconsin. Their roof was replaced prior to them moving in, but a couple of weeks ago during the heavy storm they noticed a leak in one of their guest bedrooms. The leak only worsens when there are heavy rains. Mrs. W and her husband were both home builders back in Wisconsin and understand the importance of quality workmanship and that is the major reason that when they started the search for a contractor, they called out to the pros at PGRS. Chase, their project consultant arrived on time and ready to inspect and find the cause of their roof leak. Chase got on the roof and realized that the leak was coming in through an improper flashing. The flashing had failed and was allowing water to run down the wall and showing up in the guest bedroom. Chase provided them a solution to reflash the brick wall with step flashing and then going over it with counter flashing. Now Mr. & Mrs. W's home is leak free and they no longer have to worry about leaks!
Mr. & Mrs. F were experiencing a good amount of siding that was beginning to rot. Upon further inspection they also noticed that their roof had lost just about all the granules and was causing a couple of different leak areas in their home. They called PGRS out for a free inspection and their project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to help in any way he could. Chase paid careful attention in his inspection and noticed that the rot of the siding was forming from two different causes... 1. Failed Chimney Cap & 2. Siding installed improperly along the roof line on his two dormers. Chase let Mr. F know exactly how PGRS installed siding and Mr. F knew that he wanted to go with the pros. Chase also showed him that the 3 Tab roof system that was up there on his roof had reached the end of its life and was time to replace. Chase showed Mr. F the IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof System in Castle Gray and Mr. F immediately knew that was the shingle he wanted on the roof. In addition to the beautiful shingle color, he also liked the 20 Year Non-Prorated Period that PGRS & IKO offer on the shingles as well as the labor warranty. Now Mr. & Mrs. F have rot free siding and a beautiful knew IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof System in Castle Gray that will last them a lifetime.
Ms. L has lived in her home all her life, and now owns it outright. She had been experiencing leaks in her roof, so she called several roofers out to quote a replacement. T.J. from PGRS had the pleasure of meeting Ms. L and going over her concerns and needs for her home. T.J. then carefully inspected and measured her home and 2 other buildings on her property for entire roof replacements. Once she was presented the options for replacement of all 3 roofs and just the roof on the house, she decided that doing just the house was top priority at that time. T.J. then discussed with Ms. L that they needed to devise a plan for her solar panels before they entered into a contract. A few days later T.J. informed Ms. L that a plan had been established that would be no additional cost to her, so she happily wanted to get her project going. Now Ms. L can enjoy decades of worry-free service from her IKO Cambridge Lifetime Architectural roof in Dual Black.
Mr. I is for the most part always on the road. Whenever he is home, he tries to get things squared away at his house. He noticed a roof leak and asked a few friends who they had used, and they recommended PGRS. He met Jose and showed him the issues. Jose inspected the attic and roof and realized how bad the leak was. It had been making its away slowly through roofing tar and into the home. Jose explained the proper way to flash a chimney with counter flashing and showed him samples. Mr. I was impressed with the process and knew exactly why his friends had used PGRS. Jose presented a solution and a fair price the same day he was out, and Mr. I went ahead and got the project going. He now has a leak free roof system once again.
Ms. C has lived in her home for more than 10 years and she had noticed that she had a lot of overflow from her gutters. She had several contractors come out to provide her with a quote to replace them, but she did not feel comfortable with them. She called PGRS and her project consultant Chase arrived on time for their contact-free appointment. Chase inspected the areas of Ms. C’s concerns and noticed that there was a lot of fascia and soffit damaged due to the gutters being installed with the spike and farrow technique. The nails on the gutters were backing out, which allowed water to flow behind the gutters. During his inspection, Chase also noticed that there was siding and nose mold that was rotted out on the back bay window of her home. Chase provided a solution to replace all the fascia and wrap it in PVC coated aluminum, new vinyl soffit, 6” seamless aluminum gutter/ downspouts, and to repair the siding on the back of her home. Now Ms. C has maintenance free fascia and soffit, beautiful new gutters and downspouts, and rot-free siding on her bay window.
Mr. K is helping his mother make her home ready to sell. Her home had some discontinued siding that was damaged in several areas. Mr. K called upon PGRS and one other company to quote the repairs to her home. T.J. went out to the home, and over the phone with Mr. K, got clear on what he wanted T.J. to accomplish for his mother’s home. T.J. carefully measured and noted everything it would take to make the repairs needed so he could custom tailor a quote. Immediately after receiving the quote, Mr. K’s mother had an unfortunate accident that required a few months of healing and physical therapy, so the project had to be put on hold. Once she was better, Mr. K reached back out to T.J. to get the project going. The siding has now been repaired to like new condition is several areas, and they can make the final preparations to list the home for sale.
Ms. C has lived in her home for a long time. Recently, she noticed water running down the wall in her living room. She called a contractor out to get it looked at, and when they were unable to identify the cause of the leak they referred her to PGRS. Her project consultant Chase arrived on time and ready to find the leak at ALL costs. Chase performed a thorough attic inspection and identified that the leaks were coming in from not only a builder's gap, but 2 of her pipe boots as well. The leaks had caused rotting to her decking. Chase provided Ms. C with a solution to make her home leak free again. In Chase's proposal he included a roof maintenance, replacing ALL the damaged decking, replacing the 2 leaky pipe boots and adding collars to those as well as the other pipe boots on the roof, securing all roof penetrations and ventilation. Now Ms. C has a leak free home that will last until it is time for a replacement.
Ms. B has lived in her home for over 20 years. She had her roof replaced through insurance about 10 years ago when a hailstorm came through. She noticed one night that there was a leak in her bedroom & she could hear the water dripping. She had PGRS out a couple of months ago to re-flash her chimney and loved the professionalism and the thoroughness of her first experience. She knew to call PGRS to handle this problem as well. Chase her project consultant arrived on time and listened to her concerns. She let Chase know that she had filed an insurance claim and gave him a number for the adjuster. Chase called the adjuster and began his inspection of the roof. While Chase was up on the roof, he noticed that there was quite a bit of hail damage & wind damage. He did a virtual inspection with the insurance company outlining all the damage that he saw. The insurance company agreed to cover the entire cost of the roof. Now Ms. B not only has a leak free roof, but a brand new 3 Tab 25 Year Roof System that enhanced the curb appeal and was paid for by her insurance (minus her deductible).
Like a lot of homeowners, Mr. W’s house has LP siding on it. This product was re-called several years ago due to how easily the siding absorbs water and rots. Mr. W noticed that his siding was starting to do this in few different areas on his home. He also had a couple of shingles that were hanging off the back of his roof, and finally he had a picture window above his front door that was rotting. He called PGRS to come out and take a look at everything for him. His project manager, Steve, did a thorough inspection and shared his findings with Mr. W. Steve proposed replacing his rotted siding with new Hardie Cement Fiber siding, a solution to replace the loose shingles, and a new Vinyl Picture Window so that he would never have to worry about it rotting out again. Mr. W couldn't be more happy with the results!
