I am so very pleased with my roof, gutters and skylights replacement PGRS completed for me! Both Steve Shows and Jose, the crew representative, were exceptionally responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the process. Exceptional! My main area of satisfaction was definitely the prompt communication and addressing any and all of my concerns. I look forward to receiving and warranties and waiting to see how my roof will wear with time. Very pleased now, and hopeful for the future!
