Mr. Jon bought this home knowing it would need a new roof and at least a few siding repairs, if not full replacement. Mr. Jon said the previous homeowner did not experience any leaks, but he still wanted an inspection completed. Our Project Manager said the age of the roof was probably around 25-30 years and it would definitely be in his best interest to replace the roof now, before leaks to form resulting in more damage and costs.

This is the main area Bryan informed Mr. Jon was the most damaged siding, and if he was going to patch anything up it should be this area!

Bryan discovered a leak behind the siding, that's why he informed Mr. Jon it needed replaced so urgently! Old siding is off, time for new to be installed!

And just like that, the very next day after the roof replacement we repaired Mr. Jon's siding. Now his new home is really live in ready and he said he would consider replacing all of the siding later next year!