Mr. and Mrs. M had a tree fall and hit their house about a year ago, and her husband was able to repair the roof at the time himself. With all the rains this year, the roof began to leak around the area of repair. Mr. M told his wife to have a roofing company to come out and provide a quote to fix it and replace the damaged roof decking. T.J. met with Mrs. M and carefully inspected the roof to determine the proper amount of time and materials needed to fix the roof and make it stop leaking. After reviewing pictures and process, Mrs. M wanted to make sure the cost for the repair was good with her husband. A couple of days later, Mrs. M had T.J. come back out to finalize paperwork and details. Now that their roof has been repaired, they can rest assured that their roof will no longer leak.
Mr. M and his wife are elderly and had a gutter come down from the rear of their home and wanted us to check it out. Davin met with them and provided a detailed inspection with photos to show them that they were having some gutter issues along with fascia and soffit issues as well. They reviewed all their options and decided to get new gutters and to repair the damaged fascia and soffit. They will no longer have to worry about their gutter system, especially the rear where we installed Bulldog gutter protection to keep Mr. M from having to clean out the gutters.
Mr. J has had some family do business with PGRS, and they told him how great of a job we did. He had recently been making some changes to his home, which included adding on a new section of roof. The rest of his roof was 22 years old, so he figured it was probably getting close to time to replace it all. T.J. met with Mr. J and listened to his concerns. Mr. J explained how he was certain he had a leak at one of his front dormers. T.J. carefully inspected the roof, located the source of the leak as well as a couple of other areas of concern. Once everything was reviewed, Mr. J decided that the IKO Dynasty roof was the right choice for his home. Mr. and Mrs. J then agreed on a color after viewing 4 samples. Their home now boasts the IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof in the color Appalachian.
Mr. W was having a leak on the rear of his home from some gutter issues. Davin met with him to see about his issues and provide him with an inspection. After inspecting and discussing with Mr. W on how to resolve his issue, Mr. W decided to replace the gutters and fascia board on the sections that are leaking. Mr. W was tired of cleaning out his gutters also, so he decided to add Raindrop gutter protection as well. Now he will no longer have leaky gutters and will not have to clean them out and can enjoy his retirement.
Mr. S had some windows installed by PGRS in 2018. He started to notice some damage to the door frames of his basement French doors, so he called us out and assess the damages. T.J. went out to consult with Mr. S about his options for new French doors. T.J. let Mr. S know from the beginning that these doors would be a special order due to the size of the framing. Mr. S asked for a couple of door glass options so he could decide which he liked best. Once he received the quotes, Mr. S got back in touch with T.J. with his decision. Mr. S now has new, beautiful, fiberglass French doors, with frame saver door jambs and PVC brick molding, so he will never have to worry about wood rot again.
Mr. T has lived in this home for about 6 years. Before he moved in, the home was used as a rental property. During that time the roof had been replaced and the previous owner chose to replace it with the cheapest option possible. Mr. T has since experienced leaks and the company that installed the roof is no longer in business. He knew he needed to get the roof replaced and initially called another contractor out who really tried to pressure him into making a decision. Mr. T wanted to get another opinion and called PGRS. He met with Steve who provided a full inspection that included pictures and video. Steve showed how the roof wasn't installed properly and provided options to replace the roof properly with the best materials and workmanship. After having met with the other contractor, Mr. T felt so good about PGRS that he decided to have a new IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural Roof System in Granite Black as well as new 6-inch gutters. Now he has the best-looking roof and gutters in the neighborhood!
Mr. And Mrs. M have lived in their home for 40 years. They have replaced their gutters twice, and the last time was over 10 years ago. They had screens installed to keep debris out which didn’t work. He interviewed several companies, one of which being PGRS. He met his consultant Jose. Mr. M had a lot of questions about the product specifications of the materials to be used. Jose was able to answer all of his questions and suggest a few extra splash guards to help with overflow. Jose presented an option for 6” Seamless aluminum gutters installed with hidden hangers and bulldog gutter protection. Mr. and Mrs. M were confident that PGRS and the products they were using would be the best fit for them. They now have a 6” seamless aluminum gutter system with bulldog gutter protection to keep Mr. M off a ladder.
Mr. P recently purchased this property and knew it needed work. He was mostly concerned about the gutters. They seemed original and were rusting out in areas. He called PGRS to come take a look and met his project consultant Jose. Jose met Mr. P and listened to what he wanted. Jose and Mr. P determined that the gutters on 3 of the buildings were so full of leaves, that the water was just pouring over them. He also had a lot of wood repairs that needed to be done prior. He was happy to hear PGRS could handle all the wood repairs and the gutter work. Jose inspected all 4 buildings very closely to make sure nothing was missed with this large project. He showed Mr. P all the areas of wood that needed to be repaired so Mr. P was clear on everything. Mr. P was very impressed with the attention to detail and knew he was in good hands. He decided to move forward with a new 6" beautiful gutter system with leaf free gutter protection to make them maintenance free
Mr. H has been making improvements to his home this summer. He had already purchased windows that were to be installed the same day T.J. met with him to assess his siding. Mr. H had replaced the siding on the back of his home, but found the task was taking longer and more exhausting than he had anticipated. He explained to T.J. that he only needed the other 3 sides of his home replaced. T.J. then had Mr. H walk around the home to discuss a few details that should also be included in the quote. Within an hour and a half, T.J. had detailed options put together for Mr. H. After weighing whether or not he wanted to do the painting himself, Mr. H decided to have PGRS do the entire project of siding replacement and painting. Mr. H now has the beautifully painted, long-lasting Hardie Cedarmill siding, and is two steps closer to having his home exactly how he wants it to be.
Mr. D recently had a metal roof installed on his home and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. He called PGRS to come check it out and also see what they could do for gutter protection for his home. T.J. inspected the roof for Mr. D, showed him photos of all sections of attic and roof, and assured him that everything appeared to have been done well. He then showed Mr. D the Bulldog Gutter Guard and explained how well it works with the metal roof. Mr. D liked what he saw and decided to get the project going as he is a disabled veteran who can't clean his gutters anymore. Now Mr. D's gutters will remain free of debris and are guaranteed to be clog free for 25 years with the Bulldog Gutter Guard.
Mr. and Mrs. S are preparing to put their home on the market. As they were preparing the home they realized the skylights had several cracks in it and decided to call someone. They had met PGRS to look at their home last year and knew they were an honest company. They called again and met Jose, their project consultant. Jose inspected the skylights and took an inspection video to show the homeowners. Jose showed them firsthand exactly how the skylights had cracked due to the skylights being Plexiglas and the sun's uv rays beating down on them for years. Jose presented a solution for 2 new skylights with double-paned, tempered, insulated glass with a bronze tint, a cost effective choice to reduce glare, UV and heat gain. Unlike the Plexiglas, these will not crack, haze, yellow, or become brittle from UV exposure like plastics will. Mr. and Mrs. S were impressed with the products and Jose's knowledge and decided to move forward. They now have 2 new skylights that will keep their home leak free.
