Ms. O has lived in her home for over a decade now. She noticed around Easter that she had a leak coming in from her bedroom. She had a couple contractors come out to take a look at it and they were not really able to diagnose why the roof is leaking. She originally called PGRS and was able to wait for her appointment. Mr. A started to experience a leak with the spring rains we had and asked his mom for a recommendation on a roofer. Mrs. A had a company that handled her property and all her rentals. She called PGRS and asked for Jose to come out and take a look. Jose determined the leak was coming around a turtle back vent that was dry rotting. Ariel went out to inspect the gutter system, he noticed all the gutters leaking at the miters, they were undersized for the size of the home, they were not pitched properly, they were coming loose, and she was getting foundation damage from the overflow.
