Mrs. B has owned her home for several years. She recently moved to Florida and is renting her home out to her son. She stopped by a couple of months ago and noticed that there was a lot of work that is needed to be done. The first thing that they needed to take care of was the roof. The roof was leaking in several areas. They called the pros at PGRS out to get look at it. Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. He met with Mrs. B's daughter-in-law, and she was able to show Chase all the problem areas that she had noticed. Ms. H was having some gutter issues so she called PGRS and Davin met her out. She said she was hearing loud banging on the side of her home and noticed her gutter was starting to fall! Davin took a look at all of the gutters for her and found more than just that one issue. She was happy that he brought all of the issues to her attention rather than just the one she noticed. She has been wanting black gutters on her home so the fact that PGRS could provide that color was an added bonus. Now she no longer has the banging noise and does not have to worry about her gutters for a very long time!

Mr. G has owned this commercial building for several years. He is in the process of fixing this building up and either leasing or selling it. He has done a great amount of work to the interior of the building and slowly moving to the outside. Mr. G was at his other building next door when he noticed a PGRS van and stopped the consultant and asked for a quote for gutters. Chase, his project consultant, had just finished up an appointment right down the road from the building and was more than happy to provide Mr. G with a quote for his project. Chase carefully inspected and measured the project and was able to give Mr. G not only a price but a solution for his project. Mr. and Mrs. S recently saw that a couple of areas of the gutters were starting to rust through. They decided they better get it checked out and called a few different companies. They called PGRS and met with Jose, their project consultant. Jose arrived on time and began asking them questions about their problems. Jose listened to their concerns with the old 5" gutters & the debris build up in them and began his inspection. He knew they had pine trees in the back, so they had 1 option for their gutter protection. Jose presented an option to replace all the gutters & downspouts with all new seamless aluminum gutters & downspouts so they never have any issues with rusting out in the future. He also presented an option to install LeaFree gutter protection on all the gutters to keep Mr. Sanders off a ladder. Mr. Sanders thought it over and after doing his thorough research he decided to give PGRS the business. We gave him the peace at mind of doing it right. He now has a new maintenance free gutter system.

Mr. P had been experiencing a leak in his home for about 2 weeks, he called PGRS to come out and perform an inspection and provide him with a free estimate for the repair! After our Project Manager completed his thorough inspection he discovered Mr. P's chimney needed a cricket! No not the kind you hear chirping on a warm summer evening, the kind that is built on the backside of the chimney to divert the rainwater away rather than allowing it to beat down on the side of the chimney that is most susceptible to water penetration.
