I did not have a great experience with the guy who installed the soffit and fascia. The communication was horrible, it took 4 days and I am not sure that he even replaced all the rotten wood.

The inspection was very thorough when I received my free quote. They noticed problems other people didn't. I did not want a 'band-aid' job, I wanted something that would last. The sales rep was also patient in giving me different options for what to repair, with what materials, and what the payment options were. I felt like I had a lot of choice and say and wasn't pressured into fixing more or less than I wanted to. One suggestion: the follow up after the job has been almost non-existent. No one checked to ask if my roof and gutters were good. I have no idea how to make the second part of my payment. There was so much communication on the front end. All I've gotten was this email on the back end...
