Challenge

Everything outside your home is subject to expansion and contraction due to heat and cold. Factor in heavy rain, plus, poorly installed gutters, and the end result is a rotting fascia board! PGRS to the rescue with a complete home inspection!

Solution

After a full gutter inspection, including structural considerations, PGRS not only proposed to replace the damaged gutter, fascia and soffit - we also recommended an additional downspout to compensate for the turbulent water flow from the roof.

Bow deformity and gutter spikes that have worked loose from the fascia board allowing water to seep behind the gutter.

Our Project Managers will document each area of concern and discuss an action plan to address each issue.

6" Seamless aluminum gutters, properly installed along with an additional downspout to alleviate water overflow would have prevented this fascia and soffit damage.