Mr. S had lived in his home for about a year when he noticed a leak near the chimney area. The roof was brand new prior to his closing, so he was a little disappointed that he was experiencing a leak. He called out PGRS to assess the issue. T.J. was able to access the chimney from the attic enough to see that his issues were coming from the chimney itself. Because T.J. was able to provide a thorough and complete solution to fix the issue, Mr. S decided to contract PGRS to perform the work over the other 2 companies that also quoted the repair. The day he signed up for the repair, Mr. S had some other things he wanted PGRS to address. Davin was able to meet Mr. S back out to address his gutter system. Mr. S felt as if the gutter system was not properly maintained throughout the years. Davin provided him a solution to remove the old gutters and replace them with new 6" gutters and downspouts while also providing him with a bulldog gutter protection. Now Mr. S has a leak free chimney, new, properly functioning gutters, and Bulldog Gutter Guards with a 25 year clog-free guarantee.
Mr. & Mrs. G have lived in their home for quite some time now, and plan on living there forever. They had PGRS do some work for them a couple of years back, and when a tree fell on their home, they knew exactly who to call. Their project consultant, Chase, met them on time and ready to help in any way he could. Chase listened to their concerns, and then got to work on his inspection and estimate. The tree that fell took out the far-right gutter on the garage, damaging their Leaf Free Gutter Protection, as well as some shingles. Chase provided them a solution for a total roof maintenance, a run of gutters with new LeaFree gutter protection, and peace of mind knowing that the work will be completed the right way. The damage has been repaired and their home is like new.
Mr. and Mrs. C are previous customers of PGRS, so when they began experiencing a leak around a bathroom skylight, they called us to come check it out. T.J. went out to meet with them and assess the problem. Mr. C wanted T.J. to also provide a cost for a new gutter system while he was there. After T.J. reviewed the potential causes and solutions for the skylight leak, Mr. C began discussing eliminating the skylights altogether, and installing a window in the bathroom instead. T.J. was able to provide a reference for someone who could potentially provide a cost to get the window done, so they tabled the skylight issue for the time being. Mr. and Mrs. C decided to go ahead with the new gutter system, to get rid of the rusting gutters, and have the wood damage repaired. Now they have a long-lasting and secure gutter system.
Mr. S plans to sell his house this fall and needed to put a new roof on to help with the sale of the home. He was gathering multiple quotes to see what was going to be the best option for him financially. T.J. from PGRS went out to assess what Mr. S needed to accomplish to make his home more desirable to a buyer. T.J. provided Mr. S a couple of options for a new roof and explained everything about the shingles and the process. Mr. S was impressed with how thorough T.J. was with everything, but still wanted to gather a 3rd quote. Once he got the 3rd quote, Mr. S got back in touch with T.J. After some discussion of further details, Mr. S decided that PGRS was the right company to replace his roof. His home now boasts the IKO Cambridge Architectural Roof in the color Weatherwood. The fresh roof and beautiful curb appeal is sure to attract many potential buyers.
Mr. and Mrs. M called PGRS to go come out to look at the siding. The home was built in the 80's and has press-board siding that was recalled. They know eventually they will need to replace it all but for now they wanted to start with the chimney. They met their project consultant, Jose, to look at their concerns. Jose listened and understood they only wanted the chimney replaced for now. Jose inspected the chimney thoroughly to make sure nothing was missed. Jose explained why the chimney was deteriorating faster. Jose explained the chimney didn't have proper kick-out flashing to divert the water into the gutter, so it was running down the siding and causing it to rot. Also, the siding was touching the roof line on the chimney, allowing for the pieces to suck up water and rot out. Jose presented a solution to add a kick-out flashing where the chimney and gutter meet and the new siding would be installed 1" off the roof line per Hardie specifications. That would allow the water to flow properly and not allow the boards to suck up water. Mr. and Mrs. M were impressed with the solution and the thoroughness. They chose to go head and sign up for the repairs. They now have beautiful Hardie siding on their chimney.
Mr. C has been a customer of PGRS’s for over a decade. Recently he had some issues around a gutter in the back that were overflowing and had started to rot out his siding. He met with his project consultant, Jose, to take a look. Jose performed a thorough inspection to determine the source of the problem. He found that the flashing had been damaged and with the unique angle of the gutter it was dumping all the water into the corner where it was then over-flowing and running down his siding. Jose presented a solution to reroute some water and gutters to pitch away from the corner, so water no longer collects. That along with a splash guard to help keep the water in the gutters was a perfect solution. Jose also presented an option to replace the damaged siding and paint to match. Mr. C like was pleased with the solution and is happy his water problem is under control now. He now has a properly functioning 6" gutter system.
Mr. G called PGRS because his gutters were over-flowing and falling down. One of our project consultants did a full inspection and estimate for replacing the gutters with new 6” gutters installed with hidden hangers so that they would hold more water and be more securely attached to the house. Mr. G is happy with the way the new gutters look and that they won’t over flow in the next storm.
Ms. S has been putting off some much needed repairs on her home for a while due to other things going on. She finally reached a point that she was ready to address some of the things that were of major concern. Her gutters no longer functioned properly and they were overflowing which in turn was causing a lot of wood rot to her soffit & fascia. The siding on her chimney was rotting and starting to almost fall off in some spots. Her project consultant, Steve, showed her how installing new bigger 6" gutters with hidden hangers would not only provide adequate water removal away from her home, but she wouldn't have to worry about her gutters pulling away since her new gutters have a much better system to secure them to the home. PGRS also replaced all of her rotted soffit and fascia which will stay in great shape now that her new gutters are working properly. Finally PGRS replaced the rotted siding on her chimney with new Hardie Board Cement Fiber Siding that will withstand rot for many years to come!
Mr. E is a previous customer of PGRS. Along with some overflowing of the gutters during recent rainstorms, Mr. E noticed that his soffit and fascia showing some signs of damage. T.J. carefully inspected the gutters and wood, finding that a couple of sections of gutters were dented significantly, probably struck by a tree limb, and causing the gutters not to drain properly. T.J. proposed replacement of the gutters, repairing the damaged wood, and installing some new gutter protection to keep out debris. Mr. E agreed with the solution and decided to get his project set in motion. Mr. E's wood has been restored and his new gutters are leak free and protected from debris causing any clogs.
Mr. D is a previous customer. He recently had a gutter on the back of his house pull away from the fascia. His project consultant, Steve, showed him that the gutter was full of debris and had gotten so heavy that the spikes holding the gutter to the house just couldn't sustain the weight any longer. Steve proposed replacing the gutter with a new 6 inch gutter with a hidden hanger system that would secure the gutter to the house much better than the spikes. He also proposed installing LeaFree gutter protection so that Mr. D wouldn't have to worry about any more debris getting caught in his gutter. Problem solved!
