Here you can see where overtime water has corroded the sealant around the bottom of the pipe boot.
Here you can see our solution for that we installed new Duration shingles all around and replaced the failing sealant with flashing to last him a lifetime.
Pictured is where you can see the damage that can be done from missing granules on shingles.
This picture shows the improper flashing that was installed around this ventilation pipe.
This is a great after picture of the roof itself and if you look closely you can see where we installed the proper flashing around the ventilation pipe.
If you look at the valley in this picture you can see where the shingles were not installed properly and there has been water damage over time. We installed ice and water shield underneath the new shingles to guarantee this won't happen again.
Here you can see where we installed proper flashing around the chimney to make absolute certain there will not be any leaks.

Challenge

This Riverdale homeowner has been a loyal customer of PGRS for going on 5 years. Over the past 5 years we have repaired his roof several times; unfortunately recent tropical storm, Irma, really created some damage to this roof and the roof physically could not take another large storm.

Solution

The customer called PGRS again to see what our Project Manager suggested, but really at the end of the day, he just wanted to have peace of mind that his family and home would be able to sustain any storm thrown their way.
