Mr. & Mrs. L just bought the home that they were previously renting 2 years ago. They knew going into buying the home that the roof was going to have to be replaced soon. They had been searching around to find a contractor to do the work and had no luck. They called PGRS and Chase arrived on time and ready to help. Chase walked around the house with Mr. L and did a very thorough inspection of the roof & the gutters on the home. Mr. L implied that gutter protection was going to be essential with the new gutters due the amount of trees around the home. Chase showed Mr. L the RainDrop Gutter Protection that comes with a Lifetime Clog Free Warranty and Mr. L knew that was the gutter protection for him. Chase ended up pricing Mr. L for a beautiful new IKO Cambridge Lifetime Architectural Roof System and 6" Gutters & Downspouts w/ RainDrop Gutter Protection. Now Mr. L has a beautiful new roof and gutters that will last him a lifetime!
Mrs. J has lived in her home for a long time. She noticed that she was getting some leaks in her home. She wanted to get an expert opinion on her project and called PGRS. Her project consultant, Chase, arrived and went over everything with her. During the inspection, Chase noticed that there was a good amount of storm damage present on her home. He recommended having an adjuster come out to see if the roof would be covered by insurance instead of repairing a roof that would continue to leak. After meeting with the adjuster, they did warrant a replacement due to storm damage. Chase met with Mrs. J after she received her insurance claim estimate and went over it line by line with her. Mrs. J was thrilled in knowing that she will get a new roof that is 100% covered by her insurance (minus her deductible). Now Mrs. J has a beautiful new 3 Tab Roof System that will last her 25 years.

Mr. W called because he and his wife had bought a house last year and paint had started coming off the two upstairs dormers. One of our project consultants did an inspection and found that it wasn't just paint coming off, but that the trim had also rotted in multiple areas. After reviewing their options, Mr. and Mrs. W decided to replace the siding and trim with Hardie siding. Now the dormers are weatherproof and with the fresh paint and the house looks new again.
Ms. R was experiencing a few roof leaks. She saw PGRS installing a roof in her neighborhood and decided to give us a call. When her project consultant Steve met with her and inspected her roof, he realized that she had a recalled shingle installed on her roof and there was storm damage. Steve advised her to contact her insurance company to see if they would replace the roof instead of Ms. R having to pay out of pocket. The insurance company agreed to replace the roof and Ms. R now has a brand new IKO Dynasty roof that will last her a lifetime!
Ms. H moved into her home about 4 years ago. She has had a little bit of work done to the home here and there. The roof over her den has been a problem since she moved in. She had some skylights leak that caused damage, so she had them removed and sealed up. After a while she began to notice that the roof was leaking again. She had someone try to patch it and install a tarp over it. She called upon PGRS to come out and assess what would be necessary to take care of the problem. T.J. carefully inspected the roof and found that it had at least 3 layers of shingles on it. He informed Ms. H of a couple of options to replace that section of her roof. Before she could make a decision on how to proceed, a storm caused a tree limb to pierce a hole through her roof, into her den. Ms. H was then able to place an insurance claim on the damage to get it covered. Ms. H's section of roof over her den has been restored to new condition.

Ms. O needed some new gutters. Her current gutters were too small to handle the amount of rainwater coming off of her roof and they were constantly pulling away from the house. She would try to nail them back on, only to have them pull loose again. She saw one of our signs at a neighbor’s house and decided to give PGRS a call. She had already had a couple of other companies come out and said that she felt like they were trying to get her to spend money on other things that she didn't need or want. She just wanted someone to provide her a solution for her gutters. Steve did an inspection and showed her that her current gutters were installed using an old spike and ferrule system. He showed her how PGRS would install larger 6 Inch Seamless gutters with hidden hangers that screw into the fascia. This provides a much sturdier hanging system that will prevent her new gutters from pulling away. Now she won’t have to worry about the gutters anymore.
Mrs. Z and her husband were doing some work outside at their home when they noticed some siding concerns. They called PGRS to come out and see what it would take to fix the problems. Davin met with them and provided an inspection on their siding. After looking at everything, he gave them a quote on the repairs before he left the appointment. Mr. and Mrs. Z decided that they wanted to do the repairs and add gutters and gutter protection as well. Now they have new Hardie Siding on their dormers, new gutters, and leaf free gutter protection. The home will now be worry free for them and they can relax and enjoy retirement.
Mr. R has lived in his home for a very long time and had started to notice quite a few leaks. His grandson, Chase just so happens to work for PGRS and came out to check out the roof. Chase noticed that the roof was far over its lifetime and presented the option of a new roof. Chase went over the entire process with him and showed him exactly how PGRS would install the new roof. Chase was able to provide a solution for a beautiful new IKO Cambridge Lifetime Architectural Roof System, and Mr. R could not be more excited with his beautiful new leak free roof!