Mr. and Mrs. S have owned the home for almost 2 decades now. They knew it was time to have the gutters looked at, and saw some areas pulling away. They called 2 companies out to take a look. The first company that came out gave them a price that was just too ridiculous to fathom. He then proceeded to knock 50% off the quote which left the homeowners weary. They decided to get another opinion and called PGRS. They met their project consultant, Jose, to look at their concerns. Jose listened to the areas of concern and began his inspection. Mr. and Mrs. S were worried about some wood rot and wanted that all taken care of prior to the gutters being installed. Jose presented them with an option to replace all the gutters on the home and add a bulldog gutter protection to keep the homeowners from cleaning them. He also showed the homeowners every section of wood that needed replacing. When Jose got to the price, Mr. and Mrs. S were just so shocked at the difference between ours and the first company. We had clearly shown all work we were doing, when the other company didn't, and our price was less than half of the other quote. This made Mr. and Mrs. S feel that PGRS was the honest company for them. They now have a beautiful new maintenance free gutter system
Mr. M had worked with PGRS in the past on some commercial projects, and now needed some help on his own home. He had been having some gutter issues along the front of his home for some time and was now ready to take care of it before causing much more damage. He had T.J. come out to provide him some options for gutters, fascia and soffit repairs, and gutter protection. After some consideration Mr. M decided to remove the old gutters and make repairs to the soffit and fascia himself and have PGRS install the new gutters and downspouts. Mr. M's soffit and fascia are now whole once again, and he has a properly functioning gutter system across the front of his home.
Mr. L saw our crew working on his neighbor's home several weeks ago, came by the job, shared contact information, and was given an appointment to assess his roof. T.J. came out as scheduled and discussed with Mr. L what he wanted for his home. T.J. thoroughly inspected the roof and showed Mr. L the additional wind damaged shingles that weren't visible from the ground. Before T.J. and Mr. L finished discussing their options, Mrs. L called State Farm to file a claim. T.J. came back to meet the adjuster a week and a half later. The adjuster agreed that there was enough damage to warrant replacement. T.J. then set a time with Mr. L to go over their claim and discuss what their out of pocket cost would be. T.J. showed them how their costs were thousands less than what they were reading on the claim, and they were relieved and excited at the same time. They had T.J. provide them a cost to add a new gutter system with gutter protection. After some short discussion of the total cost of the project for them, they decided to sign up and to get it all done. They upgraded their roof to the IKO Dynasty Lifetime Architectural in Castle Gray, a new 6" gutter system in white with some gray and some white downspouts, and Leaf Free Gutter Protection with a lifetime clog-free warranty.
Ms. T is part of her community’s homeowners association and a previous customer. They had a tree fall that damaged the roof and gutters on the community pool pavilion. She called Steve directly and asked him to take a look at it and provide a quote to repair the damage. After the HOA met to discuss the project they wanted to see what it would cost to replace the entire roof since a repair would require some new shingles that wouldn't match the existing ones due to the age of the roof. The HOA called out a few different contractors for bids and then took a vote. Even though we were priced a little higher than some of the other quotes they felt more confident working with PGRS since Ms. T had such a great experience with us in the past. They decided to have a new IKO Cambridge Earthtone Cedar Architectural Roof installed along with new 6 Inch Seamless Gutters and Bulldog Gutter Protection. Now the Pavilion looks great and is ready for the community to enjoy!
Mr. G is in the process of putting his home on the market. He noticed an area of soffit that was damaged and thought he better get it checked out before the future homeowners saw it. He met his project consultant Jose to show him his concerns. Jose listened and began his inspection. It seemed something had damaged the soffit but it wasn't clear what. Jose presented an option to Mr. G to repair the soffit area that was damaged and paint to match. Jose presented a fair price and solution. Mr. G chose to go head and get the work scheduled. His soffits are now back to functioning how they should.
Mr. B has owned his home for a couple decades now. His roof was starting to wear and while changing his filter to his HVAC unit he discovered a leak. He called PGRS to come take a look. He met with his project consultant Jose to look at his leak. Jose met Mr. B to look at his leak and began his inspection in the attic. He could see where the stain was coming from, but he was surprised to see it in the middle of his roof with no penetrations around it. He thought maybe it was a nail pop or a damaged shingle. He got on the roof after to check it out. Once on the roof he determined Mr. B had the home painted years ago, and when they had to paint the chimney, they nailed toe boards on the roof. They sometimes do that on steep homes and filled the holes with a simple caulking. Overtime it dry rotted and allowed a hole for water to enter and penetrate his home. Jose noticed the roof was close to the end of its life cycle and showed Mr. B the video. Mr. B wanted to get his home painted again. With the previous results he got he was hesitant to replace the entire roof and then have the painters nail through it again. He chose to fix the current leak and maintenance the roof to hold him over till he painted the home and they were done. Mr. B now has a leak free home to last him till he paints.
Ms. T is a previous customer that we've completed a couple of projects for. Recently during some of the heavy rain storms she noticed that water was cascading over her gutters on the back of her home and it was starting to cause damage to her back deck and some her soffit and fascia. The gutter system that she had was getting old and was also too small for the amount of water coming off the roof. Our project consultant proposed installing a new 6 Inch gutter system on the back with Bulldog Gutter Protection to keep debris out of the gutters and allow them to flow freely. Due to the uniqueness of the roof line where the majority of water was coming from, we also recommended installing a diverter to help route the water into the gutter system more effectively.
Mr. C called PGRS because he had a leak around his chimney. Greg met with him and discussed his roof and other home projects that he wanted to get pricing on. After carefully inspecting the roof and attic, Greg showed Mr. C a video of his findings and Mr. C decided replacement was the best option. Mr. C also decided to have new gutters and LeaFree gutter covers installed so that he wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning out the leaves and debris this fall.
Mr. B recently had a tree fall on his gutters damaging a couple of sections. He had a few companies come out and take a look. He called PGRS and met with Jose. Jose inspected the damaged sections and mentioned to Mr. B to do it right we would have to replace the damaged sections from end cap to end cap, rather than splicing them in somewhere. He also showed Jose a couple of areas where some inside mitres were leaking. Jose inspected the home thoroughly and determined most of the sealant on the end caps and mitres was compromised, which was causing it to drip slowly from the corners. Jose presented a solution for new 6" gutters to handle the heavy rainfalls we experience, and cleaning out all his existing gutters, and to perform an overall maintenance. This way we could stop any possible fascia and soffit rot to come in the future. Mr. B interviewed a few companies but felt most comfortable with PGRS performing the work. He now has a fully functioning gutter system once again
Ms. F was having issues with her gutters on the rear of her home overflowing. She was starting to see moss grow and no grass could grow there due to the water creating puddles. Davin provided her a solution with our 6" gutter system that will be big enough to catch the rainwater and divert it into the downspouts properly. Ms. F will now have a proper flowing gutter system around the entire home and can put her focus back on making her back yard beautiful.
Ms. S noticed that when it rained, the gutter on the front of her house would consistently overflow and the water was damaging her landscaping. Steve met with Ms. S and noticed that there is another gutter that is higher up than drains out onto the metal roof right above the gutter that was overflowing. The gutter was too small to handle the amount of water coming into it and needed a longer splash guard to help block the water that was flowing out of the downspout above. PGRS installed a new 6-inch gutter which is quite a bit larger than what she had along with a larger splash guard. Now her gutter doesn't overflow and she no longer has to worry about her landscaping getting damaged.
