Jim was great! He went above and beyond to help navigate a complaint from a Townhome neighbor who claimed PGRS had damaged their siding in the process of repairing mine. Thankfully Jim followed PGRS procedures by taking before pictures of the job which solved the issue. Please re-enforce how important those before pictures can be. Thanks again Jim!!
Jim was able to determine that the reason my siding had failed was due to excessive water runoff from my upper roof. Not only did he recommend replacement siding, he also recommended modifying the gutter downspout to allow for proper water drainage and solve the problem for good. I had another siding company assess the same area prior to contacting PGRS and they only recommended siding replacement and not addressing the source of the problem.
