Mrs. E was one of the many calls we received after a large storm went through GA.
The wind had blown vinyl siding off of her garage and front gable. Some of the sidings had twisted and cracked. The PGRS crew brought siding to match, re-installed, and tightened up other areas that were loose on the home. Mrs. E appreciated the quick response from the team at PGRS.

Mrs. J has lived in her home for a long time. She noticed that she was getting some leaks in her home. She wanted to get an expert opinion on her project and called PGRS. Her project consultant, Chase, arrived and went over everything with her. During the inspection, Chase noticed that there was a good amount of storm damage present on her home. He recommended having an adjuster come out to see if the roof would be covered by insurance instead of repairing a roof that would continue to leak. After meeting with the adjuster, they did warrant a replacement due to storm damage. Chase met with Mrs. J after she received her insurance claim estimate and went over it line by line with her. Mrs. J was thrilled in knowing that she will get a new roof that is 100% covered by her insurance (minus her deductible). Mrs. A recently got her roof replaced by PGRS, she was so satisfied with the project and the outcome that she called PGRS back out to take a look at her gutters, she noticed the gutters were overflowing and leaking in the mites. Ariel went out to inspect the gutter system, he noticed all the gutters leaking at the miters, they were undersized for the size of the home, they were not pitched properly, they were coming loose, and she was getting foundation damage from the overflow. Ariel presented thoroughly and showed her what the solution was to prevent any further damage. PGRS will install a new 6" gutter system throughout the entire home, and she will not have to worry about any further foundation damage.
