Mrs. M called PGRS to have her windows replaced. All of them were old, letting cold air through and two were broken. She had used a handyman to replace one. When he finished it would not open and she could never get in touch with him to come back and fix it. I brought in one of our top of the line windows to show her. Mrs. M was impressed with the window, warranty and the price. We removed all her old windows and replaced them with our Energy Star double strength windows. Our crew also rehung the window that wouldn't open at no extra charge.
Mrs. M says that her house already feels safer and warmer.

Mr. H had some soffit on his house that was rotting out. He has been wanting to address it for quite a while and it finally got so bad that the soffit was starting to fall apart and caved in. When he met with his project consultant, Steve, from PGRS He explained his concern and asked if we could address such a small repair. Steve told him that he would perform a full inspection to not only address the rotted soffit but to figure out why the soffit was rotting in the first place. During his inspection Steve found a hole in the roof directly over the area that was rotting out. Water was flowing freely through this hole in directly onto the soffit causing it all to rot. Mr. H had no idea this was going on and was so glad Steve found the problem and pointed it out to him. PGRS Fixed the hole in the roof and replace the soffit there by resolving this issue for good!
Mr. W called because he and his wife had bought a house last year and paint had started coming off the two upstairs dormers. One of our project consultants did an inspection and found that it wasn't just paint coming off, but that the trim had also rotted in multiple areas. After reviewing their options, Mr. and Mrs. W decided to replace the siding and trim with Hardie siding. Now the dormers are weatherproof and with the fresh paint and the house looks new again.

Mrs. M is a previous customer of PGRS. She sprang a leak with the recent storms and wanted us to come take a look. She met with Jose and explained her situation. Jose began his inspection in the attic. The leak was occurring around a pipe boot. Jose showed Mrs. M an inspection video of the interior and exterior of her home. Jose presented a solution to reconnect the pipe with some pvc cement, replacing the pipe boot with a new one, and a full roof maintenance. Mrs. M knew that was the right choice to make her home leak free again for many rains to come.
Mr. and Mrs. D called PGRS to get an estimate on new gutters. The builder had put 5" gutters only over the entry ways instead of the whole house. Mrs. D was upset that all her landscaping had washed away and they were concerned about water around the foundation. They met with one of our project consultants and they decided that 6" guttering would best suit their needs. Now they have new 6” gutters, downspouts and Bulldog gutter guards that will keep the water away from their landscaping and foundation.

Mr. E had an issue with woodpeckers knocking holes in his chimneys siding. He did some research online to find a contractor who he felt like he can trust and that would help him resolve this issue. He found PGRS and met with his project consultant Steve. Steve listened to Mr. E’s concerns and proposed an option to replace the areas of siding that the woodpeckers kept going after with new Hardie fiber cement siding. During Steve’s inspection he found some other areas where the siding was starting to rot so he brought that to Mr. E‘s attention and Mr. E decided he wanted to go ahead and address those concerns as well. PGRS replaced all the damage siding and painted everything to match his existing siding. Now Mr. E’s homes exterior is as good as new!

Ms. T called PGRS to come look at some siding on her home, she started seeing a spike in her electric bill, along with bats in the attic and she was concerned. She met with Jose her project consultant to look over her concerns. José carefully inspected the siding and the attic carefully to see what her issues were. The siding had pulled loose and allowed big gaps for wildlife to get into, as well as air from the outside. Which is why her electric bill was higher than normal, and she had bats in the attic. After explaining her the issues with the existing siding not being installed correctly, and the corner boards were wood. José explained to her the best solution was to do new Siding installed correctly, with slip flashing, and true Hardi corner boards and end joints caulked properly. That would get her electric bill back down along with the bats out of her house. Ms. T now has beautiful new Hardi siding!
