This homeowner in Rex, GA had multiple contractors come to her home and try to stop the active leak around her window, but no one had success! She contacted us to take a look at her problem. Her project manager determined her flashing was not installed properly! Our solution here was to installed new flashing and replace all wood that had rotted due to the leak! They are now worry-free and glad they found someone to get the job done right, finally!
This is caused from the failing flashing which has rotted the wood, but ALSO you can see where she had multiple contractors come out and try to "patch up" her problem around her window! When in reality, if they wanted to truly be worry-free they needed the assistance of PGRS and our crew!
