TJ Montgomery is the Sales Manager for PGRS. TJ has 18 plus years of experience in the home improvement industry and 20 years in customer service
As the Sales Manager, T.J. provides continual training for the Project Consultants and trains new Project Consultants in quoting home improvement projects, product knowledge, and installation knowledge. He provides support for Project Consultants, reviews contracted projects for accuracy and clarity in the scope of work, and provides support to the appointment center, marketing, and production departments as needed.
In his free time, TJ enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and three children Ethan, Ella and Eden. The family enjoys fast pitch softball and vacation time at the beach.