Mr. H had been out of the country for a while and when he came home he noticed that some shingles had come off of his roof. Most of his neighbors had their roofs replaced recently and he knew it was time for him to do the same. One of the contractors that he called was PGRS. He met with Steve who listened to what he was looking for regarding a new roof. Mr. H wanted something that would not only look great but something that would last forever. Steve showed him all the available options that fit what he was looking for. After looking at all the offerings from each contractor, Mr. H decided that he was most comfortable going with PGRS due to our long-standing in the business and fantastic reviews. Mr. H chose the long-lasting IKO Cambridge Architectural roof system in Charcoal Gray. Not only does he have the best looking roof in his neighborhood, but he has a roof that will last him a lifetime.
Mr. and Mrs. R are previous customers who recently had the unfortunate luck of having a tree fall and hit their home. Their roof, skylight, siding, gutter, and deck all sustained some damage from the tree impact. Their insurance company came out and assessed the damage for coverage of repairs for them. Once they received the official claim and money from the insurance company, they called PGRS out to provide a quote to get the work done. T.J. came out and met with Mr. and Mrs. R to provide his expert assessment of what would be needed to get their home fixed back to like-new condition. He reported to Mr. and Mrs. R that the roof was going to require more work than the insurance had accounted for in order to bring that section of the roof up to code. Once the insurance company received the quote to bring the damaged section of the roof up to code, they immediately approved the scope of work, and the homeowners were ready to get the project going. Mr. and Mrs. R's home has been restored to a damage-free condition with a new section of roof on the rear, new skylight, soffit and fascia repair, new gutter installed, and siding repaired and painted to match.
Mr. S noticed some loose shingles on the backside of his home. While he was home from work due to the COVID 19 outbreak, he noticed some stains on the ceilings of upstairs bedrooms, but couldn't recall if they had been there from a previous repair or not. He called upon PGRS and was assigned T.J. as his project consultant. T.J. checked out space in the attic for evidence of a leak before ever getting on the roof. T.J. went over the results of his inspection with Mr. S and showed him that the previous area of repair seemed to still be in good shape, but did have some shingles pull loose from their factory-applied sealant. T.J. proposed replacing the loose shingles and ensuring that everything else on the roof was well secured and sealed. Mr. S liked the details of the proposal and decided to get the work scheduled. Mr. S's roof is once again secure and fully sealed.
Mr. and Mrs. N had many projects they wanted to accomplish. They met with Greg and he gave them an estimate on the siding, painting, roof, and windows. After looking everything over, Mr. and Mrs. N chose to go with a roof repair, siding repair, and painting for now, and plan to do the windows later this summer. Mr. and Mrs. N are happy to have some of their repairs done and can’t wait to have the windows replaced.
Mr. H had PGRS make some necessary roof repairs in December of 2018. During the heavy rains of the 2020 winter, he was getting water into his basement that appeared to have something to do with the chimney. T.J. assessed the problem, inspected the attic, and inspected the chimney. They agreed to tarp the chimney to determine if the suspected chimney cap was the cause. After going through a few heavy rain showers, Mr. H didn't see any more water coming in the home. T.J. provided a solution to replace the chimney pan and shroud to make the chimney leak free again. Now Mr. H can proceed confidently with the basement repairs and not worry about more water coming in from above.
Mr. C has lived in his home for 5 years. The roof was fairly old when he purchased the home, and he's made some repairs since. He and his wife decided it was time for replacement. A friend from church referred them to PGRS, and they got to meet with T.J. They weren't really sure which style of roof they wanted at the time, but did want to address their ventilation issues with getting smoke back in the home when they used their wood burning stove. T.J. was able to provide them a few options for a new roof, complete with correcting the smoke draft back into the home and replacing some damaged flue pipe caps. After Mr. C met with a couple other roofers, he met again with T.J. to lock in specifics for the roof replacement. Mr. and Mrs. C now have an IKO Cambridge Lifetime Architectural Roof in Super White to help reflect some of the sun's heat in the summer months.
Mr. B had his roof put on about 10 years ago. About a year ago, he noticed a leak in the front of his home and had it repaired. Water had been pooling in one of the valleys because of the low pitch of the roof in that area. Now, he was having the same issue on the other side, so he called PGRS to come out and take a look. He met his project consultant, Jose, to look over his issues. Jose listened to what was occurring at the house and began his inspection. He got in the attic and saw some of the roof decking was swelling and there was staining on the lower part of the wall. Jose then got on the roof and determined that water was pooling in the area and finding its way into the home. It was a combination of debris, and the area not being flashed properly. Jose presented a solution to flash the entire wall with a kick-out flashing to shed the water away from the wall. That, along with Ice & Water membrane and an entire roof maintenance to make sure everything was sealed and caulked correctly will eliminate his leak and solve his problems. Mr. B’s roof is now leak free again.
Mr. S is a long-time customer of PGRS. Mr. S called PGRS because a downspout had fallen off his commercial building during the recent storms. Greg went out and met with Mr. S to see what needed to be done to fix this problem. We re-installed the original downspout and tightened and caulked the other 5 downspouts as well to ensure Mr. S would not have any more problems.
Mr. M was walking to get the mail recently when he noticed some staining at a corner of his home. He called PGRS to come out and inspect it a little further. He was worried it was rotting and he was afraid other spots may be doing the same. He met with his project consultant, Jose, and went over his concerns. Jose realized that in fact there were a few spots that were doing the same. After doing a full inspection, Jose found 3 areas on the home where the gutter miters were leaking. It had rotted out the fascia and soffit in those areas and was getting worse. Jose proposed to repair the rotted fascia and soffit, and paint to match and to seal the miters properly so he would never have these issues again. Mr. M now has a leak-free gutter system.
Mr. R was having a leak on the backside of his home. He had 5 skylights and 2 of them were leaking, he called PGRS out to inspect them and see what the best solution to fix it would be. Ariel came out to inspect the roof and the skylights were on a flat roof. After a full interior and exterior inspection, Ariel noticed the skylights were at the end of their life-cycle and the flashing around them was no longer watertight. Mr. R originally had TPO roofing and he decided to go back with rolled roofing and new skylights. PGRS ended up doing a full replacement on the back section with new skylights for Mr.R to have a leak-free roof.
Ms. T was experiencing a bad leak from one of her dormers, so bad that she had to remove some of the carpet and padding in her bedroom. She was referred to PGRS by her son-in-law, who went to school with the owner of the company. T.J. met with Ms. T and was made very aware of how urgent the situation was. During inspection T.J. was able to show her how water was getting in as well as a couple of other problematic areas on her roof. Ms. T decided she didn't want a patch on the front of her home, so inquired about total replacement. She also had T.J. address some other concerns around her home. Ultimately Ms. T was pleased with all the options T.J. provided to her and decided to get the work scheduled. After finding a shingle color close to the couple of roofs attached to the rear of her house, we were completely ready to go. Ms. T now has a long lasting, properly installed Architectural roof, downspouts moved to locations to help reduce water pooling, and Bulldog Gutter Guards on all her gutters.
