Our sales representatives are motivated, professional individuals who routinely earn $100,000+, while providing essential services to a local community in need.
PGRS has experienced a huge amount of growth over the past few years and during one of our nation’s strongest economic downturns. We are currently looking for energetic, aggressive, self motivated individuals that excel at canvassing and lead generation and enjoy meeting and helping homeowners from day to day. Compensation is far above industry averages and higher than most comparable sales positions.
Sales individuals are responsible for:
Running office provided leads
Creating individual lead through “cold call” sales techniques
Meeting face to face with local homeowners
Climbing on and measuring roofs
Job supervision
Updating job related information daily on all current jobs
Collecting payments from individual customers
Customer Service of individual customers
Use of computer and internet
Internal promotion and advancement opportunities
Job Requirements:
Professional appearance and attitude
Willing to generate referrals and leads
Self-motivated
Organized
Willingness to learn
Team Player
Prior Sales experience helpful but not necessary
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
