Mr. R had a large tree limb fall on his roof. He called upon PGRS to come out and give a quote to repair the damage and tarp the roof while he waited for his insurance company to provide their cost to cover the damages. In the process Mr. R went back and forth with his insurance company for several months before finally getting any resolution. Mr. R called PGRS back to get his work scheduled.