Mr & Mrs K have been in this house for a couple of years now. They started to experience a bad leak in their living room and water was going all the way down to the floor when it rained and they wanted someone to repair the roof. The roof was original to the home and was only about 15 years old which is young for an architectural roof. Mrs. K did some research online and found PGRS. After reading the reviews she decided PGRS was one of the companies that she definitely wanted to meet with. When her Project Consultant, Steve, came out to her house and got an understanding of her issues he started his inspection. Upon going into the attic, Steve immediately noticed a lot of rotted decking which indicated that the roof was leaking in quite a few different areas that Mrs. K was not aware of. After Steve got on her roof for a full exterior inspection, he noticed that there were a lot of holes in the shingles. There also appeared to be a lot of pre-mature wear on the shingles. After showing Mrs. K the results of his findings he provided her with an option to repair the roof along with options to replace the entire roof since there was so much damage. At this point they felt that it was in their best interest to get another opinion. They called another roofing company out and said that they didn't even get on the roof or provide any kind of inspection and then sent an estimate over for a roof replacement 4 days later. After that experience they felt confident that PGRS properly educated them on all their options and ultimately the decided that replacing the entire roof was the right decision for them. They chose the IKO Dynasty Roof System in Granite Black and have the peace of mind of one the best manufacturer warranties available along with a company that's been around for over 19 years and will be around to service them for years to come!
Mr. and Mrs. M were ready to make some changes to the exterior and interior of their home. After experiencing multiple roof leaks they knew the first thing that they needed to address was the roof. They didn't want to do anything with their interior until they had all the leak issues addressed. They met with our Project Consultant, Steve, who provided a thorough inspection of the roof to help them determine what their best option was. Steve found multiple leaks when he inspected their attic and identified quite a bit of the roof decking that was starting to rot due to the water damage. While on the roof, he noticed that the shingles appeared to be very old and the they were no longer staying sealed and the granules were almost completely gone in some areas. He showed them the results of his findings and they determined that it was time for a complete new roof. He showed them the different options available and they decided that the IKO Marathon Roof in Earthtone Cedar was perfect for them. Now they have a beautiful leak free roof and can finally get started on all of their interior upgrades!
During one of our recent heavy rainstorms, Mrs. B heard a loud sound come from her backyard. When she looked out to see what it was, she saw that the gutter on the back of her house had fallen off and pulled off the fascia boards with it. She called a few different companies to come out and provide a solution. She had a hard time getting anyone to give her an estimate even though they came out to take a look at her situation. She finally found PGRS online and gave us a call. When she met with our Project Consultant, Steve, he quickly figured out why the gutter fell off of the house. The gutter was full of debris and with all the rain it was clogged and too heavy to stay up. Steve proposed replacing the damaged gutter and fascia boards along with Bulldog Clog Free Gutter Protection to prevent future debris build up. Now she won't have to worry about a problem like this ever happening again.
When Mrs. M’s local church started to experience some roof leaks, she knew who to call as a previous PGRS client. The church was concerned that they were going to be faced with replacing the roof on their building and that was not something that they had planned on budgeting for. Mrs. M met with her Project Consultant, Steve, who did an inspection on the entire roof. After his inspection, Steve showed her that their roof was still in good shape, it just needed some maintenance to seal up their pipe boots and HVAC stacks on the roof. They were very relieved with this news and thankful for Steve's honesty about the situation.
Now their leaks have been stopped and they don't have to worry about it for many years.
Mr. C is a previous customer of PGRS. We did his roof back in 2010. He had some water flowing behind his gutter and wanted someone to look at it. He met with Jose, his project consultant and he showed him the problems he was experiencing. Jose got started with his inspection and determined some fascia had pulled loose from a rafter tail which allowed water to flow behind the fascia. Jose proposed to fix the damaged fascia with a pre-primed piece to be added and secured properly. After Jose showed Mr. C exactly what was happening and what our solution would be, Mr. C knew PGRS would fix his problems and make his gutter leak free again.
Greg met with Mrs. S to take a look at the roof and gutters on her home. Her father had passed away a few years back and since that time no maintenance had been done to the home.
The roof had leaks, gutters full of leaves and hanging off. Greg was able to work up a quote to repair the roof, add new gutter and add LeaFree gutter protection to make the gutter maintenance free.
Mrs. S is very pleased with the work and that she no longer has to worry about the gutters.
Ms. Y had her home built on this land 28 years ago. Like most homes built around that time, a pressed board type of siding was used. Ms. Y noticed that the siding was swelling and deteriorating in several areas, and was also getting damage to her trim at some windows. Ms. Y called 3 companies to come out and assess her home for new siding, gutters, and gutter guards. When she met with T.J. from PGRS, her whole experience changed. She and T.J. discussed the different options she had for siding replacement, as well as several details of the overall scope of the project. Once their discussion was complete, Ms. Y was certain that PGRS was the right company for her. Ms. Y now has beautifully painted, long-lasting Hardie Cedarmill siding and a gutter system that she'll never have to clean out again, thanks to the Leaf Free Gutter Protection.
Mr. and Mrs. R are repeat customers of PGRS. They gave us another call because Mr. R discovered some fascia rot on the corners of his home and a piece of the original guttering had pulled away from the house. Greg gave them an estimate on the needed repairs. We replaced the rotted wood, sealed, caulked and painted those areas. While the guys were re-attaching the gutters, they added hangers in some other areas for preventive maintenance. Mrs. R said she was pleased with the price, and that we made all the necessary repairs to get their house back into great shape.
We love our repeat customers!
Mr. C is a previous customer of PGRS. With the heavy amount of rain we have received in the area recently, he knew just who to call when he saw a leak pop up in his home. His project consultant, Ryan, came out to assess the issue and found the siding on his chimney was rotting away and holding water causing the leak. PGRS provided him with a solution to repair the siding on the chimney and prevent it from leaking again. His home is now leak free and he no longer has to worry about it.
Mrs. M called PGRS and scheduled an appointment to have their soffit and trim inspected.
When Greg met with them, they shared that they had other projects on their list, and they would be interested in getting prices for those as well. Mr. and Mrs. M already had two estimates from other companies. Greg did a full inspection of the home, took pictures and video and priced each project individually. Mr. and Mrs. M expected the projects on their list to be thousands of dollars higher than what Greg showed them. With our easy financing they decided to get everything done. Mrs. M was excited because they had been putting the repairs off for years.
After our crews finished, Mr. M told Greg that when he came home from work, he felt like he was pulling up to a new home. They are both pleased and were impressed with our team from start to finish and have recommended PGRS to their friends.
Mr. D called PGRS because he had a roof leak. Two other companies came out and caulked around the chimney, but it never stopped the leak. When Greg arrived for the appointment, he asked to check the attic there he found rotted wood below the chimney. Mr. D said that Greg was the only one who had gone into the attic.
Greg came up with a plan to fix the problem. Our team took off the shingles, replaced the flashing, caulked and sealed the area. It has rained several days since the repair and no leaks! Mr. and Mrs. D are very happy and now feel confident to patch and paint their ceiling where the leak was.
Mr. J had a couple areas of the gutters that had leaked for a while and didn’t know what was causing it. He was also tired of cleaning his gutters out. He met Jose, his project consultant to look over his issues. After the inspection, Jose determined his miters and end caps all needed to be serviced. He also had to have 2 sections of gutters that were bent replaced prior to installing gutter protection. After explaining a solution to maintenance his existing gutter system, replace the damaged sections, and add bulldog gutter protection around the home, Mr. J agreed that this was the best solution for his home. He now has a maintenance free gutter system that functions properly. Mr. J now never has to pay to have his gutters cleaned or worry about getting on a ladder to clean them himself.
