Ms. Judy's roof is about 20 years old and in need of replacement. She had one company come out to quote her a new roof, and they tried to sell her on changes in her attic that were absolutely not required for her roof. An interesting fact: while TJ was completing his inspection of the roof, he was walking from one end to the other, one of his steps his foot practically went through the shingles because the under decking below was so rotted it created a very serious soft spot!
