Mr. H reached out to PGRS because we have done work for him in the past! He expressed that he was experiencing a leak in his covered back porch! We sent one of our Project Mangers, Jose, out to complete an inspection. After his inspection he determined the LP siding on his home was touching the roof line and caused it to swell and rot, in return causing deterioration on the siding leading to it crumbling and exposing an area for water to get behind and run into the porch! PGRS completed the roof repair, added some new flashing and now Mr. H won’t have to worry with this leak any longer!
Mrs. G is a resident of Newnan, GA who developed a leak in her bedroom and was curious at the state of her roof. After a thorough inspection of her Project Manager, Jose, determined there was a roof decking fastener that had come up and penetrated through the shingle allowing water to easily enter. She also had a leak in her chimney due to a flashing error, another 6 months and her chimney would have started caving in from the sides. PGRS determined the best solution would be to complete an all-around roof maintenance to seal all exposed nail heads and replace shingles that had been compromised as well as reflash the chimney and replace the wall sheathing that had been damaged. Mrs. G now has solved all of her roof maintenance issues for now!
Mr. Richie is a homeowner in Newnan, GA and saw many of his neighbors getting roof replacements, he spoke to some of them and found out they had storm damage. He then noticed he had some loose shingles so he called upon the professionals at PGRS to complete an inspection and provide him an estimate. We did find hail and storm damage and a provided Mr. Richie a price that he liked for a complete roof replacement, he agreed to allow us to complete the job, and we had it complete in one day!
This Newnan homeowner has had this rental home for 12 years and has tried to band-aid the roof to make it last as long as possible. After our Project Manager completed a thorough inspection we determined the roof was at its life cycle and proposed a new roof. After offering this customer financing with a comfortable monthly payment and getting approved they were able to afford to get the roof replaced with little stress!
Mr. C was experiences a leak in all of his front dormers, after inspection Jose determined that the flashing didn’t look too promising and there were cracks all up and down his siding in the caulking as well as it was all the old LP or GP wood siding. After Jose presented him with an all Hardie Fiber Cement dormer replacement he was confident that and reflashing all 3 dormers would get him the maximum life out of the area. Mr. C will have the comfort and aesthetics he wanted.
Mr. F was experiencing a roof leak and luckily we were the first person he called! He had a couple appointment scheduled after ours, but considering we came out the same day he called, provided him with an estimate in his price range and answered all the questions he had he decided to cancel the other appointments and move forward with the repair with PGRS! We reflashed Mr. F's chimney and now he is roof leak free!
Mr. T is a resident of Luthersville, GA and has owned his home for some time and finally decided to do something about all the water being dumped at his front steps and back porch, He called PGRS to come out and give him an estimate.
