Mr. G was approved for a roof replacement through his insurance claim. The claim had expired by the time he called on PGRS to quote replacement. After a lengthy process of trying to get his claim extended, Mr. G finally received the good news that they would extend it so he could get his roof replaced. Mr. G decided on our 25 year Owens Corning Supreme 3 Tab Shingle Roof in Driftwood, and all he will have to pay is his deductible.
Mr. K contacted PGRS because he works out of state and his wife maintains the home. They need a new gutter system on their home because the current vinyl gutters leak and can't handle a lot of rain runoff from the roof. Mrs. K wants a gutter system that will work properly and be maintenance-free. Once TJ, her Project Manager, explained to her how the new system would be installed, and how the LeaFree Gutter Protection works with lifetime clog free performance, she was instantly impressed and satisfied with the solution. She is getting a new 6" gutter system with LeaFree Gutter Protection in the color Musket Brown.
Mr. & Mrs. S are residents of Fayetteville, Georgia who have experienced roof damage from the recent storms, had an insurance adjuster out to inspect and were informed they can get their roof replaced covered under insurance. The homeowners wanted to upgrade their roof, with a small out of pocket cost, from 3-Tab Shingles to Architectural Shingles. After seeing all the options presented to them, and receiving the initial insurance payment, Mr. & Mrs. S decided to go with the Owens Corning Oakridge Roof System in Brownwood.
Mr. & Mrs. L are tired of painting their soffits and fascia every few years. They are also tired of their gutters causing damage to their fascia. Mr. L expressed that he is looking for soffits and fascia that are maintenance-free and a properly functioning gutter system. After seeing the presentation, pricing, and financing options, they decided to try to qualify for financing. They were approved and now will get long-lasting, maintenance-free soffits and fascia and properly functioning gutters and downspouts.
Mr. M was approved to have his roof replaced via an insurance claim. He decided he wanted to upgrade his roof and have some contractors compete for the best price. Our Project Consultant, TJ, put together an estimate based on my measurements and showed Mr. M why our PGRS estimate came out higher than what he was expecting because the insurance measurements were incorrect. In the end we were a little higher than the competition, but we were more thorough and professional than all the other guys, so ultimately Mr. M moved forward with PGRS and he couldn’t be more pleased with the process and outcome of his new roof!
Ms. W has had some leaks repaired on her roof in May. The same company who completed those repairs came back out and told her she needed new ridge vents because they are now leaking. She reached out to PGRS to get a second opinion and upon our Project Manager’s inspection, he informed her that the previous company was correct and showed her the photos. TJ got on her roof and performed a thorough inspection and determined that her roof needs replacing. She decided to let me price it out for her to see what the cost would be. After going over her options for repair and replacement, Ms. W decided it would be best to spend the extra money to get it taken care of once and for all. She will be getting a new Owens Corning Supreme 3-Tab Roof System in Onyx Black.
Mrs. J had was experiencing a leak in her home, she had called on some other companies to come out to diagnose and repair the leak, but none were able to find what the source of the leak was exactly. After 2 trips in her attic her Project Manager, TJ, determined the leak was at her dormer on the roof. The final determination was that the window and metal on her rounded radius dormer must be replaced in order to stop the leak. Mrs. J’s roof is leak-free with a new vinyl radius window and new dormer metal.
Mr. and Mrs. H had a defective Atlas Chalet shingles on their home. They were beginning to experience leaks in their garage, and repair is no longer possible as the shingles are no longer available. They were gathering estimates for replacement when they called PGRS. Mrs. H seemed to be happy with the explanation of the process, interested in the Platinum Warranty that comes with the Duration Roof System with Owens Corning, and pleased with the Sedona Canyon color during the initial visit. After having time to discuss it with her husband, Mr. and Mrs. H decided to employ our services to replace their roof with the Owens Corning Duration Roof System in Sedona Canyon that will last them a lifetime.
Mr. L has been getting his home ready to put it on the market, he had some issues to resolve before he could list it. He had been experiencing an active leak for over 2 months. After a thorough inspection by our Project Manager, TJ, PGRS proposed that the wall needs to be properly flashed with ice and water shield and step flashing to eliminate water getting into the house. He also needed to replace some fascia wrap that blew off in a recent storm. His house is now watertight again, and he can concentrate on other small repairs to help get him top dollar for his home.
