Mr. H reached out to PGRS because we have done work for him in the past! He expressed that he was experiencing a leak in his covered back porch! We sent one of our Project Mangers, Jose, out to complete an inspection. After his inspection he determined the LP siding on his home was touching the roof line and caused it to swell and rot, in return causing deterioration on the siding leading to it crumbling and exposing an area for water to get behind and run into the porch! PGRS completed the roof repair, added some new flashing and now Mr. H won’t have to worry with this leak any longer!

Mrs. Shirley heard about us through her neighbor about 8 months ago when we repaired her chimney. When we were finishing up that job her Project Manager, Jose, told her about the great attic insulation systems we were about to start. She knew at the time she could not get it done but would keep us in mind. Well 8 months later Jose got a call to go check out Mrs. Shirley's attic. She had squirrels running in and out due to holes in her siding and they were nesting in her attic. After presenting an option to remove existing insulation, air seal the attic, and go back with either R19 Double Batt Insulation in Fiberglass, Blown in R30 in Cellulose or Fiberglass. After weighing her options out she knew the R19 Double Batt would be a little pricier but for the added comfort she was okay with it. and chose to go with that option. Now Mrs. Shirley can live comfortably, save money, and live without any unwanted roommates.

Jose presented a solution to reconnect the pipe with some pvc cement, replacing the pipe boot with a new one, and a full roof maintenance. Mrs. M knew that was the right choice to make her home leak free again for many rains to come.

Ms. T called PGRS to come look at some siding on her home, she started seeing a spike in her electric bill, along with bats in the attic and she was concerned. She met with Jose her project consultant to look over her concerns. José carefully inspected the siding and the attic carefully to see what her issues were. The siding had pulled loose and allowed big gaps for wildlife to get into, as well as air from the outside. Which is why her electric bill was higher than normal, and she had bats in the attic. After explaining her the issues with the existing siding not being installed correctly, and the corner boards were wood. José explained to her the best solution was to do new Siding installed correctly, with slip flashing, and true Hardi corner boards and end joints caulked properly. That would get her electric bill back down along with the bats out of her house. Ms. T now has beautiful new Hardi siding!

Mr. M recently started experiencing a leak in his bathroom. He contacted a few companies but couldn't get one to show up. He called PGRS and they were able to send Jose. Jose arrived on time and began his inspection. Jose inspected the attic and the roof and found it was an old HVAC stack that had lifted up with the expansion and contraction and left a hole for water to enter. Jose explained the issues and showed him the inspection video so he could see for himself. He mulled it over with his wife and they decided to go head and get the repair scheduled. They now have a leak free roof once again.
Mr. M lives out of state but has a rental property here in the Atlanta area. He has been dealing with a leak but after hiring 2 different contractors to fix the leak it kept coming back. He decided to call a professional company to come take a look. He called PGRS and Jose went out to inspect the leak. Jose found that the contractors had used 3 Tab shingles for the ridge, and they weren’t sealing properly which was allowing water to enter in the home from the peak. Jose presented a solution to replace the shingles with true hip and ridge shingles and maintenance the entire roof to prolong the life of the roof. Mr. M was so thankful to find a company who said what they were going to do. The home is leak free and Mr. M doesn’t have to worry about that any longer.

Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church was referred to PGRS by Chimney Solutions. They had some work done by them and they asked who they recommended for some gutter work. Their project consultant was Jose. They met at the church and showed him a small problem. Their commercial gutter had rusted out, and they had already gotten the replacement piece. They had interviewed several companies that gave them a price that was ridiculous. After meeting with Jose and Jose explaining how we would seam the 2 pieces and pitch it correctly he knew PGRS was the right company for the job. They now have a functioning gutter system without any rust.
Mrs. S moved into her home years ago, and when she purchased the home she was notified of the Masonite pressboard Siding on the home. They had a recall years ago and the previous homeowner took the money and painted the home instead of replacing the siding. Years later now the old pressboard has gotten brittle in several areas. The main concern was on the front of the home where the siding had completely fallen off below a window. She called PGRS to come take a look and met with Jose her project consultant. José met Mrs. S and asked her what her concerns were. She explained everything to Jose and mentioned the recall and what the previous homeowner did with the money. Jose began his inspection after listening thoroughly to Mrs. S. José determined the old siding was installed incorrectly. Due to this issue, the only solution was to replace the entire wall. José explained to Mrs. S the issues with the job. He suggested replacing the siding on the wall with fiber cement, so she doesn’t have any further issues with any rot. She agreed with the solution and decided PGRS was the company to do the repairs. She now has new fiber cement siding on the garage wall that was painted to match the rest of the home
Ms. T recently had some kids put fireworks in her trashcan, and the heat melted some of her siding. She called PGRS to come take a look and met Jose. Jose mentioned to her that without replacing the entire wall the siding would not match, but Ms. T explained that wasn't a big concern. Jose presented a repair quote to replace the damaged pieces and add a missing dryer vent that was allowing water to enter the home. She went ahead and moved forward to get the damages fixed. She now has vinyl siding that functions properly.
Mrs. C has a rental property in Hampton. She lives out of state and with the recent storms was informed by her tenant that the roof was leaking. She looked for a professional company that could communicate with her being out of state and work with her. She found PGRS and scheduled a time for Jose to come take a look at the roof. Jose was able to find the source of the leaks, and to his surprise there was 4 active leaks. Jose was able to send Mrs. C photos of the damage and explained the issues. Mrs. C was so happy to have found an honest company who was so thorough. She decided to move forward with a roof repair to repair the damages found and an overall roof maintenance as a preventative measure. She now has a leak free roof system once again.

Mr. G recently bought his home. After a few rain storms the roof leaked into a bedroom. He called PGRS to come take a look. Jose inspected the roof, and found it was in pretty good condition overall. The issue lied at a vent in the roof. With the expansion and contraction of the roof system, it backed the nails out around a vent. Leaving a hole where water was entering the home. Jose also noticed the other penetrations starting to do the same and recommended addressing those issues with a roof maintenance. After seeing the photos of the concerns, he agreed. He got the work done and his home has been leak free since.
