PGRS installed a new Owens Corning Supreme roof in Williamsburg Gray for Mr. K in Tucker, GA. 

Mr. S is a local businessman who owns some rental properties. He had a property that was in need of a new roof and gutters. He called around to have some contractors out and the only one that showed up was PGRS. Mr. S was impressed with our process from beginning to end and took advantage of our roof option specifically designed for rental properties. Now his investment is protected from the elements and will continue to be a good home for his tenants.

Ms. H noticed a stain on the ceiling in her guest bedroom. She never really went in that room much so she hadn't noticed it before. She knew her roof must be leaking so she did some research online for quality roofing companies and found PGRS. She met with her project consultant Steve and they both went into the attic to see what might be happening. There is a chimney that is directly above the room and they could immediately see that the wood around the base of the chimney has wet and had been getting wet for a while. Steve could see that the flashing around the base of the chimney needed to be addressed. PGRS replaced the wet rotted wood and installed new step flashing along with Ice & Water shield to stop any further issues.

Mr. W recently experienced some storm damage to his roof. He called around to try to find a contractor to replace his roof. He said he was having a very bad experience and wasn't able to get a quote or a straight answer about what work needed to be completed. Finally, he reached out to his insurance agent who recommended Steve with PGRS. He met with Steve who helped showed Mr. W what his options were and how PGRS would work with his insurance company to get as many of the damages covered as possible. Mrs. J has lived in her home for a long time. She noticed that she was getting some leaks in her home. She wanted to get an expert opinion on her project and called PGRS. Her project consultant, Chase, arrived and went over everything with her. During the inspection, Chase noticed that there was a good amount of storm damage present on her home. He recommended having an adjuster come out to see if the roof would be covered by insurance instead of repairing a roof that would continue to leak. After meeting with the adjuster, they did warrant a replacement due to storm damage. Chase met with Mrs. J after she received her insurance claim estimate and went over it line by line with her. Mr. H reached out to PGRS because we have done work for him in the past! He expressed that he was experiencing a leak in his covered back porch! We sent one of our Project Mangers, Jose, out to complete an inspection. After his inspection he determined the LP siding on his home was touching the roof line and caused it to swell and rot, in return causing deterioration on the siding leading to it crumbling and exposing an area for water to get behind and run into the porch! PGRS completed the roof repair, added some new flashing and now Mr. H won’t have to worry with this leak any longer!

Mr. K has been wanting to replace his roof for a while. He lives in a condo and has been waiting for his neighbor to finish their construction work before he put on his new roof. Mr. K chose our IKO Dynasty roof system and now has one of the nicest roofs in the complex.

Mr. M is a previous customer who called his previous Project Consultant, Steve Shows because he had a few roof leaks. The roof was at least 25 years old and had a lot of issues that just didn't make sense for him to spend the money on to repair so he opted for a roof replacement. He's a single guy with a limited budget so Steve priced out one of our economical roof options that will give him a quality new roof and won't break the bank for him. Mr. M moved forward with getting a Supreme 25 Year roofing system by Owens Corning.

Mr. H had some soffit on his house that was rotting out. He has been wanting to address it for quite a while and it finally got so bad that the soffit was starting to fall apart and caved in. When he met with his project consultant, Steve, from PGRS He explained his concern and asked if we could address such a small repair. Steve told him that he would perform a full inspection to not only address the rotted soffit but to figure out why the soffit was rotting in the first place. During his inspection Steve found a hole in the roof directly over the area that was rotting out. Water was flowing freely through this hole in directly onto the soffit causing it all to rot. Mr. H had no idea this was going on and was so glad Steve found the problem and pointed it out to him. PGRS Fixed the hole in the roof and replace the soffit there by resolving this issue for good!

Ms. R was experiencing a few roof leaks. She saw PGRS installing a roof in her neighborhood and decided to give us a call. When her project consultant Steve met with her and inspected her roof, he realized that she had a recalled shingle installed on her roof and there was storm damage. Steve advised her to contact her insurance company to see if they would replace the roof instead of Ms. R having to pay out of pocket. The insurance company agreed to replace the roof and Ms. R now has a brand new IKO Dynasty roof that will last her a lifetime!

Ms. G purchased her home about 4 years ago, and had begun to notice some issues with her soffit as she was beginning to paint. She called several companies to assess her issues, but had no understanding of the cause and solution to her problems until T.J. from PGRS met with her. Ariel provided Mr. A with a solution to replace the entire slope of the roof and install a new skylight that will last forever leak free and a solution to replace the siding that was damaged on the left side of Mr. A's house.

Mr. D recently had a tree hit his property that damaged his roof along with some fascia and soffit. His insurance company was willing to pay to have the roof repaired along with the fascia and soffit. After meeting with Steve from PGRS and seeing the true condition of his roof, Mr. D decided he would be better off replacing his roof and using the proceeds from his insurance company to go towards the cost. He wanted to stay within a certain budget and didn't want to get the most expensive roof. So PGRS installed a new Tamco 25 Year Black Roof System and replaced all the damaged fascia and soffit.

Ms. H moved into her home about 4 years ago. She has had a little bit of work done to the home here and there. The roof over her den has been a problem since she moved in. She had some skylights leak that caused damage, so she had them removed and sealed up. After a while she began to notice that the roof was leaking again. She had someone try to patch it and install a tarp over it. She called upon PGRS to come out and assess what would be necessary to take care of the problem. T.J. carefully inspected the roof and found that it had at least 3 layers of shingles on it. He informed Ms. H of a couple of options to replace that section of her roof. Before she could make a decision on how to proceed, a storm caused a tree limb to pierce a hole through her roof, into her den. Ms. H was then able to place an insurance claim on the damage to get it covered. Ms. H's section of roof over her den has been restored to new condition.

Mrs. B had been having some problems with her roof where it met the chimney. She tried everything and was referred to PGRS to get the job done for her. Davin met with her and she was happy that someone finally showed her photos of what was going on. She saw where she had torn shingles on her cricket and that was allowing water right in. The repairs are done and she no longer has to worry about that chimney leaking and can fix her interior for the final time.