Mr. Obar and his wife are residents of Peachtree City and attend Evergreen Church. About a month ago PGRS installed a new Roof System on Evergreen Church and it caught Mr. & Mrs. Obar’s eye and they wanted the same roof for their home! But first, Mr. Obar was adamant about getting multiple estimates so he could compare them himself to make sure he was getting the most for his money. After a few weeks, he finally got all of his estimates and questions answered that he had for our Project Manager, TJ. Mr. Obar also requested to drive by a couple local homes with the same roof system that PGRS installed. After about another week thinking on it he finally chose PGRS because of our professionalism and thoroughness with every detail of the process!
Ms. A had new Gutters & Gutter Guards installed by PGRS 4 years ago. She did not have downspouts replaced when she replaced the gutters. She had one downspout that did not meet the corrugated drain piping and had rigged something up so that water goes into the piping. She also had water spilling over the gutters and gutter guards at her back porch. Our Project Manager, TJ, discovered that she only experiences the overflow in heavy rains he determined that Ms. A had multiple pitches of roofing draining into a small section of gutter. TJ suggested we install 20-22 feet of water diverters and install a new downspout to solve her issues. She agreed to the solution and signed up right away, knowing from her previous experience with us that she could trust us to get the job done right!
Mr. W is a homeowner in Peachtree City, GA and he was worried that his roof might have sustained some storm damage from recent storms this year and wanted an inspection. His roof showed some signs of damage, but his Project Manager, TJ, wasn't sure if it was significant enough for the insurance to cover it. The insurance company came out and evaluated his roof and decided it was, in fact, significant for the roof to be replaced under insurance coverage. Mr. W felt comfortable with TJ because he went over the paperwork with him and our entire replacement process, so Mr. W decided to let PGRS handle his insurance roof replacement. He is decided on the Owens Corning Supreme Roof System in Autumn Brown.
Ms. H had old LP siding on her home. She has had some areas repaired before, but knew that it all needed repaired/replaced before too long. She wanted to see the price comparison between a basic Hardie Plank Siding Replacement with vinyl soffit versus a complete vinyl siding replacement. Considering she's getting closer to retirement, she began to like the maintenance-free aspect of the Vinyl Siding more and more. Originally, she had planned to obtain other estimates, but after hearing about our about our financing options and reading our online reviews she was confident that PGRS was the right company to transform the exterior of her home into a beautiful, maintenance-free location to begin her retirement.
Mr. M is a resident of Newnan, GA and was informed by his insurance company that they would be inclined to cancel his policy due to the age and condition of his roof. He had reached out to 3 roofing companies for estimates. We were the 3rd company to come out to his home. He said that he and his wife don't plan to live there for very much longer, but had to be able to keep insurance on their home. While we weren't necessarily the cheapest estimate, we did thoroughly lay out and explain all elements of the roof system being proposed, along with some siding and fascia repairs that were necessary. Mr. M also asked for a quote for a new gutter system to help keep his siding from further deterioration. In the end, Mr. & Mrs. M were happy that their Project Manager, TJ, explained the difference in our quote versus the competitors, and that TJ thoroughly educated him about our roof system and installation process. Now we can get him a new roof and he can keep his insurance coverage.
Mr. & Mrs. A like to be proactive in taking care of their home. Their roof was over 19 years old, and they knew they need to get it replaced before they start having problems with it. They gathered estimates from multiple companies and explained they needed to hold off until they received the annual bonus from their place of employment. Mrs. A said that she felt like PGRS was the company to do her roof replacement as soon as TJ began telling her about the company when they first met. They were extremely pleased that TJ showed them how the replacement process goes, what materials we use, and answered all the questions they had. Mr. & Mrs. A got their bonus’s as anticipated, financed a small portion of the project, and signed up to get the project going. They went with the Owens Corning Supreme Roof System in Brownwood.
Mr. N owns a brand-new home in Newnan, Georgia. He has large broadleaf trees around his home that have already clogged his gutters once, so he was wanting a solution to keep debris out of his gutters. After showing Mr. N the different options for gutter protection, he decided to go with the Leaf Free Gutter Protection in Black. Because Leaf Free has a Lifetime Clog Free Warranty, Mr. N felt that this was the best option to keep debris out of his gutters.
Mr. S needed a new roof and gutter replacement for his investment property in LaGrange. His son contacted our Project Manager T.J., since they went to school together, to give him a shot to earn the business. Mr. S was clear what he wanted for this property, and T.J. gave his thorough inspection and presented the solutions as requested. Mr. S said he had another company lined up to quote the same work as well. After the weekend was over, he called to say he was going with PGRS and would sign up after he got back from his trip. He is getting the Owens Corning Supreme 3 Tab shingle roof in Desert Tan and a new 6" aluminum gutter system in white.