Mrs. M heard about us through her chimney company. After having a new chimney pan installed, she still heard a dripping on the inside of her fireplace. After further investigation it was determined the problem was coming around the flashing. She had the problem half fixed some time ago, but they never found the root of the problem. After inspecting it thoroughly, Jose determined the chimney was not flashed properly and water was getting in and damaging the siding and the roof. After explaining a solution to re-flash the chimney, add kick-out flashing, and replace all the damaged sheathing behind the siding and on the roof, Mrs. M thought it was the right thing to do. Now she doesn't have to worry about any water entering or dripping during a rain.
Mr. L called our office to set an appointment for roof repair. Greg went out and listened to Mr. L’s concerns, he had two roof companies do repairs and the roof was still leaking. He was surprised when Greg asked to go in the attic. None of the other companies had asked to do this.
Greg was able to locate the source of the leak in one of the valleys. Our team used an Ice & Water shield and rolled roofing that matched the GA code recommendations for low pitched areas. It has rained multiple times since the repair and no leaks.
Mr. and Mrs. L are now comfortable with getting the interior stains fixed.
Phil bought his home about 10 years ago as a foreclosure. He has made several repairs to the home and its systems over the years. While cleaning out his gutters recently, he noticed some damage to his siding at the roof line. He researched some companies and called out PGRS to assess repairs to his siding. T.J. thoroughly inspected Phil's home and showed him some other issues he found while doing his inspection. Phil authorized T.J. to quote taking care of all the damages in order to make his home ready to sell in the spring. T.J. and Phil discussed how the process would take place to get all the repairs completed, and Phil decided to get his project underway. Phil's siding and trim are now visually appealing and watertight once again.
Terry and his wife are renovating the home they've owned for a long time to update it and make it more energy efficient. They called several contractors to come out and quote their project. Once they met with T.J., they had lots of questions about siding, window, and door options. T.J. was able to answer questions and even get the owner of PGRS on the phone to help with any additional information they needed. After considering all their options from the various contractors, Terry and his wife decided that PGRS was the company they felt most comfortable with to handle their large project. Being retired from the military, Terry and his wife appreciated how thorough and detailed T.J. was at measuring and explaining all options and processes for them. They now have a beautifully renovated exterior with Hardie Color Plus Siding, Freshly painted Fascia, Soffit, and Gutters, and long lasting, energy efficient windows and doors.
Mrs. Stephens is a previous customer with PGRS so when she started to experience a roof leak, she knew just who to call. She noticed a water stain on the ceiling in her garage that kept getting bigger every time it rained and eventually started leaking all the way down the wall and pooling on the floor.
This was an issue in the past and a family member attempted to make some repairs to stop the leak. She said that it did stop the leak for a few months but then the leak came back and was worse than it was before. When her project consultant, Steve, diagnosed where the leak was coming from he noticed that the water was making its way in from an area where her roof met a stucco wall due to improper flashing.
PGRS removed all of the shingles from the area and replaced the wood decking that had started to rot due to all of the water. They installed the proper flashing and new shingles and now her roof is leak free!
Mr. M had a problem with the siding on his chimney rotting along with a pesky woodpecker that kept creating holes that caused additional issues that started to allow water to get in behind the siding on his chimney.
He met with Steve from PGRS and discussed the best solution to not only fix the problem but to prevent these issues from happening again. Steve showed Mr. M how installing new Hardie Board Siding would provide a long-lasting solution that would not only never rot, but since Hardie Board is made of concrete, woodpeckers wouldn't be able to damage it!
Charisse was having some remodeling done to her home. She hired a remodeling company that had done work for her in the past to install windows on either side of her chimney where windows did not previously exist. After the windows had been installed, she developed a leak at one of them, and the remodeling company couldn't figure out why it was leaking. Charisse then reached out to 2 companies who specialize in siding replacement and repairs to provide a solution to her problem. T.J. from PGRS came out to meet her and discuss what was going on. He thoroughly inspected both windows to see what the differences were to help determine what was causing her water intrusion. Having nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the home improvement industry, T.J. provided Charisse his educated opinion of why the window was leaking, and how to fix it. Charisse decided to see what the other company had to say before deciding who to have perform her repair. When she called T.J. back the next day, Charisse told him that his evaluation and solution showed how knowledgeable he was with her situation. Charisse now has beautiful, leak free windows that help add natural light to her living room.
Ms. S is a previous customer of PGRS. We were called out originally for an issue with the flashing around the chimney, but this time she had a leak on the rear of the home. She met Jose, her project consultant, and explained her situation. During the inspection, Jose was able to see a piece of decking that was not secured and 3 nail heads that were exposed in the area. This allowed water to enter. After presenting the option to replace the damaged decking and re- shingle the area correctly, Ms. S knew it was the right option for her. Now she doesn’t have to worry about any more damage to the ceiling in her home.
Mrs. A did not have gutters on the majority of her home. Over the past couple of years, she had started to have some issues with water building up around her porch and foundation. Being a previous customer of PGRS, she already knew who to call to fix her issue. Her project manager Ryan came out and provided a quote for 6 inch seamless gutters that would solve her problem, and she even decided to add LeaFree gutter protection. She was ecstatic to find a solution to her problem from a professional company.
Mr. F called PGRS because of a roof leak in his attic. It had been raining earlier so he put a bucket under the leak. Greg did a full video inspection. Because his roof was 2 1/2 stories, Mr. F had never been on it before. After viewing pictures and video the Mr. and Mrs. F realized the shingles were in poor shape. They chose to go with a full replacement instead of a repair.
Mr. F went with our IKO Dynasty shingle. It looks absolutely gorgeous and has a Lifetime warranty.
Mr. R called PGRS because of a leak in his daughters’ bedroom.
This was a starter home that they were planning on selling in 6 months and did not want to spend a lot of money. After taking pictures, video and measuring, Greg presented them with 3 options. One was to repair and two different price options to replace. They decided to replace the roof with our Marathon Roof System. This added resale value to the home and they no longer have to worry about the leak. Mr. and Mrs. R were excited that our workmanship and product warranties would be transferred to the next homeowner.
One day Mr. P came home to find a big puddle of water on his garage floor. He noticed that the water was coming out from the behind the back wall in the garage and had signs that the sheet rock on the wall was wet. Steve Shows from PGRS met with Mr. P to determine where the leak may be coming from.
Steve inspected the attic to see if the leak was coming down from the roof. He found the leak coming in where the roof line met up against an exterior wall.
When Steve got up on the roof, he noticed that the flashing along the wall line was not the proper flashing for that area. Steve recommended removing the existing flashing and installing the proper Step Flashing along with Ice & Water shield for added leak protection.
Mr. P now has a leak free roof!
Ms. B had just purchased a home in Fayetteville, GA.
