Ms. M is a homeowner in McDonough, GA who was experiencing a leak after heavy rains! She called PGRS because she said we had outstanding reviews online and seemed like a reputable company! We sent out our Project Manager Steve out to complete an inspection and provide her a free estimate! Steve discovered Ms. M had already had her chimney tarped and that's where the leak was coming from, so he put together an estimate to replace the rotted underdecking, step flashing and counter flashing on the brick chimney. She liked the solution, and even better she liked the price and felt like she could trust us to get the job done right!

All of the wrotted wood around the chimney was removed.
Our crew installed perfectly sealed new under-decking around the chimeny. Now to install underlayment, new shingles and flashing.
New shingles and flashing has now been installed and Ms. M will not have to worry about any more leaks coming from her chimney!!