Mrs. W was looking for some new gutter screens for her gutters. She liked the screens because they had lasted her 25 years and they are cost effective due to her and her husband looking to retire soon and travel. Davin came out and measure and prepared a quote right on site for Mrs. W. She liked the fact that we were an established company and could give her good quality work. Now Mrs. W can travel with her husband comfortably without any worry that her gutters will be clogged.
Mr. M was having a leak in his roof and wanted PGRS to come and take a look at it. Davin met with him and provided a full inspection of his roof. The ridge vent he had was an older style and had been beat up by weather and started a leak which went down into the bathroom. Davin showed Mr. M how to fix the issue using the IKO Vinyl Ridge Vent and the Hip and Ridge Shingles to prevent any further leaks. Along with this roof repair, we also did a roof maintenance and some minor gutter repairs. He will no longer have to worry about a leaky roof.
Ms. M had been having trouble getting contractors to come out to her home. A neighbor who was in the process of doing work with PGRS referred her to us. She called and scheduled an appointment and was impressed with our professionalism and ability to do the work. She showed her project consultant, Davin, the roof leaks she had going on. Davin did a full roof inspection and provided her with an estimate to repair the leak in her roof. She was impressed with our ability to provide a quote on site and sign her up so quickly. Now she can tend to her other home improvement projects in preparation to sell the home.
Mr. M recently started experiencing a leak in his bathroom. He contacted a few companies but couldn't get one to show up. He called PGRS and they were able to send Jose. Jose arrived on time and began his inspection. Jose inspected the attic and the roof and found it was an old HVAC stack that had lifted up with the expansion and contraction and left a hole for water to enter. Jose explained the issues and showed him the inspection video so he could see for himself. He mulled it over with his wife and they decided to go head and get the repair scheduled. They now have a leak free roof once again.
Mr. M lives out of state but has a rental property here in the Atlanta area. He has been dealing with a leak but after hiring 2 different contractors to fix the leak it kept coming back. He decided to call a professional company to come take a look. He called PGRS and Jose went out to inspect the leak. Jose found that the contractors had used 3 Tab shingles for the ridge, and they weren’t sealing properly which was allowing water to enter in the home from the peak. Jose presented a solution to replace the shingles with true hip and ridge shingles and maintenance the entire roof to prolong the life of the roof. Mr. M was so thankful to find a company who said what they were going to do. The home is leak free and Mr. M doesn’t have to worry about that any longer.

Mr. & Mrs. T have lived in their home for a while now and they noticed some shingles that were no longer sealed. The decided to call PGRS for an inspection to see if the roof had any storm damage. Chase, their project consultant, arrived on time and ready to help in any way possible. Chase listened to the concerns that they had and began his inspection. While Chase was on the roof he did notice that there were 10+ wind creased shingles on each slope. This made them an ideal candidate for a roof replacement through insurance. Chase let Mr. & Mrs. T know that he would come back when the adjuster meeting was scheduled to speak on their behalf. Chase arrived to meet the adjuster and watched the inspection to make sure that they got a fair shot. The adjuster saw the same damage and deemed them eligible for a roof replacement covered by insurance. Now Mr. & Mrs. T have a beautiful new IKO Cambridge Lifetime Architectural Roof System that not only is beautiful, but that was paid for by insurance (minus their deductible).
Mr. R had a large tree limb fall on his roof. He called upon PGRS to come out and give a quote to repair the damage and tarp the roof while he waited for his insurance company to provide their cost to cover the damages. In the process Mr. R went back and forth with his insurance company for several months before finally getting any resolution. Mr. R called PGRS back to get his work scheduled. T.J. went out to assess the home to ensure no further damages had occurred. Mr. R was presented a couple of options for roof and gutter repairs. Mr. and Mrs. S are preparing to put their home on the market. As they were preparing the home they realized the skylights had several cracks in it and decided to call someone. They had met PGRS to look at their home last year and knew they were an honest company. They called again and met Jose, their project consultant. Jose inspected the skylights and took an inspection video to show the homeowners. Jose showed them firsthand exactly how the skylights had cracked due to the skylights being Plexiglas and the sun's uv rays beating down on them for years. Jose presented a solution for 2 new skylights with double-paned, tempered, insulated glass with a bronze tint, a cost effective choice to reduce glare, UV and heat gain. Unlike the Plexiglas, these will not crack, haze, yellow, or become brittle from UV exposure like plastics will. Mr. and Mrs. S were impressed with the products and Jose's knowledge and decided to move forward. They now have 2 new skylights that will keep their home leak free.
Mr. H has been making improvements to his home this summer. He had already purchased windows that were to be installed the same day T.J. met with him to assess his siding. Mr. H had replaced the siding on the back of his home, but found the task was taking longer and more exhausting than he had anticipated. He explained to T.J. that he only needed the other 3 sides of his home replaced. T.J. then had Mr. H walk around the home to discuss a few details that should also be included in the quote. Within an hour and a half, T.J. had detailed options put together for Mr. H. After weighing whether or not he wanted to do the painting himself, Mr. H decided to have PGRS do the entire project of siding replacement and painting. Mr. H now has the beautifully painted, long-lasting Hardie Cedarmill siding, and is two steps closer to having his home exactly how he wants it to be.
Mr. P recently purchased this property and knew it needed work. He was mostly concerned about the gutters. They seemed original and were rusting out in areas. He called PGRS to come take a look and met his project consultant Jose. Jose met Mr. P and listened to what he wanted. Jose and Mr. P determined that the gutters on 3 of the buildings were so full of leaves, that the water was just pouring over them. He also had a lot of wood repairs that needed to be done prior. He was happy to hear PGRS could handle all the wood repairs and the gutter work. Jose inspected all 4 buildings very closely to make sure nothing was missed with this large project. He showed Mr. P all the areas of wood that needed to be repaired so Mr. P was clear on everything. Mr. P was very impressed with the attention to detail and knew he was in good hands. He decided to move forward with a new 6" beautiful gutter system with leaf free gutter protection to make them maintenance free

Mr. M told his wife to have a roofing company to come out and provide a quote to fix it and replace the damaged roof decking. T.J. met with Mrs. M and carefully inspected the roof to determine the proper amount of time and materials needed to fix the roof and make it stop leaking. After reviewing pictures and process, Mrs. M wanted to make sure the cost for the repair was good with her husband.
