Mrs. Pamela has lived in her town-home for about 20 years. She has noticed some vinyl soffit as well as some metal fascia missing from her home. She also noticed that her gutters are pulling away on the rear of her home and showing signs of rusting. Once her Project Consultant, T.J. got clear on what she wanted to achieve with her project, he began his inspection. After the inspection, T.J. showed Mrs. Pamela all the photos of what she knew was wrong as well as a few issues she was unaware she had. T.J. presented Mrs. Pamela the cost to take care of her soffit and fascia issues, as well as a new gutter system for her home.
