Mr. S is the head of maintenance for the UGA 4-H Center, and was tasked with getting proposals for gutters for one of the buildings on the premises. He called upon a couple of companies as required by UGA guidelines. T.J. promptly arrived for the appointment to meet with Mr. S and discuss their needs. Mr. S explained how the building had recently undergone an addition, and now water was infiltrating the crawl space once it came off the roof. T.J. and Mr. S discussed the addition of a gutter system, and exact placement of downspouts to effectively direct rain water away from the foundation. Once UGA reviewed both company's proposals, they notified PGRS of their winning bid. Now the School House at the 4-H Center will maintain a dry crawl space with the rainwater directed away from the building with the new 6" gutter system.