Many times when purchasing a home an inspection is ordered. This inspection revealed areas of wood rot, and problems with the roof and gutters. Also, a roof leak was discovered after the closing. Ms. B called PGRS and Greg came out and did a thorough inspection and showed her pictures of every area of concern. He gave her an estimate for replacing a ridge vent that had been eaten by squirrels, replacing flashing, rotted fascia, trim, caulking, painting, adjusting gutters, moving downspouts and cleaning the area. Ms. B was concerned about the extra cost of fixing the problems, but she was very pleased with the price and the professionalism of PGRS and decided to have the work completed on her home. She can now enjoy her new home without having to worry about any of these exterior problems.
One of the parishioners from the church had worked with PGRS in the recent past, and had been advising them to contact us regarding their roof issues. They finally called PGRS out and met with T.J. Once T.J. was able to assess the problems they were having with the steeple and roof, he was able to have a tarp put on the steeple to stop further damage from occurring while he reached out to all the specialized professionals that would need to be involved in getting their roof fixed correctly. T.J. and PGRS President, Ed Rollins, met with the church leaders and explained the entire process and products involved with their project. The church leaders met later in the week and decided to use TJ and PGRS for their repairs. They told T.J. that they were thoroughly impressed with how we worked to get them pricing for every portion of the project, and how thorough our entire process was. They said PGRS went above and beyond compared to the 4 other roofers they had quote their project. Redemption Fellowship Church now has the Owens Corning Duration Roof that is guaranteed to be worry free for at least 20 years.
Sophia called PGRS out to assess some damages to her breezeway. She had alerted us to the fact that it was leaking. Upon close inspection of the damages, T.J. informed Sophia that the structural damages were beyond the scope of work that PGRS performs, and advised her to contact a general contractor with a good structural background. She then decided to have T.J. inspect her leaking chimneys to see what could be done to eliminate the water coming into her home. After a thorough inspection and demonstration of how the repairs would be made, Sophia decided to sign up to get this completed to avoid further damage. She now no longer has to worry about her chimney leaking into her home.
Ms. W had the roof replaced several years ago by a fly by night roof company that told her she had storm damage. Fairly soon after that she had her first leak pop up and realized the company had already gone out of business. So she was stuck with repairing it herself. She called PGRS out to access the damage and after a thorough inspection by Jose he determined the issue was an improperly installed valley. The the shingles were spaced out and exposed nails were showing. I proposed to remove the shingles in that area, install ice and water in the valley and properly flash the metal to kick the water out of the valley. The proposal was a little higher than competitors but after the thorough inspection and professionalism of PGRS, it was an easy decision going with the proper repair.
Mr. A has some siding on the garage side of his home that had seen better days. The chimney had pieces that had fallen off, and some that looked like they weren't far behind. He asked T.J. to assess siding replacement on the chimney and a portion of his garage side wall for the time being. He also discussed the problems he was having with his gutters and wanted a solution for replacement. T.J. carefully put together detailed proposals for the work desired. After T.J. and Mr. A went over the details of the products and installations, Mr. A decided that PGRS was the right company for the job. Mr. A's chimney and lower garage wall are like new again, and he has a maintenance-free gutter system that has a lifetime clog-free warranty.
Mr. R is a resident of Fayetteville Georgia who has done business with PGRS before. He knew after his last roof maintenance we completed a few years ago, that his roof was due for replacement. Mr. R wanted a beautiful, long lasting roof system, and he also wanted a new worry-free gutter system that never would NEVER have to be cleaned out again. He chose the Sedona Canyon Owens Corning Duration Roof System with that includes a LIFETIME Warranty. He also chose to install Royal Brown gutters and downspouts and protect his gutters with Royal Brown Leaf Free Gutter Guards.
The Ivey's are residents of Fayetteville, Georgia and have been thinking about upgrading their homes exterior for quite a while now but could not find a professional company that they trusted to complete the job in a timely manner with great customer service. That is, until their Project Manager, Jason, came out to their home and took his time explaining every detail of how their project would work and answering all of their questions. They were very impressed with the professionalism and straightforward approach of PGRS. Mrs. Ivey especially was very excited about the transformation her home was about to undergo! We installed our Owens Corning 3 Tab Shingle Supreme 25 Year Roof System in the color Onyx Black, Hardie Plank Siding, a black 6 Inch Aluminum Gutter System, and finally painted her shutters and front door black to match the new gutter system! Mr. & Mrs. Ivey could not be more pleased with the transformation of the exterior of their home!
Joan is a resident of Fayetteville, Georgia and she has had a major leak in her living room ever since tropical storm Irma came through. She did some research and asked family and friends for recommendations and PGRS continued to pop up, so she decided to give us a call for a free inspection and estimate. Steve, one of PGRS’s Project Managers, completed a thorough inspection discovered an area of missing shingles. Not just a few here and there but an entire section! Pretty rare. This missing section allowed water to easily penetrate the felt underlayment and leak directly onto their ceiling, yep you guessed it, in Joan’s living room! During the inspection, Steve also noticed that Joan and her husband needed to have their pipe boots and HVAC stacks sealed to prevent further leaking. Now let's get to the solution Steve and Joan came up with together that would solve all of their problems within their budget. They decided to replace the water damaged decking as well as the underlayment, install brand new shingles in the affected area and on top of everything else seal up all of the pipe boots and HVAC stacks to ensure Joan and her family won’t experience any more leaking!
This homeowner had a hole in their roof over their second floor bathroom. They initially thought that the hole could be repaired but after our inspection we determined that the entire roof would have to be replaced because of other signs of damage and the overall age of the roof. We worked quickly to give the homeowner the roof she deserved and were able to finish the project in 1 day. The homeowner was very pleased with the speed of the job and the quality of our work!
Lindsey L. was experiencing a leak on one of the dormer windows on her roof. The flashing on the left-hand side of the dormer window was allowing a small amount of water into the attic every time it rained. PGRS removed the original shingles and replace the flashing that was allowing the water to come through. We then replaced the shingles with new ones with a color that matched best. The customer was very pleased with the work and thought the final color match of between the old shingles and the new shingles was great. Because Lindsey called PGRS when the leak was first discovered she stopped the leak before extended damage was done. It’s a good idea to have your roof inspected every year. When was the last time your roof was inspected? Call PGRS for a free inspection.

This customer is a custom home builder. He contacted PGRS to repair a leak at the base of a chimney on a home that he recently built that neither he nor his original roofing subcontractor could diagnose and resolve. PGRS conducted a thorough roof inspection, diagnosed the source of the leak, devised and executed a plan to repair roof system and resolve the issue of the leak. Yet another happy satisfied customer
Phil L. had water leaking thru his chimney and all the way into his basement. He searched for a solution and tried to solve the problem by putting a clear waterproof sealer on his chimney. Much to his displeasure, water was still getting in his basement. It was time for some serious help. PGRS came in and offered a solution to eliminate this problem for good.
The process to fix his problem was to remove all the siding and roofing from around his chimney. Upon removing the siding and roofing around his chimney we found all the framing in the chimney to be rotted. We completely re-framed the chimney, built a cricket behind the chimney to pull the water around the chimney, install all new flashing, siding and roofing.
There is no doubt that Phil L. can now enjoy a dry and healthy basement, PGRS is pleased that they could solve Phil's leaking chimney issue in Fayetteville, GA once and for all.
