Mr. W reached out to us because he was very pleased with the quality of the work we completed on his Aunt's home in Fayetteville. So much so that he reached out to us so we could come to his home in Decatur, GA and provide him an estimate to repair a leak in his roof, replace the roof on his detached garage and put gutters on his garage as well. He travels a lot for work, but upon his return from a trip to Africa, he was pleased to find the work completed and looking great!
Mr. H reached out to PGRS because we have done work for him in the past! He expressed that he was experiencing a leak in his covered back porch! We sent one of our Project Mangers, Jose, out to complete an inspection. After his inspection he determined the LP siding on his home was touching the roof line and caused it to swell and rot, in return causing deterioration on the siding leading to it crumbling and exposing an area for water to get behind and run into the porch! PGRS completed the roof repair, added some new flashing and now Mr. H won’t have to worry with this leak any longer!
Mr. M is a previous customer who called his previous Project Consultant, Steve Shows because he had a few roof leaks. The roof was at least 25 years old and had a lot of issues that just didn't make sense for him to spend the money on to repair so he opted for a roof replacement. He's a single guy with a limited budget so Steve priced out one of our economical roof options that will give him a quality new roof and won't break the bank for him. Mr. M moved forward with getting a Supreme 25 Year roofing system by Owens Corning.
Owens Corning Oakridge Architectural Shingles in desert tan and new seamless aluminum gutters dramatically changed the look of this home. This home now is sufficiently protected from any future weather damage.
Mrs. Shirley heard about us through her neighbor about 8 months ago when we repaired her chimney. When we were finishing up that job her Project Manager, Jose, told her about the great attic insulation systems we were about to start. She knew at the time she could not get it done but would keep us in mind. Well 8 months later Jose got a call to go check out Mrs. Shirley's attic. She had squirrels running in and out due to holes in her siding and they were nesting in her attic. After presenting an option to remove existing insulation, air seal the attic, and go back with either R19 Double Batt Insulation in Fiberglass, Blown in R30 in Cellulose or Fiberglass. After weighing her options out she knew the R19 Double Batt would be a little pricier but for the added comfort she was okay with it. and chose to go with that option. Now Mrs. Shirley can live comfortably, save money, and live without any unwanted roommates.
